PKF „Agava“ plėtros galimybių studija. Magistro darbas. 2004 – 2007 metais atlikta PKF „Agava“ plėtros galimybių studija. Išnagrinėta literatūra šia tema, ištirti įmonės išoriniai tiesioginiai ir netiesioginiai veiksniai, įmonės ištekliai. Praplečiant 2004 m. atliktą tyrimą bei norint dar geriau pažinti įmonės klientus, atlikta platesnė bei išsamesnė jų apklausa. Gauti duomenys apdoroti SPSS programa. Atlikta klientų apklausa padėjo nustatyti klientų kontingentą, jų amžių, pajamas, išlaidų paskirstymą. Ištirta, kokios prekės daugiausiai perkamos, kaip klientai vertina įmonę ir jos konkurentus, kokiomis paslaugomis dažniausiai naudojasi, kaip vertina jų kokybę. Išorinių bei vidinių veiksnių įtaka ��monei apibendrinta atliekant SSGG analizę. Remiantis tyrimų duomenimis, suformuluotas strateginis tikslas, uždaviniai bei priemonės jam įgyvendinti, nustatyti atsakingi asmenys bei terminai. Apibendrinus tyrimo duomenis, pateiktos teorinės ir praktinės išvados bei rekomendacijos. / The analysis of the potentiality expansion of the trading commercial company “Agava“ Final work on Masters‘s degree. The analysis of the potentiality expansion of the trading commercial company “Agava“ was carried out in 2004 – 2007. Literature on the given topic was analysed, direct and indirect factors, resources of the company were investigated. In order to extend the accomplished research and to know the company customers better a wider and more detailed survey was organized. The received data were processed with SSPS program.The survey for customers helped to determine the customers‘ contingent, their age, income, expense distribution. It was examined what goods are most popular, how customers evaluate this company and its competitor rivals, which services they usually use, what they think of the company. The influence of external and internal factors was summarized carrying out SSGG analysis. Strategic objective, goals and means were formulated, executives and terms were nominated on the grounds of the research data. Having summarized the research data theoretical and practical conclusions and recommendations were given.

The next part introduces the company and analyses of the internal environment of AgroConsult Bohemia by audit resources and the external environment by PEST analysis and basic characteristics around. There is a survey, too and its evaluation. The strategy position is describes by SWOT analysis. In the last part there are the suggestion and recommendations for the suitable strategy.

The diploma thesis "Application of the Balanced Scorecard Method within a Chosen Enterprise" deals with the Balanced Scorecard concept from the point of view of its integration in the strategic management of a business establishment. The theoretical-methodological part addresses the topic of business performance strategic management with the use of a Balanced Scorecard method. This part characterises the individual elements of the Balanced Scorecard method, gives reasons for its implementation, outlines the individual perspectives constituting the core framework of this method, describes the proposed implementation of the concept and summarises its limitations and constrictions. The practical part of the diploma thesis applies the findings collected in the theoretical-methodological part to the conditions of the production company Screw & Wire Libčice a.s. As a first step, analyses of the company´s external and internal environments are carried out along with the SWOT analysis. Based on the strategic analysis, the mission, the vision and the strategy of the company are defined. As a next step, the Balanced Scorecard itself is modelled to meet the needs of the particular company. The causal interrelations between the strategic objectives of the individual perspectives are illustrated with the help of a strategy map. Lastly, the diploma thesis comes up with a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept within the chosen enterprise.

This diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with all of the important components of a financial and strategic analysis. There is also text containing the formulas essential for the financial analysis to be found. The practical part of this thesis relates to the preparation of The Czech Granite company  LLC analyses. First, the observed company introduction is included, followed by the financial analysis itself. This contains the processing and evaluation of the financial ratios. All of its parts are analyzed in detail and commented on. Afterwards, the results are compared with the main business rival of the given branch. The conclusion of this work is complemented by a strategic analysis. The result of which, found on the basis of the market attractiveness and the company competitive position analyses outcome, is an evaluation of the company's future prospects. This part also concentrates on drawing up a SWOT analysis . The financial and strategic analysis is drawn up for the period between the years 2011 to 2015. All the information is gathered from the available public sources.

The aim of the master's thesis is to compile the 5-year strategic business plan of MADETA a.s., to identify and evaluate its risks. The thesis contains external and internal environmental analysis of selected company, on base of which key risk factors are identified and scenarios of industry development are created. In the following part of the thesis strategic objectives of the company are formulated and integrated in strategic financial plan. The last part deals with risk analysis, which includes selection of risk factors and simulation of discounted cash flow, influenced by those factors, using the Monte Carlo method. Simulation results suggest that, despite the significant impact risk factors have on discounted cash flow, there is high probability of achieving strategic objectives. As a conclusion, strategic steps aiming to reduce risk impact on company performance are proposed.

This Master´s thesis deals with performance analysis and creation of strategy for Eurostep s.r.o. The aim is to evaluate the current business model and to formulate the future strategy with its subsequent conversion into an implementable measurable form. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes strategic analysis and the Balanced Scorecard. In the practical part, the analyzed company is introduced and a strategic analysis, consisting of value chain analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's five forces, Canvas business model, product analysis and financial performance analysis using INFA Benchmarking Diagnostic System, is presented. Based on the SWOT analysis, company´s mission, values and vision is defined and formulated strategy and strategic goals. Consequently, using the Balanced Scorecard system, a strategic map is developed and strategic goals analyzed within four perspectives. This determines the benchmarks, indicators and strategic actions of each strategic goal. At the end, probable scenarios of future business development are created.

The Master´s thesis is divided into two key parts, the theoretical-methodological part and the practical part. In the first part, basic concepts related to strategic analysis, strategic management and furthermore there will be described the individual analytical apparatuses that will be used in my Master´s thesis. In the practical part of my diploma thesis will be presented the analyzed company, analyzes will be gradually performed internal and external environment of the company and will be analyzed the strengths and weaknesses, evaluate the opportunities and threats. Part of the practical part includes strategic recommendations that will be derived from the results of the strategic analysis.

The aim of this thesis is to conduct strategic analysis for YORK, spol. s .r. o., specifically an external and an internal analysis. Based on these analyzes, the author suggested the strategy for the chosen company and recommended the future developement. The diploma thesis is divided into the theoretical, methodological and application part. The first part of the thesis explains the basic strategic concepts first. After that, the analyzes for the external and internal environment of the company and the methodology for creating the strategy are characterized. As for the methodology of the thesis, there is described, with what methods for analysis and data collecting the author came to the conclusion. Then the application section follows, which starts with the characteristic of the analyzed company. The external and internal analysis is applied on the company YORK, spol. s r.o. These analyzes define opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. These factors are then processed in a SWOT analysis which synthesizes the acquired findings from the mentioned analyzes above. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy and recommendations for YORK, spol. s r. o. are formulated.

The main goal of the thesis is to find the market value of the limited liability company as of the date 31. 12. 2014. Companys business activities are divided into four divisions : accumulators and batteries, measuring equipment, security systems and solar systems. Financial analysis is conducted for the enterprise as a whole, strategic analysis is due to the different sectors in which the individual divisions operate handled separately for each division. Based on the results of the financial and strategic analysis, the valuation method of the discounted cash flow variant entity was used to determinate the estimated market value. The prognosis of the value drivers and financial plan are also parts of this thesis.
