Der Umgang mit Ressourcen baut im aktuellen Produktions- und Konsumsystem auf preiswerten Naturverbrauch und globale soziale Missstände. Um tiefgreifende Lösungen für die dringendsten Herausforderungen des 21. Jahrhunderts zu erreichen, ist eine Umgestaltung des derzeitigen Wirtschafts- und Gesellschaftssystems ein wichtiger Ansatz, diesen komplexen sozialen Herausforderungen zu begegnen. In den letzten Jahrzehnten wird die Circular Economy von einer zunehmenden Anzahl unterschiedlicher Akteure aus Politik, Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Zivilgesellschaft als vielversprechende Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie diskutiert. Wertschöpfungsketten sollen dabei in Wertschöpfungskreisläufe transformiert werden, indem Produkte und deren Komponenten repariert, wiederverwendet oder recycelt – im besten Fall aber von Beginn an zirkulär designt – werden.

Orientador: Marcus Vinicius Maltempi / Resumo: Este estudo tem como objetivo problematizar a construção do Projeto Político-pedagógico (PPP) como vetor que direciona sentidos para constituição do sujeito democrático na escola. O trabalho tem sua relevância no que é produzido nas relações entre Filosofia da Educação Matemática, Escola Democrática e Projeto Político-pedagógico, como as reflexões filosóficas acerca dos conceitos de homem e sociedade, caros à compreensão de escola democrática. Essa produção também diz do fazer político e pedagógico do professor de matemática. A metodologia da pesquisa é qualitativa pelo tratamento peculiar e não quantitativo dos objetos estudados e também se caracteriza como um estudo em Filosofia da Educação Matemática por apresentar características da pesquisa nessa área ao tratar de objetos ontológicos. Apresenta estudo bibliográfico no que se refere à Filosofia do PPP, aos conceitos de emancipação, democracia e à constituição do sujeito democrático. A produção dos dados ocorre junto a um grupo de educadores de uma instituição pública de ensino, de nível básico, em rodas de conversas específicas sobre as temáticas citadas e presentes no PPP da escola. As discussões foram registradas em áudios e posteriormente transcritas e analisadas. A análise dos dados ocorre num processo de diálogos com corpos teóricos compostos por pensadores educacionais progressistas. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This study aims to problematize the construction of the Political-Pedagogical Project (PPP) as a machine that directs meanings for the constitution of the democratic subject in the school. The work has its relevance in what is produced in the relations between Philosophy of Mathematical Education, Democratic School and Political-pedagogical Project, as the philosophical reflections about the concepts of man and society, important to the understanding of democratic school. This production also says of the political and pedagogical doing of the mathematics teacher. The methodology of the research is qualitative by the peculiar and non quantitative treatment of the objects studied and is also characterized as a study in the Philosophy of Mathematical Education for presenting characteristics of the research in this area when dealing with ontological objects. It presents a bibliographical study regarding the Philosophy of the PPP, the concepts of emancipation, democracy and the constitution of the democratic subject. The production of the data occurs together with a group of educators of a public institution of basic level, in wheels of specific conversations on the mentioned subjects and present in the PPP of the school. The discussions were recorded in audios and later transcribed and analyzed. Data analysis occurs in a process of dialogues with theoretical bodies composed of progressive educational thinkers. Ocorrem, a cada ano, cerca de 60 mil homicídios, com uma taxa de aproximadamente 29 homicídios a cada 100 mil habitantes, o que coloca o país em primeiro lugar no número absoluto de homicídios, com uma taxa muito superior à média mundial. As taxas vêm crescendo continuamente desde a década de 1980 mas, a despeito da relativa antiguidade do problema, o Estado não tem se mostrado capaz de conter a violência letal. O objetivo do presente trabalho é empreender uma análise dos homicídios no Brasil, enfrentando os fatores sociais e econômicos a ele relacionados, bem como a debilitação da norma penal. Para tanto, utiliza-se de pesquisa bibliográfica para tratar das transformações da sociedade contemporânea, o risco, a insegurança, o afrouxamento do controle social. Faz-se uso da análise de dados estatísticos para estabelecer um panorama dos homicídios e da exclusão social e econômica que se encontram por detrás do problema, demonstrando que o problema incide majoritariamente sobre grupos específicos. Conjuga-se, ainda, pesquisa bibliográfica e análise de dados acerca do sistema de justiça criminal brasileiro e das suas instituições, demonstrando que estas não têm sido capazes de fazer frente ao avanço da violência letal. Grande parte do trabalho rompe com um padrão tradicional de pesquisa em Direito Penal, fazendo opção pela análise empírica e de dados, sem que possa ser considerado um trabalho estritamente criminológico, uma vez que a análise desses dados se relaciona à compreensão da eficácia da norma penal em relação aos homicídios. / Brazil has a very high homicide rate. Approximately 60,000 homicides occur each year, with a rate of approximately 29 homicides per 100,000 inhabitants, which puts the country as the one with the higher number of homicides, with a much higher rate than the world average. The rates have been rising steadily since the 1980s, but despite the relative antiquity of the problem, the state has not been able to contain the homicides. The objective of this thesis is to undertake an analysis of the homicides in Brazil, facing the social and economic factors related to them, as well as the weakening of the penal norm. To this end, the bibliographical research is utilized to deal with the transformations of contemporary society, risk, insecurity, loosening of social control. We utilize the analysis of statistical data to establish an overview of the homicides and social and economic exclusion that lie behind the problem, demonstrating that the problem focuses on specific groups. We also conjugate the bibliographical research and the analysis of data about the Brazilian criminal justice system and its institutions, which have not been able to cope with the advance of lethal violence. The thesis breaks with a traditional pattern of criminal law research, making choice for empirical and data analysis, without being considered a strictly criminological work, since the analysis of these data is related to the understanding of the effectiveness of the criminal law about homicides. / FAPESP 2016/14856-2

