Podnětná výuka procent ve dvou třídách s odlišnou zkušeností s výukou matematiky / Constructivist teaching of percentage in two classes with a different background in teaching mathematicsPechmanová, Kateřina January 2019 (has links)
The content of the thesis consists of a description of constructivist teaching of the topic of percentage in the primary school, that is the teaching in which not the teacher, but the pupil is in the center. The principles of constructivist teaching and the learning process in terms of the theory of generic models are described on the basis of literature. In accordance with these principles, a number of textbooks have been analyzed, in which the the topic of percentage is introduced, and experimental teaching based on the above principles has been prepared. Experimental teaching was realized in two classes of the 7th grade with a different experience with the teaching of mathematics in their 6th grade. The main goal of the work was to prepare, implement, describe and evaluate the teaching of percentage based on pupils' activity and their individual discovery. The lessons have been described and evaluated on the basis of audio recordings, notes from the lessons, records of pupilss solutions, interviews, notes and interviews with a teacher assistant, pre-tests and post-tests. The lessons were analyzed mainly in terms of pupils' involvement in teaching, their discoveries and knowledge acquisition, including its anchoring in the knowledge structure. In both classes, part of the pupils managed to find a...

Využití modelu M. E. Levine v klinické a komunitní praxi u pacientů s kolorektálním karcinomem / Usage M. E. Levine model in clinical and community care in patients with colorectal cancerDUŠIČKOVÁ, Tereza January 2019 (has links)
The aim of the dissertation was to find out the specifics of nursing care in clinical and community practice with patients with colorectal cancer using the model of M. E. Levine. Furthermore, to find out which of these specifics are missing in the mentioned nursing model and to modify the nursing documentation according to the chosen conceptual model of M. E. Levine. In the empirical part we used a combination of qualitative and quantitative research which was carried out as part of the grant project GAJU 048/2015/S. The pre-research, conducted interviews with 8 informants was used to identify the key data for answering research questions and creating a custom-designed questionnaire. A non-standardized questionnaire was distributed across the Czech Republic to 300 patients with colorectal cancer. We also designed nursing documentation, which was verified by focus group with 35 nurses from clinical and community practice. The results show that patients are limited in areas of contact with friends, normal traffic, traveiling, and fear for themselves and their loved ones to maintain social integrity. In the principle of maintaining structural integrity, problems with diet, alcohol consumption, diarrhea, current treatment management, stoma and stoma type have been identified. In the field of energy conservation the influence of length of diagnosis and colonoscopy performed as part of preventive examination, pain sensation, and enough energy for normal daytime life have been confirmed. In the principle of conservation personality integrity, we have found that the length of time determines the fear of getting stoma, learning individuals with the same disease, experiencing negative feelings, and limiting private life. The work provides a comprehensive framework of the issue of patients with colorectal cancer. It provides evidence of the possibility of using M. E. Levine's conceptual model in colorectal cancer patients.

Algoritmické otázky průnikových tříd grafů / Algorithmic aspects of intersection-defined graph classesJedličková, Nikola January 2019 (has links)
Geometrically representable graphs are extensively studied area of research in contempo- rary literature due to their structural characterizations and efficient algorithms. The most frequently studied class of such graphs is the class of interval graphs. In this thesis we focus on two problems, generalizing the problem of recognition, for classes related to interval graphs. In the first part, we are concerned with adjusted interval graphs. This class has been studied as the right digraph analogue of interval graphs. For interval graphs, there are polynomial algorithms to extend a partial representation by given intervals into a full interval representation. We will introduce a similar problem - the partial ordering extension - and we will provide a polynomial algorithm to extend a partial ordering of adjusted interval digraphs. In the second part, we show two NP-completeness results regarding the simultaneous representation problem, introduced by Lubiw and Jampani. The simultaneous representation problem for a given class of intersection graphs asks if some k graphs can be represented so that every vertex is represented by the same object in each representation. We prove that it is NP-complete to decide this for the class of interval and circular-arc graphs in the case when k is a part of the input and graphs...

Otto Kade a jeho přínos translatologii / Otto Kade and his Contribution to Translation StudiesBenešová, Rút January 2019 (has links)
This theoretical and biographical thesis deals with the work of Otto Kade, a major German Translation Studies scholar. It is based on an analysis of his monographs and articles and presents his most important ideas and contributions to the development of Translation Studies. The thesis describes the circumstances under which Kade's theory was created, and depicts his efforts to defend the existence of Translation Studies as an independent field of science - his endeavour to establish the subject of this discipline, make Translation Science more scientific, develop a consistent and innovative terminology and methodology, assess the social status of translators and interpreters, and systematise their education and didactics. Last but not least, the thesis demonstrates how wide in scope his reflections were, and also outlines the reception of Kade's concepts. Key words Otto Kade, Leipzig School, translation theory, equivalence types, machine translation

