This thesis deals with the development of urban planning in chosen region. The landscape engineering in the region of Jindřichův Hradec has a long-term history. The aim of my thesis is a comparison of the urban plan development in the chosen area. The very first part of my thesis speaks about the definitions, history, legislation and the process of urban planning. In the second part the main procedure of urban plan processing is described. Also there is a description of the chosen area in the second part of my thesis. The last part of this thesis deals with all the urban plans in the area of Jindřichův Hradec which were valid in the period of past years.

The thesis "Processing of territorial study for the locality Týn nad Vltavou" is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, spatial planning and concepts related to spatial planning are defined. Authorities and spatial planning tool. Spatial planning policy and relevant land use planning authorities. The practical part describes the chosen location, climatic conditions and natural and cultural conditions and the history of the city. It defined built-up area and developable area. In conclusion, the thesis of territorial study for the redesigned site in Týn nad Vltavou.

This thesis is aiming on designing of project documentation within the extent of the building Act. This documentation describes the building of family house with external and internal wheelchair access and operational arrangements related to these needs. One of the goals is also familiarization with the building Act as well as with Decree on general technical requirements for the construction. Wheelchair accessibility is wide and complicated subject, where are the requirements for the construction strictly given, therefore the Decree 398/2009 Sb. about the general technical requirements establishing the use of barrier-free buildings has become the starting basis. The building must comply with technical and architectural demands to allow the disabled persons normal usage of the construction.

The topic of this master thesis is to compare benefits from the building society account with the mortgage loan. The whole comparison will be done according to the new legislative. The aim of this study is to find whether it is more profitable to invest into your property with the mortgage or the building society account. For this collation eight different companies are approached. Four of them are building societies and four are banks. The experts from those companies were given three examples with different height of LTV from different applicants with different purposes. Those experts also assessed which indicators applicants should consider. According to these recommendations clients have ordered indicators by their assumed importance. Finally offers were evaluated by TOPSIS method and ordered by its advantageousness.

This thesis explains basic problems related to construction of the building. A primary goal of this work was set to work out a project of small detached house in given locality. This project has to reflect requirements of modern young family living. The appearance of house also has to respect circumstances of rural surrounding. The Local plan sets out a land use strategy for the district. During this work were all the regulations of planning policy followed. Designing building layouts to maximize the space use and improve accessibility inside buildings are important consideration for building designers. There were two possible building layouts designed. After due consideration was one of these variants chosen for further elaboration. The considerable work has been done by taking a general overview of the building process preparation. The main conclusion of this work is not only the spatial layout of one single house. Building law in the Czech Republic was completely modified year 2007. In connection with this modification, this work also provides a useful outline of new building act.

The diploma thesis aims to elaboration of project documentation for a one-family house reconstruction. The project is based on the local plan of the village Boršov nad Vltavou. Proposal is made in two variations - A and B. Project is worked-out according to the variation A and elaborated in a range for issuing notification of simple building. The house is designed in compliance with the area plan of the municipality and it follows the surrounding building development with its character. Work on the project documentation respected all legal regulations concerning of building design. The drawing part has been processed by visualization cad application.

The aim of this thesis is decisive influence specification in motivation and stimulation of human resources for lifelong learning. The survey was realized in three construction companies. Therefore the aim was also detection of individual companies´ approach to this theme. Through this survey it standed to reason also various stratification of replies in dependance of the reached educational attainment of asked persons. In the first part of this thesis there is introduced the general motivation and stimulation information. In methodology there is described questionnaire method the survey was carried out. The detected results are transfered into charts and graphs. Every reply is followed by results evaluation and discussion. The best employee motivation was higher income. Persons with lower education were interested in further education less than others. And the fact is that all three companies should improve their approach to employees education. People have the first priority in company. And if the manpower is not used properly, the company growth and competitive advantage slows.

1 Abstract This diploma thesis deals with source administrative acts, which serve as a means of protection of the relevant area of the environment. The term "source administrative act" as used herein denotes various types of acts issued by administrative bodies which are then used as the ground for the final decision in administrative proceedings. The thesis does not focus only on binding source administrative acts, but also on other source acts of lower legal force. The thesis includes a section on the special legal regulation of source acts used in administrative sanctions proceedings. The main source materials for the thesis are the following: legal regulation of this issue currently in force, literature, methodologies of administrative authorities, decisions of administrative courts and the author's own professional experience. The beginning of the work includes the contents and a list of abbreviations. The third chapter contains an introduction where the author presents the reason for choosing the topic of the work, i.e. the frequent use of source administrative acts in the environmental field of public administration and their influence on administrative proceedings. The aim of this diploma thesis is revenue recognition in the financial statements of companies prepared in accordance with the rules of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in the light of current changes. The work is specifically focused on long-term construction contracts and its goal is assess the difference outgoing (IAS 11) and the incoming (IFRS 15) revenue regulation and the subsequent impact to the financial statements of companies. After a theoretical analysis of the relevant standards, work deals with the analysis of specific construction contract and continuously arising circumstances. The analysis also outlines the application of the new revenue recognition model. Ultimately, thesis deduces the difficulties of the implementation process of the new standard in companies. The results show that the upcoming adjustment of revenue recognition may not bring significant changes to the specific numerical values, rather as a completely new view of revenue recognition.

Státní podpora vlastnického bydlení je zaměřena v České republice na podporu bydlení na poptávkové straně, tedy převážně na podporu stavebního spoření a hypotečního úvěrování. Pojem bydlení je vysvětlen obecně a charakterizuje bytovou politiku dle jednotlivých forem bydlení. Zhodnocen je i vývoj bytového fondu v České republice, z kterého vyplývá, že bytová výstavba neustále roste. Jednotlivé formy bydlení můžeme rozdělit na bydlení v osobním vlastnictví (vlastnické bydlení), družstevní bydlení a nájemní bydlení, které můžeme dále rozčlenit na soukromý a veřejný nájemní sektor a neziskové nájemní bydlení. Bydlení by mělo být finančně dostupné pro všechny domácnosti a výdaje za bydlení by neměly neúměrně zatěžovat důchod domácností. Za zdroje financování bydlení můžeme považovat hypoteční banky, komerční banky a stavební spořitelny, které nabízejí širokou škálu produktů k financování bydlení. Nástroje státní podpory bydlení dělíme na poptávkové a nabídkové. Nabídková strana je zaměřena na podporu investorů (obce, kraje) a nízko a středně příjmových skupin obyvatelstva prostřednictvím vládních subvencí a dotací. Poptávková strana se soustředí na podporu spotřebitelů, kde je státem podporováno vlastnické bydlení prostřednictvím individuálních subvencí. Státní podpora je zaměřena na podporu hypotečních úvěrů, stavebního spoření, ale je poskytována i nepřímo prostřednictvím daňových úlev. Jednotlivé instituce se předhánějí v nabízení produktů ze stavebního spoření a hypotečního úvěrování, díky nimž lze financovat vlastnické bydlení.
