Föremålet för min undersökning är Karin Boyes roman Kris och intentionen har varit att finna en nytolkning av den ofta biografiskt lästa texten. Syftet var att redogöra för hur romanen synliggör samtidens patriarkala maktordning som genomsyrar samhällets auktoriteter och reducerar det kvinnliga subjektet. Undersökningen har också innefattat hur huvudpersonen Malin tar sig ur krisen genom att återupprätta egenviljan och erkänna driften som en naturlig del av jaget.      Med utgångspunkt i textens litterära kvaliteter och med ett kritiskt feministiskt perspektiv har jag analyserat framställningen av romanens kritiska tendens som ett uttryck för kvinnlig frigörelse. Malin genomgår en värdemässig identitetskris vilket är romanens centrala tema och samtidigt en möjlig allegori över samtidens sociala omvälvningar. Krisen utgörs av en inre splittring där uppbrottet från traditionella och religiösa förordningar är den enda räddningen undan självutplåning. Utöver ramberättelsen om Malins kris finns inslag av varierande textkaraktär som brev, dikter och dialoger som splittrar huvudberättelsen. Formens experimentella utförande polemiserar på detta sätt mot den traditionella romankonsten och förstärker temats kritiska tendens. Därav samverkar form och innehåll i ett ifrågasättande av samtidens förtryckande normer, reaktionära auktoriteter och traditionens “absoluta sanningar”.

The aim of this essay is to show how people’s ability to make judgements is based on an attitude towards vulnerability and an aesthetic subject. In order to do this, the essay begins with an examination of a prevailing capitalistic subject form. Using Hannah Arendt’s theories about the human condition – labor, work, and action – and the loss of a common or interpersonal world, the essay stipulates that this capitalistic subject is narcissistic, world-less and hence unable to make sound judgements. Moreover, the capitalistic subject is unable to have faith in the world.The alternative that this essay seeks to present and examine – the aesthetic subject – can on the other hand indeed have faith in the world. In order to explain this, a philosophic and exegetic analysis of the concept of the Christian faith is carried out, leading to the transcendent root visio. Since the essay is searching for an aesthetic alternative, visio is then analogously compared with the Hindu counterpart darśan, which differs from visio in that it is an immanent rather than a transcendent ability. In this essay, it is concluded that to be aesthetic is to make oneself vulnerable by having immanent faith in the world. Since this vulnerable and aesthetic subject acknowledges the world with an immanent faith it is also able to make judgements. Differently put, the essay argues that this vulnerable and faithful state is necessary for humans trying to make sound judgements.

All the society is changing all the time. Also tasks a nd ways of work realization, charakter of economic subjects and business are changing. Therefore it is more and more important for all the subjects to use modern methods of controlling. To determine, which activities are preferred for the assigned enterprise and which are only the supporting ones, i sone of the basic thoof facility management. The way ughts and claims of security of accompanying activities for the subjects by organizations blond is called outsourcing. By its exploitation i tis possible to specialize in priority goals of each company and also to decrease expendes on realization of supporting procedures.

Dissertation titled Optimization of the process from the perspektive of the public project sponsor indicates the procurement process both through public procurement, and primarily through PPP (Public Private Partnership). The main objective is to optimize the procurement process by PPP from the perspective of the owner. Therefore, under the general statutes of the Ministry of Finance is processed general process and design methodology for assessing the project within municipalities. This model is then verified in the context of case study in a specific project.

U stvari, da bi se danas održala konkurentnost, potrebno je da se pored pa- žnje koja se posvećuje pobolj&scaron;anju posla koji se danas obavlja misli i na to &scaron;ta treba da se preduzme da bi se izdržala konkurencija i opstalo u budućnosti. Naime, uspe&scaron;ni poslovni subjekti u sve turbulentnijem okruženju moraju da uvažavaju činjenicu da je poslovna izvrsnost osnovna determinanta koja obezbeđuje njihov opstanak, razvoj i rast. Zbog toga ocena stanja poslovne izvrsnosti i postavljenih ciljeva mora da se meri kao i sve drugo putem tehnike benčmarkinga, kako u slučaju usavr&scaron;avanja proizvoda, usluga i procesa, tako i kod projektovanog razvoja. Poslovni subjekt treba, prema autoru Piteru Drakeru (Piter Drucker), da se u određenim intervalima kritički osvrne na rezultate postignute u poslovnoj izvrsnosti. Benčmarking omoguća- va poslovnim subjektima da sagledaju svoju trži&scaron;nu poziciju i na bazi učenja, prevashodno od trži&scaron;nih lidera, unaprede svoju konkurentsku prednost.<br />Nepostojanje modela za brzu ocenu poslovne izvrsnosti zasnovanog na kvantifikovanim atributima koji je determini&scaron;u otežava prethodno utvrđivanje stanja konkurentske prednosti. Kreirani model (CB MODEL) za ocenu atributa benčmarkinga koji determini&scaron;u poslovnu izvrsnost poslovnog subjekta u sada&scaron;njosti i u budućnosti i edukacija s provedena na bazi utvrđene ocene znače aktueli- zaciju novih znanja, koja neutrali&scaron;u uočene probleme i omogućuju top-menadžmentu poslovnog subjekta dono&scaron;enje brze i efikasne odluke koja povećava verovatnoću njegovog opstanka, razvoja i rasta.</p>

