Provazníková, Nicole January 2015 (has links)
This master's thesis is focused on methods and care options memorial trees. Processing works were selected representative memorable alley (lindens alley in Rosice at Brno and Novodvorská alley in the Moravian Karst). Based on the analysis of typology and causes damage occurring on those memorable trees in the alley, they are designed to work in appropriate silvicultural measures to ensure adequate functionality, stabilization, stopping or slowing down the process of decay - decay and its individual structures. All cultivations are then supported by economic calculations. The work also suggests appropriate marketing measures and possibilities for improving the care of the vegetation elements. This master's thesis is also based on literature dealing historic context in relation to the memorial landscape alley, as well as biological, aesthetic, functional and economic aspects associated with other care options memorial trees. The work deals valid state legislation within the meaning of the announcement memorable alley and possible tools in their care. It offers an analysis of the technologies used in the system of care and overall view of the appreciation of historical and current trends in the treatment of protected trees.

Kategorizace charakteristických poškození vozidel / Categorization of typical damage to vehicles

Obrátilová, Alena January 2015 (has links)
The Diploma thesis deals with segmentation of characteristic car damages, which arise during car crushes with ambient infrastructure of roads with concrete specialization to car crushes with trees and road culverts. According to chosen clash configurations there were characterized appropriate damages of front part of the car with usage of materials from real accidents. Level of damage is described according to location of the main point of impact and a speed during clash. The thesis provides summary of possible level of damage single parts of the car with focusing to front part and it gives opportunity comparison to detected damages during real car crushes with car damages made during manipulated harmful events.

Indexování dat pohybujících se objektů / Moving Objects Indexing

Křížová, Martina January 2010 (has links)
This thesis deals with indexing of spatio-temporal data. It describes existing approaches to indexing data and support for indexing in Oracle Database 11g. The aim of this work is to design structures of databases for storing spatio-temporal data over Oracle Database 11g to propose experiments for these databases. Ways of spatio-temporal data storage are evaluated according to these experiments in terms of time demands of queries and appropriateness of using available indexing structure and spatial operators.

Štúdium variability sekvencie v géne MC1R u rôznych druhov zvierat

Dolnáková, Lenka January 2019 (has links)
Colouration is an important phenotypic trait of animals and plays a substantial role in the characteristics of individual animal species. The MC1R gene has an essential role in colouration. This thesis is focused on the study of sequence variability in this gene and subsequent phylogram formation in selected species, which are: Bos Primigenius Taurus, Sus Scrofa, Equus Caballus and Canis Lupus Familiaris. There were custom primers designed in Oligo for the selected exon sequence. Based on se-quencing, known polymorphisms in Canis Lupus Familiaris and Equus Caballus were detected. In Canis Lupus Familiaris sequence, there was a 790 A>G polymorphism. All of N sequenced samples (N = 10) carried the E (790AA) allele. In Equus Caballus se-quence, there was a 901 C>T polymorphism, with representatives of all genotypes nEE(901CC) = 2, nEe(901CT) = 2, nee(901TT) = 6. The thesis also provides a comprehensive overview of the phylogenetic tree for-mation process. For phylogenetic analysis, there were added sequences from other ani-mal species, gained from freely available genomic databases. The reconstruction took place in the MEGA X program with selected distance and sign methods. Only nodes with bootstrap support ≥ 70 could be interpreted. JC69 and HKY85 models were cho-sen as substitution models. The choice of models was statistically supported by testing likelihood in the Model Generator with P < 0,0001 support. The trees obtained by par-ticular methods were compared by the Pearson correlation coefficient.

Stanovení spolehlivých identifikačních znaků kvalitních a silně přirústavých stromů jako základ probírkové metody cílových stromů

Bros, Peter January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this diploma work was to find out and to determine appropriate identificators, which can make it possible to recognize trees with a strong increment. This diploma work sets identification marks for the European larch (Larix decidua) and Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris). Activites associated with determination of appropriate identificators of high quality trees with strong increment were investigated in the forest district Borky at the Training Forest Enterprise „Masarykův les“ Křtiny. We evaluated diameter at breast heigjt, total height , crown base height occurance of the forks, social status, release status and crown quality for every tree. We utilized the logit model, to find out significant identificators. We determined two main statistically significant identificators for the Scots pine – height and diameter at breast height. For the European Larch only the diameter at breast height was statistically significant. Other parameters showed statistical insignificance.

Porovnání přístrojů pro akustickou tomografii stromu

Cristini, Valentino January 2019 (has links)
Tree acoustic tomography is one of the most widely used instrumental methods for tree stability assesment. This thesis compares the results of the three most used devices for acoustic tomography of standing trees (ARBOTOMâ, ARBORSONICâ a PICUSâ ) on selected individuals of Quercus robur L. in Brno, Brno-Soběšice, Czech Republic. According to the analysis of variance, there is a significant statistical difference between the values measured by the PICUS acoustic tomograph and the values measured by ARBOTOM and ARBORSONIC tomographs. Based on the measured data, it can be stated that PICUS measured velocities are considerably lower than those recorded by the other acoustic tomographs (ARBOTOM and ARBORSONIC). Image reconstructions (tomograms) from the three acoustic tomographs differ significantly from each other. According to the statistical correlation, it was found that there is no significant connection between sound velocity, density and humidity of wood.

Projekt revitalizace ovocného sadu v k.ú. Hajany

Maršálková, Eliška January 2019 (has links)
The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical background elaborated from the literature dealing with the issue of functional plantations in the landscape and extensive management in connection with fruit trees. In addition, field surveys were carried out at the selected locality, which consisted of locality surveys and focused on the current state of existing woody vegetation. By processing the information obtained in the theoretical part and in the field work, variants of the restoration of the old kit at the selected location were proposed. The optimal variant then became the main subject of the second part of the thesis, in which it was further elaborated into modified project documentation for zoning proceedings.
