Mokinių polinkio į savižudybę sąsajos su savo sveikatos vertinimu ir psichoaktyviųjų medžiagų vartojimu / Students‘ suicidal tendencies in relation to self-students rated health and usage of addictive substances

Mūsų šalis vis dar išlieka tarp pirmaujančių pagal paauglių savižudybių skaičių, taip pat egzistuoja tokios problemos kaip, bloga paauglių sveikata, psichoaktyvių medžiagų vartojimas. Todėl svarbu išsiaiškinti paauglių polinkio į savižudybę, sveikatą bei psichoaktyvių medžiagų vartojimo sąsajas. Tyrimo tikslas: nustatyti 5-12 klasių mokinių polinkio į savižudybę sąsajas su savo sveikatos vertinimu ir psichoaktyviųjų medžiagų vartojimu kaimo ir miesto mokyklose. Darbe taikytas polinkio į savižudybę, sveikatos vertinimo bei psichoaktyvių medžiagų klausimynas ( prof. A. Goštautas, 1999). Metodikos pasirinktos kaip tinkamos savo sveikatos vertinimo, psichoaktyvių medžiagų vartojimo bei polinkio į savižudybę nustatyti. Tyrimas atliktas vieno Lietuvos rajono miesto ir kaimo mokyklose. Tyrime dalyvavo 960 5-12 klasių mokinių (amžius10-19 metų)- 480 (240 mergaičių, 240 berniukų) miesto mokyklų ir 480 (240 mergaičių ir 240 berniukų) kaimo mokyklų ( po 30 berniukų ir po 30 mergaičių iš klasės). Tyrimo rezultatai: 5-12 klasių kaimo ir miesto mokyklų mokinių polinkis į savižudybę yra susijęs su savo sveikatos vertinimu ir psichoaktyvių medžiagų vartojimu kaimo ir miesto mokyklose. Nustatyta, kad mokinių, tiek berniukų, tiek mergaičių polinkis į savižudybę siejasi su savo sveikatos vertinimu: berniukų ir mergaičių polinkis į savižudybę didėja esant blogesniam savo sveikatos vertinimui. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Our country still remains among the leading countries in the number of the suicides of teenagers; such problems as poor health of teenagers, usage of psychoactive substances also exist. Therefore, it is important to find out about the correlation among suicidal tendencies, health and usage of psychoactive substances. The aim of the research: to specify the correlation between the suicidal tendency of the pupils of 5- 12th forms with the evaluation of their health and usage of psychoactive substances in city and rural schools. In the thesis the questionnaires about suicidal tendency, health assessment and psychoactive substances consists by prof. A. Goštautas (1990) are used. Methodologies are chosen as suitable for analysing the peculiarities of subjectively evaluated health, usage of psychoactive substances and suicidal tendencies. Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti sąsajas tarp asmens ir darbo aplinkos reikalavimų kognityvinio stiliaus, subjektyvaus atitikimo darbo aplinkos reikalavimams ir ketinimo išeiti iš darbo. Tyrime dalyvavo 136 bendrosios praktikos slaugytojų. Visos bendrosios praktikos slaugytojos dirba toje pačioje įstaigoje. Jų amžius svyravo nuo 23 iki 73 (vidurkis 49,55 metų). Šiame darbe teoriniu pagrindu pasirinktas Cools, Van den Broeck (2007) 3 dimensijų kognityvinio stiliaus modelis, pagal kurį kognityvinis stilius gali būti skirstomas į žinantį, planuojantį ir kūrybišką. Šis modelis pasirinktas dėl to, kad naudojant tą patį indikatorių galima nustatyti ir bendrosios pratikos slaugytojų kognityvinį stilių, ir kognityvinį stilių, kurio jų nuomone reikalauja darbo aplinka. Patikrinus asmens kognityvinio stiliaus ir kognityvinio stiliaus, kurio reikalauja darbo aplinka, atitikimą, buvo vertinamos sąsajos su darbuotojų subjektyviu atitikimu darbo aplinkos reikalavimams bei ketinimu išeiti iš darbo. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad bendrosios praktikos slaugytojoms ir jų darbo aplinkai būdingi du kognityviniai stiliai - žinantis ir planuojantis. Nera rasta sąsajų tarp asmens ir darbo aplinkos kognityvinių stilių atitikimo, subjektyvaus atitikimo darbo aplinkai bei ketinimo išeiti iš darbo. Tačiau pastebėta, kad kuo yra didesnis subjektyvus atitikimas darbo aplinkai, tuo yra mažesnis ketinimas išeiti iš darbo. / The aim of the research is to assess the relations between person’s and his work environment cognitive styles as well as subjectively perceived fit of work environment demands and intention to quit. 136 nurses of general practice took place in the research. All the nurses work in the same organization. Their age is ranged between 23 to 73 years (the average being 49,55 