Analýza parametrov trakčného ústrojenstva ťažobno-dopravných strojov a ich vplyvu na pôdne prostredie =:Analysis of the parameters of the traction system of the harvesting and transport machines and their influence on the soil environment. /

Marušiak, Milan January 2018 (has links)
This PhD thesis deals with analysis of the forest machines traction device and the ma-chine operation to the soil environment. Within the thesis are solved problems covering transmission of drive force in the traction device, where the traction characteristic for most used types of transmission is developed. Within the scope of machine action on the soil there is elaborated problem of the soil contact pressure determination and the rut depth determination by the first and multiple passage of the machine. Particular attention is paid to dynamic load calculation where the vehicle speed is used as input para-meter. An important part of this work is the verification of the calculation relationships for determination of several parameters (tire contact area, soil contact pressure, rolling resistance, rut depth) with the measured data. The last part of this thesis compares ma-chine mobility calculations according to the WES and MMP method, together with the mobility estimation according to the rolling resistance coefficient and the pulling force. The result of traction analysis is the creation of a computing application in MS Excel which provides basic data on machine mobility in the field.

Efekt pravidelně aplikované severské chůze na vybrané kardiorespirační parametry u dospělých jedinců po operaci srdeční chlopně / Effect of regularly applied nordic walking on selected cardiorespiratory parameters in adults after heart valve surgery

Tejnecká, Michaela January 2021 (has links)
Author: Bc. Michaela Tejnecká Title: The effect of regularly applied Nordic walking on selected cardiorespiratory parameters in adults after heart valve surgery. Aim: The aim of this work was to analyze the effect of six months of Nordic walking intervention on selected casrdiorespiratory parameters in adults after heart valve surgery. Methods: The study included ten individuals (mean age 62 years) who were at least five years apart after heart valve surgery. Blood pressure (BP) was measured using a pulsed wrist tonometer, blood oxygen saturation (BOS) and heart rate (HR) were measured using a pulse oximeter, and the ejection fraction of the heart (EF) was evaluated echocardiographically. Nordic walking training units took plaxe once a week for 6 months. During this intervention, the level of training gradually increased both in distance and elevation of the terrain. Results: In all probands there was an average reduction in systolic blood pressure during exercise by an average of 10,3 mmHg and a reductionin heart rate during exercise by an average of 24 beats per minute. The resting ejection fraction increased by an average of 5,5% after six month intervention. These changes were statistically significant (p<0,01). The results of the work point to the benefits of Nordic walking for cardiac...

Analýza rozložení tlaku na úrovni interakce chodidla a obuvi u běhu po rovině v minimalistické a sportovní obuvi. / Analysis of a pressure distribution on the level of foot and shoe interaction when running in flatlands with minimalist and sport shoes.

Charousek, Jan January 2018 (has links)
Problem: Running is one of the most widespread physical activities. Incorrect running technique, training quantity but also the runner's equipment can strongly affect health condition of the individual, both positively and negatively. For that reason various trends emerge in the area of running footwear. They include classical sports shoes with different types of impact attenuation as well as the minimalist footwear made to imitate barefoot running, which should be much more natural for humans, as insisted by B. Nigg in his book "Born to Run" - where he says that man was born to walk and run barefooted. Inappropriate shoes can cause various health complications, not only in the foot area. Objective: To find out how foot strike changes in the area of the foot-shoe interaction in running on flat ground when an amateur runner uses minimalist and sports footwear and to draw conclusions for training practice on the basis of the results. Methods: The thesis deals with amateur endurance running in different shoe types (minimalist and sports shoes). The study specimen consisted of 14 female runners (mean body weight 63,31 ± 4,89 kg, height 169,69 ± 4,71 cm, age 31,92 ± 5,34 years, speed in minimalist shoes (MO) 3,34 ± 0,06 m.s- 1 , speed in sports shoes (SO) 3,29 ± 0,06 m.s-1 , weekly mileage 37,54 ± 9,43...

Pazderová, Monika January 2012 (has links)
Author's first name and surname: Bc. Monika Pazderová Supervisor of the thesis: MUDr. Martin Matoulek, Ph.D. Thesis title: The influence of the physical activity on high blood pressure in patients with obesity or metabolic syndrome Workplace: 3rd Medical Department, 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and General Teaching Hospital in Prague and Health rehabilitation centre VŠTJ MEDICINA Prague Year of thesis defence: 2012 ABSTRACT Nowadays the metabolic syndrome belongs worldwide to the most widespread diseases. The joint occurrence of diabetes, obesity and hypertension has been known for a long time. Also nowadays many doctors consider obesity a typical risk factor for diabetes or hypertension. Generally it is true: the higher BMI the higher likelihood of hypertension occurrence. Hypertension is a risk factor for atherosclerosis which is a cardiovascular disease. Nowadays the high blood pressure belongs to the most common health disorders of populations in both developing and advanced industrialized countries. The complications of hypertension are an important cause of sickness rate, invalidity and death. The occurrence of high blood pressure increases with age and is also dependent on the gender. The average levels of systolic pressure increase with age. On the other hand, the average levels of...

Vliv saunování na změny krevního tlaku / The effect of sauna on the changes of blood pressure

Benko, Michal January 2015 (has links)
Title: The effect of sauna on the changes of blood pressure Objectives: The aim of this study was the measure of the physiological range (blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation) of two selected groups of people within the sauna cycle, assess changes and compare the results of individual probands and groups. Methods: This thesis is conducted as an experimental study. This is a quantitative method, in that will be at first established hypotheses and then evaluated on the basis of the obtained results. The independent variable in this research is the sauna and dependent variables are blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. Results: Blood pressure values were at employee of sauna lower than at other probands, thereby was confirmed hypothesis, but expected significant differences between the measured values of each group were absent. At the same time there was a further confirmation of the hypothesis concerning heart rate, which was increased at all probands. The last confirmed hypothesis related to the blood oxygen saturation and its reduce after the sauna. It could be said that all the defined hypotheses were confirmed. Keywords: sauna, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, cardiovascular system

Mechanická analýza vlivu výrobních odchylek na styk hlavice a jamky totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu / Mechanical Analysis of the Influence of Fabrication Tolerances on Contact Conditions between the Acetabular Cup and the Femoral Head in Total Hip Replacement

Koukal, Milan January 2010 (has links)
In endoprosthesis surgery there are typically a high percentage of implant defects, these can lead to failure of the whole prosthesis. One type of total hip replacement function loss is acetabular cup loosening from the pelvic bone. This disertation examines manufacture perturbations as one of the possible reasons for this kind of failure. Both dimension and geometry manufacturing perturbations of ceramic head and polyethylen cup were analyzed. We find that perturbations in the variables analysed here affect considered values of contact pressure and frictional moment. Furthermore, contact pressure and frictional moment are quantities affecting replacement success and durability. From obtained results it can be recommended to fit head and cup with a clearance of between 0 mm and 0.05 mm. It can not be recommend using interference type of fit because of strong deterioration of the contact conditions. Roundness perturbation of ceramic head should not exceed 0.025 mm.
