Denna studie ville bidra till att öka förståelsen för hur man inom en förskoleorganisation ser på och genomför ett möte mellan förskolechef och förskollärare. Syftet mynnade ut i följande frågeställning: • Vad i mötet mellan förskolechef och förskollärare upplevs bidra till att skapa en verksamhet med hög kvalitet? I denna studie har en etnografiinspirerad metod använts, där data har samlat in med hjälp av samtal, observationer och intervjuer. Studien har genomförts i en kommunal förskola i Stockholms län. Förskolechefen samt 3 förskollärare har intervjuats före och efter ett möte med verksamhetsutveckling som mål. Under genomförandet av mötet gjordes även en observation. Studien visade att både förskolechef och förskollärare behöver ha både en intrapersonell samt en interpersonell förmåga och därmed ha en god förmåga till kommunikation och perspektivtagning. När dessa förmågor var goda visade resultatet i studien att det fanns en förutsättning för att få till stånd gott pedagogiskt möte med hög kvalitet, ett möte där självdisciplin och ansvarskännande var hög hos samtliga deltagare. Att förskolechef och förskollärare turades om att ta rollen som vägledande subjekt och ledarskapet därmed blev samproducerat var centralt, då detta av samtliga respondenter upplevdes leda till verksamhetens utveckling. Resultatet pekade även mot att det finns en stor utvecklingspotential när det gäller att identifiera vilka ledarskapsförmågor hos förskolechef och medarbetare som är viktig för den moderna förskolans framgång.

Czech legislation provides individuals listed in the Registry to choose whether to register your business choose the method of tax accounting or bookkeeping. The purpose of this thesis is then build a conversion bridge when a businessman goes voluntarily or compulsorily from tax records to accounting, and a description of individual steps of this transfer. The basic sources, which are tax records and accounting controls and of which were also drawn lessons for the preparation of this work, the Act no. 563/1991 Coll., On Accounting and Act no. 586/1992 Coll., On income taxes. The literature search is individually characterized by tax records, accounts and switch from tax accounting records. The next part is then drawn from theoretical findings in the literature search and their application in processing conversion bridge for a particular business entity. The practical part is formed by the bridge is a suggested solution with regard to tax liability business entity.

Legal Aspects of Clinical Drug Research Abstract The aim of this work is the evaluation of the current situation in the clinical study of medication, description of the rights and the protection of the subject of evaluation in the research and solution of selected questions, which may be confusing or at least unclear for the average person. Furthermore, this thesis discusses the exercise of the rights of the subject of the research with focus on damages incurred by the subject of evaluation and to his close persons. The last question is payment for participation in clinical research and other benefits that the subject of the evaluation gains for the participation. Through this methodology, this work has resulted in a detailed analysis of the rights of the subject, especially in relation to his / hers personal rights, their protection and performance. Through the method described above, it brings a new perspective on the relationship of liability for the damage caused to the subject of the clinical research. It also presents arguments pointing to the necessity to change the actual but legally unsatisfactory status of the reimbursements provided for participation in the clinical research.
