Syřitelnost kravského a kozího mléka / Clotting of cow and goat milk

PECOVÁ, Lenka January 2017 (has links)
The thesis deals with two technological properties determining the quality of milk, clotting and fermentation ability by titrable acidity, which are influenced by a large number of factors. The aim of the work was to assess the influence of milk composition, breed, order and stages of lactation on clotting and souring ability of cow and goat milk based on obtained analysis. Detailed analysis focused primarily on cow milk.

Vliv chemického složení a tepelného zpracování na strukturu a vlastnosti dvoufázových austeniticko-feritických korozivzdorných ocelí / Influence of chemical composition and heat treatment on structure and properties of two-phase austenitic-ferritic stainless steels

Stejskal, Marek January 2018 (has links)
This thesis focused on austenitic-ferritic (duplex) stainless steels and their mechanical and technological properties. The theoretical part includes introduction to chemical composition, structure, heat treatment and properties of these steels. The practical part focuses on influence of casting temperature on technological properties of ASTM A890 Gr4A stainless duplex steel. Furthermore, there is evaluated influence of chemical composition and heat treatment on structure and mechanical properties of different duplex stainless steels.

Vliv chemického složení oceli na strukturu a vlastnosti korozivzdorných ocelí / Influence of chemical composition of steel on structure and properties of stainless steels

Valenta, Pavel January 2013 (has links)
The thesis is focused on high-alloy austenitic and austenitic-ferritic (duplex) steel. The theoretical part includes research about high-alloy steels and basic introduction to this issue. In the practical part of the test there were casted refractory austenitic steel 30CH3N17G2L, duplex stainless steel 1.4462, low carbon steel and high carbon steel. On the castings of austenitic steel were made mechanical and technological tests. There were evaluated the effects of different casting temperature and casting wall thickness to the microstructures and macrostructures of steel, tensile strength and charpy impact tests. The technological tests compared technological properties of these steels.

Recycling of uPVC window profile waste

Kelly, Adrian L., Coates, Philip D., Rose, R.M., Weston, S. January 2007 (has links)
No / Methods of recycling unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) window frame waste were investigated. The quality of untreated granular waste was compared to that of waste treated by a range of contaminant removal processes including melt filtration and dissolution. Processability of each recyclate was evaluated by using a highly instrumented single screw extruder that enabled melt viscosity and process variation to be monitored in real time. Product quality measurements such as mechanical properties and surface defects were made on extruded strip, and the nature of the stabilizers present was determined. The mechanical properties of recyclates were found to be comparable to or better than those of virgin material in all cases and conformed to industry standards for window profile. Contaminant removal stages significantly reduced the amount of large surface defects detected in extrudate. Processability was comparable to that of virgin compounds, but melt viscosity varied among different batches of recyclate, depending on the source and composition of the original PVC formulation.
