Vliv změn klimatických podmínek během roku na mléčnou užitkovost dojnic / Impacts of climate changes on milk production efficiency in dairy cattle during a calendar year

UHEROVÁ, Jaroslava January 2015 (has links)
Negative effects of high temperatures on cattle milk production is a specific problem. Dairy-cows, who produce much more heat than cows that are not milked, are more susceptible to high temperatures of the surrounding environment than other cattle. Changes in temperatures and atmospheric pressure were monitored throughout a year and then its influence on the milk production of cattle has been evaluated. It has been discovered that low temperatures do not have any significant influence on dairy-cows. However, at high temperatures dairy-cows suffer from heat stress and it leads to lower volumes of the daily milk production. The Holstein breed showed a higher sensitivity to temperature fluctuations than the Czech spotted breed; however, the Holstein breed milk production is better balanced in a long run (a year period).

Vlčková, Romana January 2016 (has links)
The final thesis analyzes the influence of high temperatures on the quality of the glued joints glued with hotmelt polyurethane adhesive. The panels of particle board were finished with ABS edge by using modern technology for edgebanding. The samples were tested in peel test performed at an angle of 90° and shear under compression loading at an angle of 45°. The experiment was carried out for samples stored in standard conditions and samples placed in conditions simulating the internal environment in standardized transport units in intermodal transport. Results were compared with each other, they were also compared with the results for the glued joints with hotmelt ethylene vinyl acetate adhesive.

Ptáček, Jiří January 2018 (has links)
Bibliographic identification: PTÁČEK, Jiří. Influence Of Cycling Movement Of Lower Extremities On Changes In Blood Pressure And Pulse Repetition Frequency. Prague: Charles University. 2nd Faculty of Medicine. Department of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, 2017. 70p. Supervisor doc. MUDr. Jiří Kříž, PhD. Author's first name and surname: Bc. Jiří Ptáček Title of the diploma thesis: Influence of cycling movement of lower extremities on changes in blood pressure and pulse repetition frequency Department: Department of physiotherapy Supervisor: doc. MUDr. Jiří Kříž, Ph.D. The year of presentation: 2018 Abstract: Due to permanent neurological impairment, patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) are put at risk of complications caused by immobility such as ischemic heart diseases, obesity and metabolic syndrome, which again increases their morbidity and mortality. Based on recent studies, passive cycling (PC) could have protective influence on SCI patients' cardiovascular system. The objective of this thesis is to verify whether PC will effect a change in heart rate and blood pressure in SCI patients and whether or not this reaction depends on the position of spinal cord injury, and hence on intact sympathetic innervation (the line was drawn at Th6 - below and above) 17 patients of Special Unit at Motol...

Akutní vliv "Head Down Tiltu" na krevní tlak a srdeční frekvenci / Acute effect of head down tilt on blood pressure and haert rate

Tolar, Jan January 2011 (has links)
Whereas the effects of a long-term activity of head-down tilt (HDT) in the angle between 3ř and 12ř were examined in details in cosmic medicine as the model of a state of weightlessness, literature concerning effect of HDT on cardiovascular control in the angle over 30ř is scarce. The aim of the thesis is to examine acute reaction of systolic, diastolic, mean arterial blood pressure and heart rate during three minutes of 30ř, 50ř and 70ř HDT, realized on a tilt (inversion) table with fixed legs. For the combination of HDT and head-up tilt (HUT), the following protocol was chosen: 5 minutes lying in a horizontal position (HOR), 3 minutes of 70ř HUT, 3 minutes of 30ř HDT, 3 minutes of HOR, 3 minutes of 50ř HDT, 3 minutes HOR, 3 minutes of 70ř HDT, 3 minutes HOR and 3 minutes of 70ř HUT. A non-invasive continuous Peňáz method, using Finapres Ohmeda, was used to monitor beat-by-beat blood pressure and heart rate. Blood pressure was also measured by sphygmomanometer each minute for calibration. In the angle of 30ř HDT, there was a significant decline of heart frequency (p < 0,01). During the 50ř HDT, there was a significant rise of systolic blood pressure in the third minute, of diastolic and mean arterial pressure each minute and the heart rate dropped significantly (all p < 0.05). In the 70ř HDT,...

Ověření funkčnosti tréninkového plánu v silovém trojboji pro zlepšení benchpressu / Verification of functionality of the training plan in powerlifting to improve benchpress

Štěpánek, Michael January 2021 (has links)
In my thesis I'll focus on one of three disciplines in powerlifting. Specifically bench press. Aim of this thesis is confirmation of Smolov jr. training plan. Which is different from other training plans thanks to it's short term. Lasting only three weeks. Despite that I was able to find multiple articles, in which the author describes his own experience, introduces reader with the training plan and reports progress up to 10 Kg in the discipline. The research will be conducted by direct testing of the plan on a group of probands, including me. The resoult of which will be comparing of input and output values - like bodyweight, chest and arms circumference and of course maximal bench press performance per one repetition. The thesis will also include important information about bench-press as a sport, informations about diet, food supplements, regeneration and anatomy. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Stanovení tlakových poměrů ve zhášecí komoře nízkonapěťového přístroje / Evaluation of pressure conditions in the quenching chamber of low-voltage device

Nevrzal, Filip January 2019 (has links)
In this master’s thesis there is firstly conducted research about pressure measurement. Next there is mathematical description of thermodynamic conditions in used testing chamber by using magnetohydrodynamic and Maxwell equations. Next chapter deals with testing chamber itself, more precisely with function, model and changes done to it. In practical part there are data measured by used sensors, which are also closer described in this chapter. In next chapter there is comparison of reaction times of used sensors and their frequency specters, obtaining using fast Fourier transformation. Second to last chapter introduces very measurement on the real device and in the last chapter these data are analyzed and more closely described.

Optimalizace tlakových poměrů ve vodovodních distribučních systémech / Optimisation of pressure condition in water supply systems

Sucháček, Tomáš Unknown Date (has links)
This thesis is focused on the optimization of pressure conditions in the water supply network. There is a deep theoretical and critical search of the state of the art and there are fields where there is an insufficient field of knowledge, the so-called "knowledge gap". Experiments are proposed here to determine the dependence of water consumption on pressure conditions. There is a description of experiments and way how it was carried out, which were carried out on the water connection, in the pressure zone and in the laboratory on the hydraulic loop. There is proposed a methodology of experimental determination of the mathematical dependence of water consumption on pressure so that it can be used for optimization problems, where consumption is considered as an optimization criterion. The results of individual experiments are evaluated and a critical discussion of the achieved results is carried out. Finally, the achieved results are compared with the values found in a deep literature search.

Studená chemická laminace keramiky s nízkou teplotou výpalu / Cold Chemical Lamination of Low Temperatue Co-fired Ceramics

Jurásek, Matěj January 2014 (has links)
This paper deals with production of the structures fabricated using low temperature co-fired ceramics. Focus is on the lamination of raw ceramic tapes. There are presented classical thermo-compressive methods and a new method using chemical solutions for tape bonding. Describes new lamination technology and their advantages are the absence of elevated temperatures and high pressures. This method reduces using of higher temperatures and high pressure during lamination. On the other hand, chemical process of tape bonding is not flawless. There are many problems including solvent deposition, extreme sensitivity to dust and other processing parameters. It also describes the fabrication of structures by chemical way. Specifically, analyzes the method Cold Chemical Lamination and provides examples of possible deposition solvents which are needed for etching the surface of the LTCC tape during the lamination.
