Bakgrund: Hjärtinfarkt är en sjukdom som främst drabbar vuxna människor och är en primär orsak för den ökad mortaliteten i världen. Kunskapen om patientens upplevelse efter hjärtinfarkt är viktig för att en allmänsjuksköterska ska kunna ge omvårdnad som är individanpassad utifrån patientens behov och vilja. Metod: En litteraturöversikt som innefattar 10 vetenskapliga artiklar. Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva patientens upplevelse av livet efter hjärtinfarkt. Resultat: Ur analysen sammanställs 2 teman: inre faktorer och yttre faktorer, därav sammanställs 7 subteman: Känsla av minskad ork, Känsla av rädsla och ångest, Känsla av att livet är skört, Känsla av att acceptera den drabbade kroppen, Känsla av att visa tacksamhet för närstående, Känsla av att få vägledning och Känsla av osäkerhet inför framtiden. Konklusion: Livet efter en hjärtinfarkt påverkar både fysiskt och psykiskt som resulterar i ett hinder i vardagen. Trötthet, rädsla och oro framkommer hos personerna efter en hjärtinfarkt och dessa känslor och upplevelser hindrar patienter att hantera sin vardag. Patienternas uppfattning att livet är skört ger en nyckel till deras liv för att förändra sin livsstil. / Background: Myocardial infarction is a disease that mainly affects adults and is a primary cause of the increased mortality in the world. The knowledge of the patient's experience after a heart attack is important for a general nurse to be able to provide care that is personalized based on the patient's needs and will. Method: A literature review that includes 10 scientific articles. Aim: The purpose is to describe the patient's experience of life after a heart attack. Findings: The analysis compiles 2 themes: internal factors and external factors, hence 7 sub-themes are compiled: Feeling of reduced energy, feeling of fear and anxiety, feeling that life is fragile, feeling of accepting the affected body, Sense of gratitude for loved ones, feeling of receiving guidance and feeling of uncertainty about the future. Conclusion: Life after a myocardial infarction affects both physically and mentally that results in an obstacle on one's everyday life. Tiredness, fear and anxiety appear in people after a heart attack and these feelings and experiences prevent patients from managing their everyday lives. Patients' perception that life is fragile provides a key to their lives to change lifestyles.

This document deals with presentation of nowadays software and hardware methods used for fingerprint recognition with focus on liveness testing and thereafter it deals with description of my solution. In order to describe results obtained from study of technical literature, we discuss important terminology of biometric systems at first and further main principles of fingerprint sensors used in practice are shown. From overviewed methods of liveness detection we underline one method based on  perspiration (researched by BioSAL laboratory) and one spectroscopic method researched by Lumidigm Corporation. The study of liveness testing methods inspired me to creation of new type fingerprint sensor which has built-in livennes testing method based on two characteristic properties of living human tisue. In order to test this sensor, we discuss nowadays sensor deception method. It follows from their analysis, that newly designed sensor should be theoretically resistant to each of them.
