The diploma thesis deals with construction and technological preparation of apartment buildings in „Nad Městěm“ locality in Nové Město na Moravě. The buildings have four above-ground floors and one underground floor with garages. This work contains a technical report of a construction project, a coordination situation with broader transport routes, a time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a project of the building site, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, the cross building budget, the technological regulations, the control and test plans and specialized assignment of the noise study.

The diploma thesis deals with the building - technological project of the apartment house in Brno - Slatina, Lučiny. The purpose will be an optimal design of construction progress with regard to finance and time. For this phase were processed the site equipment with the design of the lifting strap, the transport routes and the machine assembly. This diploma thesis focuses on the construction technology project of sports hall Svojsíkova in Český Těšín. The aim of this diploma thesis is to process main documents related to construction of the solved sports hall. This means, in particular, to design the construction site facilities and main construction machinery, to process time schedule, budget and technological prescription of floor structures together with control and test plan and construction details.

Part of the thesis is technical report of main object, study of realization main technological phases, technological prescriptions and inspection and test plans for steel-concrete ceiling construction, copper roof cover and Spiroll panel ceiling construction. This diploma thesis deals with demolition of the motorway overpass. The bridge (overpass) is located over the D1 motorway from Prag to Brno at the 115,881 km. On the brigde runs the local comunication II/352 between villages Švábka and Měšín. The bridge demolition is part of the D1 renovation plan. The main reason behind the demolitions si that the bridge no longer meets it´s lenght requierments. During the demolition and construction will be any use of II/352 for public transport over the bulding site forbiden. The aim of this diploma thesis is a construction-technological project of the Lavimont production hall in Brno Tuřany. The thesis deals with solution of off-road transport, supply, design of main building machines and mechanisms, ensuring safety and protection of health at work, ecology and environmental protection. The thesis also deals with the optimal construction of site equipment, pumping of resources during construction and solves the total time demands of the construction of this hall. Part of the diploma thesis is also solving the problems related to construction procedures, including the elaboration of a technological regulation and examples of the use of BIM technology in the construction process.
