Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom zariadenia schopného vysoko presného merania vibrácií za použitia piezoelektrického akcelerometra. Zariadenie je určené na vyhodnocovanie zdravotného stavu strojov, najmä elektrických strojov ako elektromotor, veterná turbína a iné. Za účelom dosiahnutia vysoko presného a vysoko lineárneho merania v spektre extrémne nízkych frekvencií siahajúcich až ku jednosmerným napätím, cez sub-hertzové pásma po desiatky hertzov, ale aj vo vyšších frekvenciách, bola vyžadovaná možnosť použitia prístupu s jednosmernou väzbou zvaného "posúvanie napäťovej úrovne" a následné vyhodnotenie a porovnanie prístupu so striedavou väzbou, ktorý sa bežne používa pre pripojenie piezoelektrického akcelerometra.

The goal of the Master thesis is to design a grain container. The thesis involves a possible method of grain storage depending on the quality and condition of the grain and also the ways of filling and emptying the container with all the problems that might occur. The thesis deals for example with a possibility of occurrence of vault and with it associated change of state of stress, or with the pressure surges in the container. The thesis involves an analysis of an appropriate construction solution, a design of the main dimensions of the container and a test calculation of the container ´s strength.

This master’s thesis is about possibility of fruit and vegetable process from agricultural raw material to food. The first part of thesis include information about machinery, devices and process line and describe how this devices work. The second part solve water tiltable device, this part explain what water tiltable device do, how work and describe structure of each subassembly. Next step solve the device by kinematics aspect and aspect of load analysis. Calculation is included in annex one. Results of annex one are used for FEM (finite element method) simulation of frame. Output of FEM simulation can be used for finding safety factor of displacement and strain, output data are used for optimization of device.

The Diploma Thesis focuses on the assessment of the current state of VD Tesetice to convert KPV parameters Q1000. Based on this evaluation, the thesis proposes corrective actions on waterwork constructions for the purpose of protection of their functioning during floods. Proposed corrective actions consist of designing new or additional safety features, mainly security spillway in abutment terrain.

This master thesis deals with the proactive diagnostics and monitoring of state of the three phase asynchronnous motors in industrial company Bosch Diesel Jihlava. In master thesis is designed diagnostics system based on the selected suitable diagnostics methods and other appropriate process monitors the status of these technical equipments.

Diploma thesis deal with revitalization Hartmanice river in district Svitavy. Section of interest is on 0,400 – 1,234 of river km. Part of this thesis is also rating current condition of stream and his vegetation accompaniment. Rating was made on base of reconnaissance terrain, my own measurement and photo documentation. In diploma thesis was design some revitalization steps: stabilization sink with wooden sills and stabilization slopes by using willow fences and similar precautions. There was designed total change of flow trend. Rating of current condition and condition of modified stream was made in software HEC-RAS.

The diploma thesis discusses the current status of watercourse Kyjovka and a proposal for appropriate protection measures of the territory. The selected section starts at river-km 71,338 and ends at river-km 74,443. The selected part of the watercourse runs through the town of Koryčany. This thesis examines the selected section of Kyjovka split into two subsections. That allows for detailed presentation of several proposed appropriate measures to be applied at critical spots in the selected subsections. The calculation of the watercourse model and its capacity with the water level progresses for selected N(y.o.) flow rates were processed in HEC-RAS5.0.1. program. Proposed flood protection measures are incorporated in the drawings.

This diploma thesis deals with radioactivity research, types of radioactive radiation and radiation detection. There are described types of ionization radiation detectors. The diploma thesis contains the description and principle of the GPS system function. The content is also a proposal with the subsequent realization of a detection device allowing the recording of geolocation. The resulting device is fully mobile with battery status indication. The results are recorded on the SD card.

Title: Comparison of the quality of life of persons diagnosed with intervertebral disc herniation in relation to surgical and conservative treatment. Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis was the research and evaluation of the quality of life in patients with intervertebral disc lesion with and without surgery, assuming that both monitored groups will be treated with individual rehabilitation treatment. Methods: This research was carried out using a standardized Short Form 36 (SF - 36) questionnaire on quality of life based on health. The Czech version used corresponds to MUDr. Petra, Ph.D. (2000). The study was conducted at the Na Homolce hospital at the rehabilitation clinic, where appropriate respondents (n = 170) were selected for this research. The final results were divided into the respective age groups in both groups. Subsequently, a statistically significant deviation between the respective files was verified in each age group and therefore it can be said that there are no significant differences between the analyzed files. The group included 59 respondents who underwent surgery and 58 treated conservatively. The survey was attended by respondents aged 27-86. The final results were divided into both health, physical and psychological dimensions in both groups. Two-choice tests were used to compare. For all domains, the assumption of the normal distribution of the two compared selections was rejected, which precluded the use of the two-t-test.
