Cílem této práce je doložit hloubku a důležitost sepětí člověka s přírodou a na základě této myšlenky vystavět výtvarný projekt, zúžený na vztah člověka a stromu Tento projekt by měl děti citlivě vést ke schopnosti hlubšího vnímání a pozorování přírody, k uvědomění si její nenahraditelnosti a krásy. Teoretická část práce se zaobírá zobrazením přírodních motivů s akcentací motivu stromu v průřezu dějinami umění a částečně literatury. Strom tedy vnímáme jako symbol, který může přírodu jako takovou charakterizovat. Část praktická sleduje význam environmentální tematiky ve výtvarné výchově a zaměřuje se na uvedení výtvarného projektu do školní praxe.

The thesis dealt with the issue of planting, economy and integration of alleys into the landscape. The aim of the study was to evaluate the economy of new plantings alleys, success rate of planting, integration into the landscape, aesthetics and health status in comparison with the assumptions presented in the literature. It was observed six model alleys, which were selected especially with respect to their age structure in order to verify the basic assumptions of this work. Alleyways were examined with regard to health, aesthetics, integration into the landscape and influence of these characteristics by human activities. Establishment of new alleys was considered in detail from economy point of view.

The aim of this thesis is an explanation of the murals of Portico 2 in Tepantitla palace in Teotihuacan on the basis of the scientific literature and the knowledge, that I have gained by studying. Here will be introduced opinions, ideas and theories of diferent scholars about what is depict on the murals, It will be made a try about a critical evaluation and revision, and I will do my best for make out a beneficial conclusion. There is no uniform view of what is depicted on the paintings of the portico 2 of the Tepantitla palace. Alfonso Caso expained the murals like Tlalocan, the paradise dominated by the God of Rain and Storm Tlaloc, Esther Pasztory and Peter T. Furst expained them as an image of the cosmic tree - the axis of the world - that connects the heavens, the earth and the underworld. Annabeth Headrick and María T. Uriart agree that murals represent a ceremony. For Headrick, the top register is the focal point, which is supposed to be the scene of raising of the sacred cosmic tree (the lower register is then a record of the celebrations taking place during the ceremony). For Uriarte, the concept of ball game and the significance of the toponym Teotihuacan, what both is connected with begining of time. I have decided to include into my diploma thesis the history overview of the Botanical Garden. A number of major events and pitfalls accompanied the history of the garden. The chapter about the general characteristics of the Botanical Garden of Charles University Science Faculty is also comprised Inside my thesis. There are also mentions about the exposition distinction to greenhouse and outside part and also the significant geopark which offers the additional opportunities for education. I am presenting here the offered programs of Botanical Garden for schools and the public without omitting the sample material offered to the visitors. I have also included the description of the innovative manner of interactive education of biology using the information boards and QR codes placed on these boards. Considering the didactic usage of Botanical garden I have created the worksheets which complement the excursion plan. So I have comprised the excursion planning, creation of worksheets, assembling the questions and the pitfalls during their creation in the next chapters. Afterwards I have described the excursion execution itself, its evaluation and the possible modifications of worksheets. Diploma thesis on subject of "Decisioning about living and the of way financing it" is covering whole process of financing your living. This involves choosing the type of living, the form of funding this living and the way to get a loan, either non-life or life insurance. The goal is to review the whole process of acquiring the proper living and finding the crieria upon which is good to go by while chosing a living and its financing. Every aspect of this will be shown on concrete example with help of desicion making tree and analysis of the financial market.

The aim of this work is to decide the real usage of logistic regression in the market research tasks respecting the needs of final users of research results. The main argument for the final decision is the comparison of its output to the output of an alternative classification method used in practice -- a classification tree method. The topic is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical framework and approaches linked to logistic regression (chapter 2 and 3). The second part analyses the experience with the usage of logistic regression in Czech market research companies (chapter 4) and the topic is closed by applying the method on real data and comparing the output to the classification tree output (chapter 5 and 6).

The aim of the thesis was minimize the planned cost of construction of the electricity network in North Africa and the Arabian peninsula between solar power plant in Desertec project. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted Desertec concept, its key technologies, benefits and barriers. Another chapter is devoted to the theory of graphs. It consists of an introduction to graph theory, minimum spanning tree and Steiner tree. The third practical chapter is devoted to reduction of the initial projected cost of constructing Electric Supply network using Steiner tree and its modifications. It also addresses the issue of valuation of edges and nodes to which it is necessary to include a number of factors such as energy capacity to be transmitted, the type of transmission medium, environmental conditions, geomorphological aspects and other safety regulatory requirements.

This thesis deals with category management of baby food on the Czech market. The goal of the thesis is to determine the theoretical basis of category management and define the category management process. Subsequently, based on the analysis of primary and secondary data, will be characterized the change in current shopping behaviour of mothers. Next goal is to design a general model structure of baby food exposure and through this model to determine whether the current situation on the baby food market, in the field of presentation of products, meets the needs and desires of customers. Primary data will be collected through the quantitative on-line questionnaire survey. The source for the secondary analysis will be the data from the project Market&Media&Lifestyle, market data and shopper behaviour research 2013.

The main goal of this paper is the identification of comments on internet websites. The theoretical part is focused on artificial intelligence, mainly classifiers are described there. The practical part deals with creation of training database, which is formed by using generators of features. A generated feature might be for example a title of the HTML element where the comment is. The training database is created by input of classifiers. The result of this paper is testing classifiers in the RapidMiner program.

The phylogenetic reconstruction has noted great development in recent decades. The development of computers and device for sequencing biopolymers have been an enormous amount od phylogenetic data from different sources and different types. The scientists are trying to reconstruct a comlet tree of life from these data. The phylogenetic supertree are theoretically this option because a supertree alow a combination of all information gathered so far – in contras to the phylogenetic trees. This thesis present the method of reconstruction supertrees using average konsensus method.