The emotion structure of the isiNdebele speaking group in the Mpumalanga province / Masombuka, J.S.Masombuka, Johannes Sipho January 2011
Emotions play an important role in the lives of human beings and, without doubt,
emotions form an inherent part of the workplace (Ashkanasy, Zerbe, Charmine & Hartel,
2002). Studying emotions within the South African context is relevant for applied
psychology. South Africa comprises eleven official languages which are representative of
the general population in the working environment. As a result, knowledge and
understanding of emotions is useful since it forms part of social interaction at work. The
understanding of one’s own as well as others’ emotions and the ability to deal with those
emotions contribute to the productivity and cooperation among employees in the working
environment.
The objective of this research was to determine the conceptualization of emotion and
culture according to the literature study, to determine the different and representative
emotion words within the isiNdebele speaking group, to determine the relevant and
representative prototypical emotion words that have been encoded in this group, to
determine the cognitive emotion structure of this group and lastly, to determine the interrater
reliability of the raters and reliability of the measurement instrument as well as the
dimensions of emotion structure in the isiNdebele speaking group in Mpumalanga
province.
A survey design with convenience sample was used to achieve the research objectives in
a series of three independent studies. The study population of the first phase (N=126)
consisted of a convenience sample of the isiNdebele speaking group who have metric and
are working in the South African Police Service in Mpumalanga province.
The study population of the second phase consisted of a convenience sample of Language
Experts with degrees and diplomas (N=51) in isiNdebele language from different
occupations. The study population of the third phase consisted of a convenience sample
of the experts (educators) in isiNdebele speaking group (N=183) from different schools in
the former KwaNdebele homeland in Mpumalanga province.
In this study, free listing, prototypicality and similarity rating questionnaires were
administered by a qualified psychometrist. Statistical methods and procedures
(Multidimensional Scaling and Descriptive Statistics) were used and Cronbach alpha
coefficients were determined to analyse the results of the isiNdebele speaking group.
The results of the free listing task indicated the words with the highest frequency as cry
(lila), happy (thaba), laugh (hleka), angry (kwata), disappointed (swaba), confused
(hlangahlangana), depressed (gandeleleka), pain (ubuhlungu), tired (dinwa), and abused
(hlukumezeka). The results of this phase also indicated the basic emotion concepts of
happiness (thaba) and angry (kwata) as the only emotion terms which mostly came to
mind to the isiNdebele speaking group.
The results of the prototypicality rating task indicated the emotion terms ranked as the ten
(10) most prototypical emotion terms for the isiNdebele speaking group (N=51) were
“ukuthaba khulu” (exhilaration), “itukuthelo/ ukukwata” (anger), “ithabo elikhulu”
(euphoria), “ukuthaba” (cheerfulness), “ithabo” (happiness), “ukudana” (dejection),
“ukutlhuwa/ ukudana”(glumness), “ukuthaba” (joviality), “ukulila/isililo” (cry),
“ithabo” (joy).
A multi– dimensional scaling was conducted to determine the cognitive structure of
emotion concepts whereby a two– dimensional structure (evaluation and power) was
identified to the isiNdebele speaking group.
Recommendations for future research to the organisation as well as recommendations for
future research were suggested. / http://hdl.handle.net/10394/7044 / http://hdl.handle.net/10394/7044 / Thesis (M.A. (Industrial Psychology))--North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus, 2012.

Výuka tématu rasismus v předmětu výchova k občanství na 2. stupni ZŠ / Education of the topic racism in the subject upbringing to citizenship at the second degree of elementary schoolSKLENÁŘOVÁ, Veronika January 2011 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the subject racism in education, in the subject upbringing to citizenship at the second degree of elementary school. The issue of racism during history, racialist theories, ideology and the current situation of the extremist movements in Czech Republic are described in the theoretical part. The practical part focuses on didactic processing of this topic and its teaching at the second degree of elementary school. The issue is taught at elementary schools in ČB, at ZŠ J. Š. Baara, ZŠ L. Kuby, ZŠ Máj 1. Within education these hypothesis are beeing verified: 1. Do students know the term racism and do they know how to define it? 2. Do students have prejudice against other races? The goal of the diploma thesis is to find out, how students apprehend racism and what is their relationship with other races.

Pravděpodobnostní metody v diskrétní aplikované matematice / Probabilistic Methods in Discrete Applied MathematicsFink, Jiří January 2010 (has links)
One of the basic streams of modern statistical physics is an effort to understand the frustration and chaos. The basic model to study these phenomena is the finite dimensional Edwards-Anderson Ising model. We present a generalization of this model. We study set systems which are closed under symmetric differences. We show that the important question whether a groundstate in Ising model is unique can be studied in these set systems. Kreweras' conjecture asserts that any perfect matching of the $n$-dimensional hypercube $Q_n$ can be extended to a Hamiltonian cycle. We prove this conjecture. The {\it matching graph} $\mg{G}$ of a graph $G$ has a vertex set of all perfect matchings of $G$, with two vertices being adjacent whenever the union of the corresponding perfect matchings forms a Hamiltonian cycle. We prove that the matching graph $\mg{Q_n}$ is bipartite and connected for $n \ge 4$. This proves Kreweras' conjecture that the graph $M_n$ is connected, where $M_n$ is obtained from $\mg{Q_n}$ by contracting all vertices of $\mg{Q_n}$ which correspond to isomorphic perfect matchings. A fault-free path in $Q_n$ with $f$ faulty vertices is said to be \emph{long} if it has length at least $2^n-2f-2$. Similarly, a fault-free cycle in $Q_n$ is long if it has length at least $2^n-2f$. If all faulty vertices are...
