The diploma thesis called "Regional Education of the Local Region Taught at the Lower Grade of Elementary School (Based On the Example of ORP Prachatice)" deals with the problems of teaching about local region in the subject of Geography taught at the lower grade of elementary school. The theoretical part koncerns the geographical characteristics of the region and the place of the thesis among the curriculum. The second part consists of the didactical material aimds to 4th and 5th graders of the elementary school in the region of Prachatice. The material has its grounds in the information collected in the theoretical part. The didactical material is supplemented with worksheets and didactic guide for teachers. The practical part is based on the present Framework Educational Pragramme for Elementary Education.

In my work I pay attention to mutual relations between children of middle school-age. In first part I{\crq}m describing child of middle school-age especially in light of psychological and ethical development. In second part I regard with basic scene of their relations {--} their classroom. The classroom represents small social group with all their roles and positions which they express. Further I refer individual methods, which I will use in research. Closing part deals with research itself. The mutual relations between children are in this case described through theirs own interpretation of these relations.

This diploma thesis describes with mixing ratio of two kinds of small quarried aggregate for the production of ready mix concrete. The theoretical part summarizes the requirements of Czech technical standards to individual components of concrete, particularly the requirements for fine aggregates. In the practical part were designed the recipes for three classes of concrete and was done checking the properties of concrete in fresh and hardened state. Based on the results were determined the optimal mixing ratio of fine aggregate from location Smiřice and Lípa.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of differentiation at the primary level of education. It is based on the idea of inclusion and equal access to education. The theoretical part focuses on the similarities and differences of pupils at the age of middle childhood. Based on that, the following chapters introduce the most important factors of differentiation that are needed for successful teachers' work in heterogeneous classrooms. This part also shows some of the teaching methods and strategies that support an inclusive view of education. The practical part interprets experience of teachers with long teaching practice and compares them with the theoretical background. This work aims to introduce main and effective principles of differentiation that can serve as a source of inspiration for students, junior and senior teachers. Nathalie Lamprecht Abstract Class, Sexuality and Nationalism: Identity Building in the Prose Writings of Brendan Behan focuses on Irish author, playwright and rebel Brendan Behan's prose fiction. It uses notions of Irish autobiography, memory and narrativity in order to analyse his collected short stories, his only crime novel The Scarperer and his columns, originally published in the Irish Press, as well as his most extensive work, the autobiographical novel Borstal Boy. Due to the autobiographical nature of most of these texts, throughout this thesis biographies of the author function as co-texts. The aim of this thesis is to find out how Behan uses the themes of class, sexuality and nationalism in order to create identity in his prose. Mostly, the author is critical of his time's accepted version of Irishness, creating characters principally based on himself that do not fit the mould.

Master‘s thesis is focused on current instrument transformers, current sensors and low power current transformers. Discussion is made on advantages and disadvantages of each measuring principle. Low power current transformers is then designed and manufactured. Manufactured LPCT is then measured for accuracy class. Results are then compared.

This Diploma thesis deals with methods that increase efficiency of transistor amplifiers. In the first part of the thesis we describe theoretical background of the constructions of power amplifiers. At first we deal with the classical method that is concerned with a change of position of the static operating point. Secondly we cover the multi harmonic manipulation method (MHM). This method is concerned with a proper loading of particular harmonic components and consequential shaping of voltage runs and currents on the collector. In the second part of the work we have constructed the substitutes of particular accesses. Constructed classes are AB, F and FMHM. Basic S parameters and output signal spectrum were measured. We can see from the calculated efficiencies AB = 11%, F = 16% a Fmhm = 18%, big increase of efficiency F and FMHM only by changing output network.

This work describes the design of audio amplifiers operating in switching mode. The first part describes basic principles of the power stage switching concept. There is described differences between classes of amplifiers according to technology. The second larger part includes design and construction of the switching amplifiers. Design is implemented, including the preamplifier and power supply. Power supply works in switching mode. The measured parameters of the proposed facility are given in the last part.

The aim of this work was to design and construct a simple audio amplifier, which would be based of involvement and components used in switching power sources on the maximum degree (for example from usual ATX sources for computer). The main motivation for development is the existence of many old sources that do not use and big interest of users for the construction of home audio amplifiers for small and medium power. Amplifiers based on switching power sources with greater efficiency and less weight than comparable classic amplifiers (working in classes A, B or AB). Their disadvantage is the complicated design and introduction of distortion and spurious signals to the amplified signal. This work will be described a design of simple amplifier, which will minimize these negative effects. For shortcomings and wrong parameters this proposed involvement will be eventually described and implemented design of amplifier in class D.

This thesis studies the optimization of diagnosis defects of the photovoltaic cells in the darkroom by the help of new operating software for the used CCD camera. First the present situation and the possible solutions are analyzed. Then the attention is paid to the theory of light-sensitive CCD sensors, their construction, their principles of operation and the theory of scanning images. The thesis also focuses on the analysis of the function of the operating libraries which were provided by the equipment producer. The key part is the development of the application for the camera G2-3200 of the "Moravske pristroje" company which significantly accelerates the work with the camera in the darkroom.
