O presente trabalho de tese consiste em uma abordagem ao problema do fundamento da subjetividade na fenomenologia a partir da hipótese interpretativa de que podemos identificar neste um movimento que se desdobra na transformação da concepção inicial de subjetividade constituinte na questão da constituição da subjetividade. A leitura aqui proposta assume a premissa de que essa transformação tem por base as modificações do programa inicial da fenomenologia em novos paradigmas metodológicos nos quais o método se volta para uma abordagem ontológica, e que é a partir desta que temos o problema posto então não mais nos termos da subjetividade como fundamento do conhecimento mas do problema ontológico do ser da subjetividade. O caminho que as análises aqui propostas pretendem apresentar é assim a tentativa de responder a questão de como se torna possível uma ontologia do sujeito na fenomenologia. / The present work of thesis consists of an approach to the problem of the foundation of subjectivity in phenomenology from the interpretative hypothesis that we can identify in this a movement that unfolds in the transformation of the initial conception of constituent subjectivity in the question of the constitution of subjectivity. The reading here proposed assumes the premise that this transformation is based on the modifications of the initial program of phenomenology in new methodological paradigms in which the method turns to an ontological approach, and that is from this that we have the problem put then no more In terms of subjectivity as the basis of knowledge but of the ontological problem of being of subjectivity. The way that the analyzes proposed here intend to present is thus the attempt to answer the question of how an ontology of the subject becomes possible in phenomenology.

A análise desenvolvida aqui se filia ao pós-estruturalismo, tendo como principal matriz teórica os escritos do filósofo Michel Foucault , marcadamente, a analise discursiva desenvolvida por-este autor em A arqueologia do Saber. Costituem também, um importante suporte para o trabalho desenvolvido, nesta tese, as considerações tecidas sobre a história das mulheres pelos estudos de Gênero / Abstract: This doctorate thesis has the goal of studying, the speeches and the educational practices in Brazil, among 1870and 1910, aiming to perceive how through these, the gender identity models have been formed in our society. The analysis developed here is affiliated to the post structuralism, having as principal theoretical mold Michel Foucault's writings, the philosopher; markedly the discursive analysis envolved by this author in The archeology koowledge. Parfit mostra a possibilidade lógica do "eu" se dividir e sobreviver sem identidade pessoal. Em reação a isto, surgem duas tentativas de superar o caráter anti-intuitivo do "eu" parfitiano e recuperar sua unidade perdida. A primeira, de Colin McGinn, procura reafirmar o conceito do "eu" unitário com base na análise da linguagem ordinária. A segunda, de Alasdair Maclntyre e Charles Taylor, enfatiza a necessidade (a) de um contexto teleológico para o "eu" e (b) da narração para tornar inteligível a identidade. pessoal através do tempo. Deste modo, Maclntyre e Taylor propõem uma nova maneira de recuperar a unidade do "~u": a identidade narrativa / Abstract: In this dissertation I present the basic of ideas of Derek Parfit, Colin McGinn, Charles Taylor and Alasdair Maclntyre on personal identity. Parfit shows that the division of the self and its survival without identity is logically possible. I then present two attempts to overcome the counter-intuitive character of Parfit's self, and to recover its lost unity. Colin McGinn argues for the concept of the self as a simple entity. Alasdair Maclntyre and Charles Taylor stress the need of (a) a teleological context for the self, and (b) a narrative competence for the self to be able to confer inteligibility to his or her personal identity through time.
