This thesis is focused on technical systems and evaluating their safety. It tries to make a complex view of links between safety, demands for quality and technical diagnostics. It tries to apply all the information about mentioned features to concrete branch of machines ¨C highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. Practical part of this thesis consists of statistical analysis of measured parameters by two hydroelectric generators. Main task of this thesis is to transpose theoretical knowledge of safety and technical systems to the branch of highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. This thesis also tries to find appropriate and more efficient evaluation method for analyzing the parameters of mentioned machines. Another benefit of this thesis should be bringing few new ideas about evaluating safety and technical status of highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. The diploma thesis is consisting of theoretic part, which deal with used ventilating systems, ways of waste heat recovery and describe basic types of air-conditioning systems. Following part attend to design of ventilating system and multi-split air-conditioning system for flat. Part of design of ventilation system is calculation of noise levels in rooms. Air-conditioner design is based on calculation of thermal stress. Annual demand of cold and heat demand are calculated using TRANSYS software. Design documentation is part of the diploma thesis.

近年來由於消費者行為以及行銷環境的改變，行銷人員開始試圖從傳統的行銷手法中尋求突破，以獲取企業在行銷上的競爭優勢。藉由資訊及電子通訊科技之助，資料庫行銷可以創造新的行銷機會，並提高行銷績效。在國內，則由外商公司率先引進資料庫行銷技術，而許多企業也逐漸意識到顧客資料的重要性，因此如何建立一套有效的顧客資料庫並將其應用在行銷方面，便成為有心從事資料庫行銷者普遍關切的問題。 　　本研究屬於探索性的研究，藉由對國內外相關文獻的探討，發掘企業在從事資料庫行銷時必須掌握的關鍵因素，並進一步對國內企業進行實證研究，以了解企業之資訊系統、組織特質、行銷組合與資料庫行銷之間的互動關係。 　　經由文獻探討以及對實際個案公司經驗的研究分析，本研究發現企業本身資訊化及系統整合的程度會影響資料庫行銷的成效；企業各分公司之間經驗的轉移可以增進行銷人員的資料庫行銷技術，並提高成功的機率。高階主管對資料庫計劃的支持與承諾及行銷組織結構的配合均是成功的關鍵因素。此外，企業本身之產品或服務的特性以及行銷通路均須與資料庫行銷相配合方能發揮其最大的成效，而資料庫行銷的應用也有助於公司產品的發展及通路的開發。 　　資料庫行銷在國內的發展尚未完全成熟，但是未來將會更為普及，一些較為高層次的應用如資料庫分析的統計模式技術以及資料庫行銷對整合性行銷溝通之影響均為未來相當值得研究之議題。

Lorsqu'un système physique est en fonctionnement, un des objectifs d'une analyse de sûreté est d'être sûr que les variables caractérisant l'état du système suivent une certaine trajectoire ou restent dans une zone donnée compte tenu de toutes les perturbations et les incertitudes sur les paramètres et les mesures du système. Une solution originale pour ce problème est proposée dans ce document à l'aide d'une approche ensembliste qui consiste à calculer l'ensemble des trajectoires possibles générées en présence des perturbations dues à l'environnement du système et à la méconnaissance des modèles du système se traduisant par des incertitudes sur la valeur de certains de ses paramètres. Dans le cas de notre problème, les incertitudes peuvent porter sur les valeurs des paramètres, l'état initial ou les mesures du système. Pour garantir le résultat de l'analyse de sûreté, toutes les trajectoires doivent être envisagées, pour toutes les perturbations et les incertitudes considérées. Pour représenter le comportement d'un système complexe (un système multi mode ou un système non-linéaire), au lieu d'utiliser un modèle avec une structure complexe, une approche standard est de diviser le régime opératoire du système en zones locales est de représenter chaque zone par un modèle linéaire avec une structure simple.On essaie dans ce travail de thèse d'apporter une solution au problème d'identification de systèmes incertains dans un premier temps par un modèle mono-mode et ensuite par un modèle multi-mode pour un objectif d'analyse de sûreté de système. Ce document est constitué de cinq chapitres. Dans le premier chapitre, la problématique du travail est détaillée. Dans le deuxième chapitre, un état de l'arc sur la problématique étudiée est donné. On traite ensuite du problème d'identification et de simulation d'un modèle ensembliste (intervalle) dans le chapitre trois. Pour améliorer la qualité de lé modélisation et augmenter la précision de la prédiction, une approche méthodologique est proposée dans le chapitre quatre pour identifier et pour simuler ce modèle intervalle. Dans le dernier chapitre, une conclusion est apportée sur l'ensemble de ce travail de thèse.

The purpose of this master's thesis is to design and create system for company dealing with telephoning, which will simplify and automate the work of their employees as much as possible. System will meet the requirements on modern information system of telemarketing company and will be connected to telephone private branch exchange, from which it will be getting information about all phone calls including their voice records. The work is focused on usage of modern quality technologies and their integration into one system. First part of this work will closely describe requirements on this system and resulting creation of design. In the second part there will be presented used technologies and implementation of particular sections including configuration and connection with telephone private branch exchange. There will be also description of performance measurement process and resulting optimalization of critical sections in which high performance is required.

The diploma thesis is focused on the practical use of project management methods and tools in a selected company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a project for the implementation of an information system. The introductory part of this work deals with the theoretical basis of the issue and covers all phases of the project. The next part is focused on the analysis of the current state of the company. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the project itself, where the output of the thesis is a compiled project for the implementation of an information system.

The thesis focuses on the design of a new solution for the exchange of documentation between the energy distribution company XYZ and its external partners. Based on the analysis of the current documentation exchange process and the requirements of the stakeholders are proposed appropriate system solutions with the necessary functionalities and procedural steps of the exchange.

MIMO systems are mainly used in application for wireless communication. Their principle is to use a large number of antennas for transmition and the reception of a signal. The core of these systems is to use space-time coding and either block or trellis space-time code. In the future, it is assumed enormous enlargement MIMO systems in many applications

This dissertation work focusses on using information about the location of the user during the authentication process on computer networks. With the growth of mobile computer devices over the last two decades the physical location of users is becoming one of the main issues for access management. This work researches existing solutions which are divided in to two groups related to the source of location information (SATNAV systems for example GPS and based on communication with active infrastructure such as GSM, Wi-Fi). This work shows the methodology for evaluating authentication data which use the principle of fuzzy logic. In comparison with binary logic it is possible to evaluate authentication data accurately. As a result of the authentication process the information is of a higher value, which can be taken into account when setting the levels of user privileges. An important aspect of working with location information is that the user is located in the same place and from where they are asking for access to the system. Solving this question could be linking user biometrics for example finger prints. This principle is used in two types of microelectronic authentication terminals which were developed in conjunction with this work. The first type of terminal uses a SATNAV receiver and an ISM wireless communication module as a source of location information. On the first type of authentication terminal newly developed authentication techniques were tested. The users biometrics are checked by finger print sensor with embedded processing. In the second type authentication terminal a Wi-Fi and GSM module were added for location purposes. In the conclusion of this dissertation the testing methodology of the data authorization and evaluation process of the second type of microelectronic authentication terminal is shown. This confirms the practicality of the suggested methodology and the time-space information in the authentication process.
