Zvládací strategie dětí v závislosti na typu attachmentu / The relation between attachment style and coping strategies in children

The diploma thesis concerns the link between coping and attachment. The primary aim is to discover and define how children cope in respect to specific type of attachment. Research sample includes children at the age of 11-12. Research methodologies include qualitive field research. The data were collected by a questionnaire (Experience in Close Relatioship) for purpose to meassure attachment. Research was then accompanied by semi-structured interviews with children, which based on theories of Lazarus and Folkman (1987) and motivational theory (Skinner and Wellborn, 1994). The findings show that in this research children with secure attachment cope differently from children with other types of attachment. The two groups of children vary in their reactions of stress, how they experience stressful encounters, in their appraisal of stresfull encounters and a purpose of social support. The thesis Vypravěčské strategie v povídkách Raymonda Carvera deals with the literary concept of a narrator. It's results - typologically different narrators and their characterizations - are based on reading and analysis of all published Carver's short stories. The thesis is divided into two main parts - into the theoretical part in which we briefly introduce the development and fundamental concepts of narrator in the literary theory (e.g. in concepts of F. K. Stanzel, K. Friedmann, G. Genette, T. Todorov, D. Cohn, S. Chatman, J. Culler, J. H. Miller and W. C. Booth) and into the practical part which analyses and characterizes those narrative strategies and types with the use of previously introduced terms and theories. The result of this thesis is a lucid list of different narrative types in Carver's short stories.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of financing of EU`s environmental policy with focus on the field of endangered species protection. The evaluation of the present state of financing the environmental policy within EU is elaborated with the emphasis on the oncoming Strategy 2014-2020 and current expenses for environmental issues within EU financed from the EU`s budget. Based on the analysis of the current situation of funding of endangered species protection in EU, the proposal for funding on supranational level within EU was elaborated with further recommendation for management of policy of endangered species protection by common policy of EU member states in future.

This theses follows up valuation of marketing strategy of sport sunglasses of the Relax brand and communication strategy proposal of sport sunglasses of this brand for the next season. Theoretical part of the theses summarize topics of marketing and marketing communication based on present experts opinions a trends. It pursues holistic marketing, target marketing, different conceptions of marketing mix, marketing strategies in terms of different authors, brand perception, integrated marketing communication and situational analysis. In practical part, the SWOT analysis is worked up. It is based on valuation of the situation of macro and micro environment and internal analysis that is based on the audit of marketing mix with emphasis on the communication mix. Pursuant this analysis, the communication strategy proposal is made. Its objectives were set in cooperation with management of the Relax brand.

This thesis treats of importance of education for the success on the labour market. It is aimed at retraining financed from resources of the active employment policy and at retraining courses and educational activities within the frame of projects of the European Social Fund in the region Vysocina. In the first part I define the conception of the human capital and I mention economists who dealt with the theory of the human capital. The second chapter is applied to the employment policy in the European Union and the Czech Republic. In more detail I describe the Amsterodam Treaty, the European Employment Strategy, the Lisbon Strategy and the results assessment of these strategies. The employment law regulates the employment policy in the Czech Republic. The National System of Qualifications is placed in this part too. In the third chapter I analyse the educational structure of population of the Czech Republic and the region Vysocina. In the following chapter I attend to resources of the financing of retraining which are the state budget and the European Social Fund. In the last chapter I am engaged in retraining in the region Vysocina and I analyse it in various terms.

Analýza exportní a marketingové strategie v sektoru pivovarnictví na konkrétním příkladu / Export and Marketing Strategy Analysis in Brewing Industry on the Concrete Example

The first chapters of the thesis describe the Czech beer market, beer consumption in the Czech Republic and current trends. It also describes world export and the Czech beer export and assesses the Czech production situation on a worldwide basis. In the practical part I am attending to Pivovar Nymburk, it's history, production and range of products. In the other chapters I am describing competitors in the Czech industry and the situation in German beer industry as a market where Pivovar Nymburk exports the most of the beer. The fifth chapter describes objectives and positioning of the brewery, includes SWOT analysis and BCG matrix for a detail describtion of the portfolio. The chapter six describes export strategy, export markets and the way how the brewery enters foreign markets. The next chapters contain some of the marketing mix policies. The final chapter includes recommendations for the brewery's activities in the future.