years). As the theoretical cornerstone the model of three dimensional cognitive style of Cools Van de Broeck, Bouckenooghe (2009) was chosen. According to it the cognitive style can be divided into the following criteria: the knowing, the planning and the creative one. This model was chosen because using the same indicator it is possible to determine the cognitive style of the nurses as well as the cognitive style which, according to their opinion, is required by the work environment. After testing the congruence between the cognitive style of a person and the one required by the work environment the connection of personnel’s subjective fit towards the requirements of work environment and the intention to quit the work was assessed. The results of the research showed that two cognitive styles, namely, the knowing and the planning are typical to the nurses of general practice as well as their work environment. Os desafios que se colocam nesta investigação se referem a: delinear teoricamente o conceito psicanalítico de subjetividade, e caracterizar possíveis desdobramentos deste conceito numa sala de aula, através de observações sobre a complexa trama educativa/subjetiva que acontece entre crianças e educadoras em Grupos Dois de uma escola “não tradicional” da rede particular de Salvador; experiência esta que se refere ao que denomino fazer subjetivante. Para este trabalho, definem-se crianças como sujeitos que têm uma lógica própria de entender o mundo e se alimentam, nas suas infâncias, da disposição e disponibilidade de gente comum ― pais e educadores ― em sustentar o querer habitar este mesmo mundo de sempre. Compreende-se o que acontece subjetivamente no trabalho com os Grupos Dois, a partir da referência de estudos mais recentes sobre EducaçãoxPsicanálise e considera-se a necessidade de abordar a discussão sobre fazer subjetivante em propostas de formação de professores da educação infantil, visto que eles, até mesmo sem saber, participam do processo de subjetivação dos seus alunos, ocupando funções diferentes dos familiares das crianças. The challenges in this research refer to: theoretically delineate the psychoanalytic concept of subjectivity, and characterize possible developments of this concept in a classroom, through observations on the complex educational/subjective framework that happens among children and educators in Grupo Dois from a "non-traditional" private school in Salvador, this experience refers to what I call “making subjectively”. For this work, children are defined as subjects that have their own logic to understand the world and fulfill themselves, in their childhoods, from the will and and availability of common people - parents and educators - to sustain the desire of living in that same world. One understands what happens subjectively while working with the Grupo Dois, taking into account the latest studies on Education versus Psychoanalysis and considers the need to address the discussion of “making subjectively” in teacher training programs in early childhood education, as they even unknowingly participate in the subjectivation process of their students, taking different roles of family members of children. Vztah mezi vnímanou a finančně měřenou výkonností podniku / Relation between subjectively perceived and financially measured performance of a firm

The aim of the thesis is to determine the relation between subjectively perceived and financially measured performance of a firm. The introduction of the thesis is focused on performance characteristics and measurement. Further, based on foreign and domestic researches, subjectively perceived performance is defined and comparison with objectively (financially) measured one is made. Results of the researches prove that between subjectively perceived and financially measured performance, there exists substantial to very strong statistical association. Following on an own research was carried out. As the tool for data collection serves a questionnaire sent to firms from the Czech and Slovak Republic. The data collected are compared with values of select financial measures: with ROA, ROE, ROS and Gross Sales. Said own research also confirmed a positive correlation between subjectively perceived and financially measured performance of the firm, albeit weaker than in foreign researches.

