Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom marketingovej stratégie vybranej spoločnosti. Návrh bol realizovaný na základe požiadavok start-up spoločnosti, ktorá sa zaoberá predovšetkým vývojom softvéru, chce expandovať do zahraničia a nemá žiadne skúsenosti s marketingom. V práci je prevedená externá aj interná analýza spoločnosti. Taktiež bola prevedená analýza kľúčových faktorov úspechu a analýza hlavných konkurentov. Interná analýza spoločnosti pozostáva zo 4 P marketingového mixu a SWOT analýzy. Posledná časť práce vyberá vhodnú stratégiu vstupu na zahraničný trh a detailne analyzuje návrhy pre marketingový mix spoločnosti. V práci je taktiež navrhnutý zjednodušený finančný plán. Na konci práce sú zhodnotené prínosy diplomovej práce pre vybranú spoločnosť.

The main objective of master’s thesis is to analyze the European market as a potential market for the expansion of Hamacas RGV. This Colombian company is focused on production of hand-made traditional high-quality products for example hammocks. In the first part are introduced basic theoretical concepts and marketing analyses which are crucial when planning the expansion strategy. Second part starts with the company’s overall overview and continues with analyses of conditions of external and internal European environment as a potential market for Hamacas RGV expansion in the future. The conclusion is made at the end with the recommendations which are built on examined analyses.

Loss of the use of religious buildings reflects the current state of today's society. In regard to the secularization of the population in recent years, the number of religious buildings preserving the original use is still decreasing. The aim of this work is to create a new spatial terms for the use of the building with respect to historical values. The project includes a strategy for the use of church buildings, which is trying to solve the problem in a wider perspective. The result is a system design housing for children and young people from foster homes and the care facilities. In three progressive stages provide them secure preparation for an independent life. Rectories and monasteries follow each other to establish a operating net. This system is applicable to multiple locations of detected territory. 1 small rectory-surrogate family 2. Large rectory- community living for limited time serving as a step between institutional care and independent living 3. Monastery-city public housing for final integrated into the wider community and independent life In three progressive stages is demonstrated on selected examples of rectories and monasteries.

The thesis deals with the growing importance of sovereign wealth funds in the international investment activities. It includes the definition of a sovereign fund, the history of the creation, the largest funds as well as the origin of their capital. While sovereign wealth funds have existed for decades, their profile has risen considerably since the credit crisis. Analyzing the potential benefits and risks related with their investments, the thesis further discusses the changing profile of sovereign wealth funds in the world economy. Despite the significant benefits to global capital markets, some governments expressed concerns regarding the political motivation of their investment activity in strategic sectors of other countries. It is obvious that the measures concerning limited transparency of sovereign wealth funds should be adopted at the multilateral level to avoid protectionism.