The disertation focuses on the presentation of meaning and purpose of the IV. Commandment today. It is based on the interpetation of the Old Testament. It deals with the social consequences of the changes in the Czech Republic after 1989 in relation to the family. It describes impacts these changes have on the respecting for IV. Comandment.

La présente thèse étudie la transformation de l’Italie vers la postmodernité (1957-1978) à travers le cinéma de trois auteurs : Michelangelo Antonioni, Federico Fellini et Pier Paolo Pasolini. Elle explore l’historicité du cinéma, en interrogeant la manière par laquelle le septième art constitue une mise en forme et une écriture de l’histoire. Dans la convergence de deux histoires, celle humaine et celle du cinéma, elle met en récit l’expérience de la transformation sociétale et artistique. En dernière analyse, il est question d’étudier le cas italien comme un paradigme. En réactualisant les propositions des trois cinéastes dans le contexte contemporain de la mondialisation, de l’hypermédiatisation et de la domination technologique, le présent travail nous invite à repenser la vie humaine et la création artistique face aux défis de la postmodernité. / This thesis examines the transformation of Italy towards postmodernity (1957-1978) through the cinema of three film directors: Michelangelo Antonioni, Federico Fellini, and Pier Paolo Pasolini. It explores the historicity of cinema, by questioning the concrete means through which film constitutes a form and a writing of history. In the coming together of two histories, the human one and that of the cinema, the thesis recounts the experience of a societal and artistic transformation. In the final analysis, it is a question of studying the Italian case as a paradigm. By updating the proposals of the three filmmakers in the contemporary context of globalization, hypermedia and technological domination, this work invites us to rethink human life and artistic creation, facing the challenges of postmodernity.

This master thesis deals with the problematics of marketing in education. It analyses and compares marketing tools used in education, methods of implementing marketing activities in secondary schools in Slovakia, it examines how schools percieves problem of school massification of the education. Thesis consists of two parts. In the first part are defined basic concepts and theoretical foundations related to marketing and to the issue of massification of education. The second one is a research. Methodology characterizes research methods, methods of selection and a description of respondents. This is followed by evaluation and presentation of results. The conclusion is the summary of point key elements and it describes and evaluates the obtained knowledge.

The work examines and compares personal values, behavioural patterns, personal motivation and career choices of six individuals from the Velvet Revolution period using interviews obtained by the oral-historical method. The main aim is to answer the question where people who helped transform one regime into another had come from and how they coped with tasks they could not have been prepared for in advance. In late 1989, the Communist regime in Czechoslovakia collapsed. One way of running the society was quickly replaced by another, but the society did not collapse, and life went pretty smoothly on. All of a sudden, many opportunities opened up as well as many responsibilities to generations of people who could not have been prepared to take either of them. Yet at least some of them did so. The present thesis deals with the reign of Nyuserre, one of great Old Kingdom rulers who ruled in the mid-Fifth Dynasty (2402-2374+25 BC). A transformation of whole society of ancient Egypt came to pass during his reign as a consequence of the events in the late Fourth and early Fifth Dynasties, when the highest posts in the administrative system had passed over from members of the royal family to dignitaries of non-royal origin. This fact had been reflected in whole society and started numerous rivulets of change, which merged in a single river in Nyuserre's reign. The gradual transformation of Egyptian society from a kingdom to a state took place during this crucial period, and a number of innovations came about in various spheres (religion, society, administration, tomb architecture, etc.), mirroring a change in the participation in power. This situation was reflected primarily in dignitaries' tombs dated to the given period, which became indicators of the transformation of society. Summaries in German and English. / Die vorliegende MTh-Dissertation ist eine missionsgeschichtliche Untersuchung. Sie beschäftigt sich mit der Entstehung der Erweckung in Wales (1904/05), indem sie diese zunächst in den Kontext weltweiter Erweckungen in jenem Jahrzehnt setzt, die gesellschaftlichen und kirchlichen Entwicklungen in Wales vor der Erweckung darstellt und anhand von Primär- und Sekundärliteratur die Entstehung der Erweckung untersucht. Es werden biografische Meilensteine im Leben von Evan Roberts, der herausragenden Persönlichkeit jener Erweckung, bis zum Höhepunkt seines Wirkens nach seiner ersten Missionsreise kritisch beleuchtet. Menschen aus der Schweiz sind nach Wales gereist, um die Erweckung zu erkunden. Parallel zu den Ereignissen sind zahlreiche Artikel und Schriften entstanden, um eine Erweckung in der Schweiz anzufachen. Die Arbeit untersucht die Auswirkungen der Erweckung von Wales auf die deutschsprachige Schweiz und deren Rezeption im historischen Kontext.