Tyrimo tikslas - nustatyti ryšius tarp valstybės tarnautojų subjektyviai suvokiamo atitikimo darbui, pasitenkinimo darbu ir kognityvinių stilių (darbuotojų, darbo aplinkos ir šių stilių atitikimo) bei empiriškai patikrinti teorinį šių ryšių modelį. Tyrime dalyvavo 168 darbuotojai, dirbantys valstybės tarnyboje. Vadovaujantis Kirton adaptyvaus – novatoriško kognityvinio stiliaus teorija, šiame tyrime analizuojamas valstybės tarnautojų kognityvinis stilius ir kognityvinis stilius, kurio reikalauja darbo aplinka valstybės tarnyboje. Asmens - aplinkos atitikimo teorijos pagrindu, analizuojamas šių kognityvinių stilių atitikimas bei subjektyviai suvokiamas atitikimas darbui. Taip pat analizuojami šių dviejų atitikimo tipų ryšiai su pasitenkinimu darbu. Vadovaujantis teorinėmis žiniomis sudarytas modelis, kuris buvo patikrintas empiriškai. Siekiant nustatyti, kaip kognityviniai stiliai (asmens, darbo aplinkos bei jų sąveika) susiję su subjektyviai suvokiamu atitikimu darbui ir pasitenkinimu darbu, sudarytos dvi regresijos lygtys. Abiem atvejais reikšmingos prognozinės vertės turėjo darbuotojams būdingas kognityvinis stilius bei darbuotojo – darbo aplinkos kognityvinių stilių sąveika. Regresinė analizė atskleidė, kad subjektyviai suvokiamo atitikimo darbui prognozei yra svarbesnė šių kognityvinių stilių sąveika, o pasitenkinimo darbu prognozei – darbuotojams būdingas kognityvinis stilius. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The aim of the study was to assess the relationships between civil servants’ subjectively perceived person – job fit, job satisfaction and cognitive styles (employees’, job environment’s and their fit) as well as to test empirically the theoretical model of these relationships. The subjects of the study were 168 public service employees. Based on Kirton’s adaption – innovation cognitive style theory, this study examines civil servants’ cognitive style and their perceptions of cognitive style required by the job environment. Using person – environment fit theory as the theoretical framework, this study examines the fit between these two styles as well as subjectively perceived person – job fit. Also, we explore relations of these two types of fit with job satisfaction. According to theoretical knowledge, a special model was developed and tested empirically. In order to test how cognitive styles (person’s, job environment’s and interaction of them) are related to subjectively perceived person – job fit and job satisfaction, two regression equations were formed. In both cases, the employees’ cognitive style and the interaction of employee – job environment cognitive style were of significant predictable value. Regression analysis showed that interaction of cognitive styles is the most important predictor for subjectively perceived person – job fit, while employees’ cognitive style is the most important predictor for job satisfaction. The thesis has both a theoretical and a practical part. Within the theoretical part it deals with problems and the characteristics of food intake failures, especially with the perception of her/his body during maturation, pubescence, adolescence, early adulthood and middle adulthood and the impact of psychological and social factors and risk factors. It points out the possibilities of a probable occurrence of a food intake failures, the attitude of the society and parents. It deals with different attitudes to slenderness, self-esteem, eating habits of girls and how present-day girls are informed about food intake failures. The diploma thesis main aim within a practical part is the illustration of a theoretical part and the description of subjectively sensed possible causes from women who suffered from food intake failures. There are 6 casuistries described here which are subsequently summarized in the results. Possible comments and ideas are mentioned in the discussion.
