The thesis deals with the design and practical realization of class D audio power amplifier with microprocessor controlling. The first part describes the integrated circuits used in a preamplifier and his complete design with a description of the control program for ATmega128 microcontroller. The following part describes an integrated power amplifier TAS5613 and his circuits. The next section describes a switching power supply design using integrated circuit TOP261EN. The last section describes measurements of parameters of individual parts of the amplifier.

The aim of the master´s thesis is to create a high-frequency amplifier with switching power amplifier classes among classes A, B, C with output power of 10 W. The amplifier operates at frequency from 3.5 MHz to 14 MHz. Master´s thesis includes also theoretical analysis, design of lowpass filter and amplifiers and their simulation, mechanical realization and measured parameters of the amplifier.

The diploma thesis on the topic Kindergarten is processed in the form of project documentation for the implementation of the building. The building is designed to plot 12288 in the cadastral Vsetín. It is a new kindergarten with two floors. The building is brick, It is covered by single-layer flat roof. The building contains three classes for a total of 75 children, also has its own kitchen and pottery.

The main goal of this thesis is an introducing and guiding the reader with all important aspects of a proposal of ventilation system for cytostatics laboratory, from theoretical knowledge about the issue via familiarization with an appropriate legislative statute, a demonstration of relevant calculations needed for the project, a proposal in the form of technical reports as well. In this thesis the process of validation, which is needed for installed technology in the cleanroom, is also described. In the firt part thesis is solved EPCB (when we need it, who can perform it and the calculation for a particular detached house). In the second part is valued the building using the market compared to the development of database house. After comparing the results achieved and the informations we determined, whether EPCB affect the price of the detached house or not.

The diploma thesis is focused on testing and design of a test system of merging unit which provides digital output according to IEC 61850-9-2. The parameters and distinguishing features of the test system are based on functional principles of merging unit and standards dealing with the testing of transducers. The proposed test system is based on modular PXI Express system from National Instruments. The desing is performed with respect to the possibility of generating test signals and measurements for voltage up to 38.4 kV and current up to 2000 A. The proposed test system meets the criteria for testing transducers of accuracy class up to 0.5. Assuming of calibration designed test system as a whole, this test setup has the potential to meet the technical requirements for testing transducers of accuracy class up to 0.1.

The aim of the dissertation is to compare the psychosocial climate of the classes between the 5th and 6th grades of Czech elementary school. In the train of pupils' leaving into the high- tracked schools there are significant organizational changes in the classes of the 6th grade. This theme includes the phenomenon of the early tracking, when some pupils can leave the mainstream of education (elementary school) and start attending the high-tracked schools (multi-year gymnasium). The aim of our study is to contribute to the research, that with the departure of students into high-tracked schools the psychosocial climate in the classes of the 6th grade unequivocally exacerbates. We are also interested in which specific students are accepted into high-tracked schools, and whether they are effective classroom leaders and socio- metric stars. In our study, we also find out the classroom positions of students who are continuously educated in the 5th and 6th grades of the elementary schools and their classmates, who have come as new students into the classes of the 6th grade. In the theoretical section we introduce the foreign and domestic researches which were conducted on the association between tracking and classroom climate. The title of the bachelor thesis: The evaluation of selected elementary school students' physical fitness by using UNIFITTEST Prepared by: Bc. Adéla Vélová Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Ales Kaplan, Ph.D. Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out the current level of the fitness of the 5th graders at selected primary schools in the district of Jablonec nad Nisou, which do not focus on sports. These were pupils who fall into the age category of 10 and 11 years. I processed the ascertained results. Subsequently, I made a comparison between the individual primary schools to find out which of the tested schools achieved better results. Methodology: The main method of the research was the practical testing of students by using a test battery UNIFITTEST (6-60), from which I applied four motor tests (two-footed jump, sit- ups repeatedly for 60 seconds, shuttle run 4x10 m and the Cooper's test - 12 minutes run). I compared all the measured data with the relevant UNIFITTEST standards for the given age category (10-11 years). Another part of my diploma thesis was a short anonymous questionnaire designed for physical education teachers, refering to the finding out opinions of physical education of the 5th graders.
