Jak udržet a rozvíjet vnitřní motivaci dětí na počátku školní docházky / How to keep and develop the children's inner motivation at the beginning of the school attendance

This thesis focuses on keeping and developing the inner motivation for learning in the first class of the primary waldorf school, where the author works as a class teacher. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the characterization of the term inner motivation, its sorts and describes which methods are helping to its keeping. Further there is a description of specific ways of teaching at waldorf school. For the practical part of the thesis author of this dissertation uses method action teacher's research. She observes four selected pupils from her class. During one school year she determines the most suitable strategies of teaching lessons so the inner motivation for learning is supported. Results of research confirm when pupils are motivated, they are active and they cooperate more.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the criteria of the school class climate quality, to deal with the role of the primary school teacher as a co-creator of the climate, with the requirements that are laid on the teacher and the required proffesional competences. The thesis also deals with analysis of the conditions that create the school climate from the pupils' point of view - especially the development compliance that originates from the dependence on the class composition. Another aim of the thesis is to describe issue of newly-made casses on the grounds of created relationships between the pupils both during and outside the lessons. The methods of educational survey and educational-psychological diagnosis were used.

Title: Analysis of traffic education teaching 5th grades in selected primary schools in Prague Objectives: The main aim of this thesis was to explore and compare the knowledge of traffic education for pupils who have completed 4th year of primary school who used to teach traffic playground compared to students who do not receive instruction in the transport field. Methods: The research group has a total of 111 fifth grade students from four schools in Prague. The method for obtaining data used questionnaires to evaluate it using Excel. Results: The results highlighted in the testing of hypotheses on the conformity of success responses of the two test files of students who received instruction on traffic playground and students who did not pass the teaching. The absolute values of the survey results (its parts) shows a slight increase in the success of students using the transport field. In the theoretical section acquaints readers with important informations of bullying and substance of drama in education, which are the basis for a comprehensive understanding of this issue. The theoretical part is also the basis for creating bullying prevention project using the methods and strategies of drama education, presented and reflected in the practical part. The practical part is also the result of a questionnaire, which is focused on opinion surveys of teachers of primary schools to prevent bullying and the use of methods and techniques of drama in this issue. The thesis examines the use of the interactive whiteboard in the lower primary schools since the interactive whiteboard is a commonly used teaching aid nowadays. Based on references to literature and an empirical study, the thesis aims to describe the various possibilities of the efficient usage of the interactive whiteboard in education. The theoretical part opens with the description of information and communication technologies in general and the usage of the interactive whiteboard in the classroom. It focuses on its advantages and disadvantages, lists examples of its features available, and closes with an illustration of interactive teaching. It also introduces SMART Notebook collaborative learning software and describes its features. The empirical part employs both the quantitative and the qualitative research. The quantitative part is based on a questionnaire aimed at teachers at lower primary schools and investigates how the teachers use the interactive whiteboard in their classrooms. The qualitative part is devoted to a set of interactive materials designed for the subjects Czech language and Maths, which were subsequently tested in the third grade of a lower primary school.

This thesis deals with education of socially handicapped people in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. It presents approaches and supporting disposals in both countries. The attention is devoted to actual situation in education of socially handicapped children at various degrees of schools. It describes affirmative actions, such as preliminary classes, education assistants in the Czech Republic or zero grades, education assistants and daylong education system in Slovakia. The thesis also sums up several projects focused on socially handicapped, one project focused on Roma children support realized in the Czech republic, three projects focused on education of socially handicapped, their parents' and educators' support, realized in middle Slovakia in years 2011-2015. V diplomové práci je řešena problematika třídnické hodiny jako specifické náplně práce třídního učitele na 2. stupni základní školy v České republice. Cílem práce je objasnit, jakým způsobem vnímají a přistupují třídní učitelé k třídnické hodině jako ke specifické náplni své práce. Teoretická část se zabývá třídním učitelem, jeho činnostmi a kompetencemi, analyzuje třídu jako sociální skupinu a vymezuje třídnickou hodinu i s jejími specifiky. Popisu přípravy výzkumného šetření a jeho výsledků se věnuje praktická část. Šetření bylo realizováno metodou dotazníku na vybraných základních školách v České republice a respondenti byli třídní učitelé. Zjištění jsou porovnávána s údaji v odborné literatuře a ze získaných dat jsou vyvozovány závěry pro praxi. and key words The submitted dissertation thesis is dealing with the social climate of the classroom and the school success of a pupil. This dissertation thesis is divided into the theoretical and the empiraical part. The teoretical section is focusing on the elaboration of the given theme on the bases of czech and foreign vocational literature. I am focusing on the classroom from the scrutiny of the social psychology. I am analyzing the formation of the classroom's social structure, the methods of its cognition and the most common positions and roles which are most frequently occurring in the classroom. I am introducing the basic findings about the social climate, his formers, determiners and diagnostics. As a last point of this part of my thesis I am dealing with the theme of the school success. I am defining the conception of school ineffectualness, self-classification and academic self-efficacy. In the empirical part I am presenting quantitative research, there were 309 pupils and 17 class masters from the elementary schools in Prague involved. The purpose of my research should have confirm the connection between the social climate of the classroom and the school success of the pupil.
