ŠLECHTIC MEZI BAROKEM A OSVÍCENSTVÍM / NOBLEMAN AT THE TURN OF BAROQUE AND ENLIGHTENMENT

TRNKOVÁ, Michaela January 2013 (has links)
This work endeavours to introduce two treatises which deal with the topic of ideal nobleman at the turn of Baroque and Enlightenment in Czech lands. Both of them were written in French by scholars who had some relation with Czech lands. The first one is a manuscript called ?Le prince selon Dieu et les hommes prouvé par les propres paroles de l? écriture sainte et appuyé du témoignage des docteurs de l?église et des Meilleurs auteurs profanes?? ( The Prince according to God and the people, proved by the words of Holy Scripture and supported by the testimony of church scholars and of the best secular authors) which was written in 1725 by a teacher of French language named Philibert Joseph le Roux and its content shows the baroque point of view of virtues which are indispensable for every Christian prince. The second one is younger, it is a print called ?Connoissances que doit avoir un jeune seigneur ou l?idée d?un homme d?honneur? (The Knowledge which a young man has to have i.e. the ideal of the honest man) which was created at the end of 18th century. The aim of its analysis is to find out if the ideal of nobleman during 18th century has changed or not. The introduction of this thesis defines the topic and analyzes the state of research. In the next parts, the thinking of Baroque and Enlightenment is indicated as well as the change of position of the nobility during these two periods. The main part introduces a scholarly account of virtues and qualities which are, in a view of each author, necessary for every aristocrat.

As to periodicals published during the first phase of the protectorate (until the arrest of Prime Minister Alois Eliáš in September 1941) the magazine Mladý hlasatel (Young Announcer) and Dětská neděle (Children's Sunday Magazine) which began to be published in 1935 were chosen and analyzed. The second phase of the protectorate was tightly associated with the establishment and existence of the Curatorium for Education of Bohemian and Moravian Youth and therefore its periodicals Zteč (Charge), Správný kluk (Good Boy) and Dívčí svět (Girl's world) were analyzed together with Knihovna pro mládež (Youth Library) issued by the Curatorium later. ALBRECHT, David January 2012 (has links)

They both reacted to each other in this point, and their reflexions upon this matter resulted in very outstanding discoveries, with influence untill nowadays. Thesis introduces the concept of the Other in each of both mentioned traditions, simultaneously tries to grasp surprisingly similar result of philosofical analysis in different traditions, and also tries to stress the primacy of ethics in historical development of both traditions as a place of meeting of (the other) minds.

Téma komunizmu ve vzdělávacím programu současné školy / The theme of communism in the current school education program

JUKLOVÁ, Tereza January 2013 (has links)
Diploma thesis - The theme of communism in the current school education program - is dealing partly with defining the basic concepts such as ideology, totalitarianism, socialism, communism or nazism. The individual terms are characterized on the basis of specialized literature and basic information about them is provided. It also concentrates on the theme of the Russian Revolution and its impact on the development of communism in Europe. Furthermore, the work provides evidence of how insufficient is the theme of communism in civic education lessons in primary schools currently discussed. Although there are also modern civic education textbooks published in recent years, the topic of communism appears there only occasionally. As for the websites that can be used for processing of this topic, pages of General educational program or program One World in Schools can be used. These, however, provide materials only, and it is up to the teachers to decide how to use them in lessons of civic education when discussing this topic. The practical part consists of the actual learning program that is broken down by lessons. The conclusion is accompanied by all the necessary attachments. Based on the application of the program in practice it was found that students in the program understood the basic information and also appreciated working with modern technology in the teaching. It is also shown that the program was successfully implemented in practice.
