The thesis is focused on the overview of the diagnostic methods for engineering surveys reinforced concrete constructions. The practical part explains engineering surveys of industrial building, evaluation of concrete strength on existing building and results from search reinforcements on individual elements. Next part is focused on load testing precast floor slab removed from construction and evaluation load capacity. The last part include structural design of elected parts (precast floor slab and beam).

At master´s thesis is the construction and technological project of a residential building Sadova. In this work are addressing major technological specification of the building foundations, site equipment, time schedule of structural work, safety and health in work and financial.

This thesis handles the construction and technological project of reconstruction of the Multipurpose Facility Construction in the village Slavice. The work is handled by a complete studies realization, including execution time and financial plan. Work also includes technological specification for the main building, inspection and test quality plan and a proposal for major construction machines and mechanisms. It is also a proposal of building equipment, and a plan for securing material resources.

The diploma thesis deals with the passport of family houses and its creation. The first part describes the building condition survey from a theoretical point of view, its advantages, purposes and sorting, possible owners and so its legislative background. Thereafter it describes in detail the procedure of making the passport and applies the procedure on a particular family house in Brno. Medium passport of the family house focuses on describing the structural and technical condition. It also describes the current faults, errors and methods whose reveals them. Subsequently, the proposals for solution of these adjustments follows together with the resolution of emergency in specific cases.

The master´s thesis deals with concrete properties and it introduces problematics of building survey. In each part the study deals with diagnostic methods used for building construction. Then it closely examines selected methods, which are used for recognisability of steel reinforcement in concrete. In the practical part I conducted two engineering surveys of reinforced concrete industrial buildings. The main aims were to identify the position of reinforcement in selected elements of crane runway and to evaluate the quality of used concrete. The last part of thesis is focused on static assessment of short corbel of crane runway.

The subject of the master´s is the construction and technological preparation of a house of culture reconstruction. For the construction project it is made a technical report, a estate road layout, a preliminary design of technological implementation, a site equipment, a time and financial schedule, a design of the main building machines and mechanism, technological specifications and test plan. The other topic is a contract of work, a project budget, a comparison of roof production technology and a special topic is a structural analysis of roof girder.

This Diploma thesis deal with a construction technological project of Multi-purpose sport center in Broumov. It contains compehesive section for the implementation of this structure as: Technical report, budget maintenance, the financial plan, the timetable, inspection and test plan, energy label of the bulding envelope.

This thesis handles the construction and technology project for the construction of the Hall in a former cold storage complex. In the work is handled by the implementation of a comprehensive study, including schedule, financial planning, technological regulation for the supporting structure of the Hall. Further deals with the design of the main building mechanism, design, construction site facilities, inspection and test plan.

The thesis contains the main part of the building and technological project of outbuildings it manufacturing facility. There is prepared a technical report on the structural and technological project, situation with broder relations roadways, time and financial plan, studies the implementation of major technological stages, project construction site, design of building machines and mechanisms, plan for securing materiál resources, technological regulation for warm flat roof and saddle truss roof, inspection and test plans, budget and health and safety at the technological stage roofed.

The diploma thesis in theoretical section is focused on a brief overview of the methods used in the diagnostic of reinforced concrete structures. The practical part of this thesis deals with the diagnostics of the manufacturing reinforced concrete buildings in the complex Fatra Napajedla. This part will provide concrete strength of existing structures and will verify the reinforcement of individual elements of the structure by means of modern devices – radar and electromagnetic rebar locator. In the final section of this thesis will be performed static reports of selected parts of the structure.