Ownership Land (object, subject-matter and content) The aim of my thesis is to give a brief owerview of ownership land, namely its object, subject-matter and content. The reason for choosing this topic is that with no doubí belongs to the current issues in the field. Primarily, considering the object ownership land, ie land and its special features, mainly its limited quantity. The thesis is composed of four parts further divided into chapters and subchapters. Part one deals with object of ownership land. The land has certain special characteristics: it has a multifunctional and indispensable character of the land, the limited extent and the irreplaceability, the fact that the land is not a result of human activities and finally, the special characteristic that the land is not consumed or destroyed by using. In this chapter is land also defined as a thing and as a plot of land. An important and signifiant institute of Land law is purpose-categorization of the land. I deal with that issue at the end of this part. Part two is focused on subjects-matter of ownership land. There is an interpretation of natural persons, legal entities, territorial self-governing units and state. Just as other things also the land may be owned by more than one owner. Personal data protection under the law of European Union ABSTRACT The diploma thesis discusses the legal regulation of personal data protection under the European Union law with focus on the rights of data subjects, i.e. natural persons whose personal data are being processed. The aim of the thesis is to compare the current legal regulation of the rights of data subjects (directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data) with the legal regulation with forthcoming effectiveness (GDPR) with focus on the issue how the new legal regulation dealt with the problems for which the Directive has been criticised and how it dealt with problematic parts of the regulation of the rights of data subjects. The diploma thesis consists of five parts including the introduction, the conclusion and three chapters of the own text. The chapter one contains the introduction to the field of personal data protection, including the brief history of the development of personal data protection, and it is further divided into the sub-chapters where the primary and secondary law concerning personal data protection in the European Union and its development are introduced. Uppsatsen undersöker hur Camilla Gisslows roman Jag har ingen historia, jag har ett liv (2016) kan användas i svenskundervisningen utifrån skolans värdegrund samt hur den kan möjliggöra, som Elisabeth Langmann benämner det, tolererande subjekt. Utvalda delar av romanen analyseras utifrån Judith Butlers teori om hur kön görs, vilka ligger till grund för de didaktiska implikationerna. De sätt som analysen är strukturerad på, i form av dess innehåll, kan betraktas som ett möjligt tillvägagångssätt i ett arbete med romanen i undervisningen. Ambitionen är alltså en didaktiskt syftande diskussion av olika delar av romanen, snarare än en separat genusteoretisk analys. Analysen visar på att den transsexuella karaktären Michael i Gisslows roman synliggör Butlers resonemang om hur kön görs genom performativa handlingar. Vidare visar analysen på att identiteter och beteenden som bryter mot dessa könsnormer dels sticker hål på idén om att genus, kropp och begär är sammankopplade och dels att de som hamnar utanför normen riskerar att bli utsatta för sanktioner. Det som framkommer i analysen kan också förstås utifrån Langmanns resonemang om att vi i möten med människor som rubbar våra invanda föreställningar, ställs inför valet att välkomna eller förtrycka. Det är också i dessa möten som Langmann menar att tolererande subjekt kan bli till. Romanens didaktiska potential baseras på Martha C. Nussbaum teori , så som den tolkas av Malin Alkestrand, om skönlitteraturens möjlighet att påverka läsaren genom den narrativa fantasin. Sammanfattningsvis kan romanen alltså sägas ha en didaktisk potential på flera sätt. Dels då den visar på hur kön görs och problematiserar den normativa idén om att genus, kön och begär sammanfaller och dels då den synliggör det vi ställs inför i de möten som Langmann beskriver. Men kanske viktigast av allt, den erbjuder ett synliggörande av transpersoner.

<p>Jag har i den här uppsatsen undersökt hur själva klassrummet som både materiellt och diskursivt rum är delaktigt i den subjektsskapande processen. I detta har jag använt mig av olika inspirationskällor. Dels har jag inspirerats av fysikern Karen Barards onto-epistemoligiska teori i vilken det materiella tillskrivs en påverkansmöjlighet i hur vi förstår oss själva och vad som händer med oss och dels Gilles Deleuze idéer kring flöden och tillblivelser för att försöka förstå hur ett klassrum kan skapa olika möjligheter och begränsningar. Dessutom har jag använt Michel Foucaults tankar om hur rummet kan förstås som en diskursiv kontrollmekanism, tankar som han utvecklat i texten ”Fogliga kroppar”. Min undersökning har även en poststrukturalistiskt feministisk utgångspunkt. Metodologiskt använder jag mig av det som brukar benämnas ”kollektivt minnesarbete”. Detta innebär att jag har använt mig av mina egna och en annan lärares nedtecknade minnen för att undersöka den subjektskapande processen. Jag har prövat hur det går att förstå klassrummets utformning, bänkarnas placering, stolarnas tilltal, svarta tavlans roll, papper och färger som används med mera i formandet av oss som subjekt. Min ambition är att, genom att tillämpa olika teorier, skapa andra, olika och nya sätt att betrakta det pedagogiska rummet. Detta innebär en strävan bort från en subjektssyn som menar att vi formas som lärande subjekt enbart diskursivt, oavsett materialitet. Istället vill jag försöka förstå den roll det fysiska klassrummet och dess material spelar i denna process.</p>
