Klemša, M. Consumer behaviour at the beer market. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. Diploma thesis deals with the behaviour of consumers aged 18–26 at the beer market in the Czech Republic. The aim is to analyse beer market. The thesis fo-cuses on consumption, production, export and import of beer in the Czech Repub-lic and then compares these data with selected countries of European Union. The aim of the thesis is also to analyse behaviour of the selected group of consumers. Quantitative research identifies habits, preferences, attitudes and factors which influence consumer behaviour. Finally, particular recommendations based on previous analyses are suggested to small and medium-sized breweries in the Czech Republic.

The diploma thesis is focused on the consumer behaviour of generation Y on the coffee market in Brno. The aim of the thesis is to identify segments of consumers in the coffee market in Brno, to identify their preferences, and on the basis of this, to make recommendations for sellers providing services on this market. For the achieving of aim is used quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research is carried out by questionnaire survey. The results are used to segment consumers through cluster analysis. Qualitative research in the form of in-depth interviews is used to complement the characteristics of individual segments. The output of this diploma thesis is identification of four segments on the coffee market in Brno and determination of the recommendations for sellers on this market.

The diploma thesis is focused on international student mobility. Thesis defines the basic concepts of mobility, programs supporting the international mobility of students and the activities of the European Union in the field of tertiary education at international and national level. Based on the results of own research conducted through questionnaire and in-depth interviews the relationship between the graduation of international mobility and the employment of students is examined. Recommendations related to the support of development of mobility and cooperation between countries based on conducted qualitative and quantitative research are suggested.

Relevant market on multisided online platforms in the view of the European Commission and doctrine Abstract The master thesis deals with the issue of defining the relevant market in relation to multilateral platforms. In its first part, it analyzes in detail the leading theories regarding a definition of a multisided platform is its typology. The conclusions of these analyzes then form the basis of the second part, which is the core of the work. There are described leading methods of defining the relevant market, problems with their application to multisided platforms and doctrinal proposals on how to modify these methods. This core part first deals with the dilemma of defining one market encompassing both sides of a platform or separate markets for each side of the platform and then it focuses on the issue of implementation of the SSNIP test. The individual decisions of the Commission are confronted with the comprehensive conclusions of the doctrine within the individual analyzes, and the compliance of the Commission's approach in the given decision with the doctrine is assessed here. Using the so-called Focus group, questionnaire survey and hypothesis, factors influen-cing consumer behavior in the rental market within one year were identified. The work focused on the target group of students and the analysis of individual factors influencing their behavior in the rental market. The results of these analyzes were the basis for proposing general marketing recommendations.

The aim of the thesis is to identify the differences how Czech internationalized small and medium-sized enterprises and Czech small and medium-sized enterprises operating only on domestic market approach to the factors of success of the internal environment. The first part of the thesis will be focused on the definition of basic concepts related to the small and medium-sized enterprises and the issue of internationalization from available printed and electronic sources. The second part will be focused on primary quantitative and qualitative data processing between small and medium-sized enterprises operating in textile industry. Last but not least, there will be elaborated individual recommendations for Czech small and medium-sized enterprises.

The diploma thesis deals with consumer behaviour on the real estate market. The thesis brings an assessment of the Czech real estate market with regard to the housing segment including its development and deals with factors affecting the availability of housing. The biggest attention was concern to economic, socio-demographic, financial and cost factors. The thesis results recommendations and measures that could lead to an improvement in the situation of housing on the Czech real estate market, for example the necessity to amend the Building Act and the definition of the Social Act, to increase the volume of loans of poor-income households, to abolish the real estate acquisition tax etc.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to map the potential impacts of Industry 4.0 on agricultural employment – in a context of the labour market and human resources management. The theoretical part focuses on the knowledge of the entire Industry 4.0 concept, its history and possible future impacts/transfers especially in the agriculture field. The following part is dedicated to the situation on selected farms and opinions of farm managers, agricultural advisors and directors of secondary agricultural schools on the issue. Based on the analysis of primary data was revealed that currently there is a big lack of workers which is one of the main reasons why farm managers are prioritizing automate/robotize production. In the final part of the thesis is discussed gained knowledge and recommendations for farm businesses and secondary agricultural schools in a manner of using new technologies and possible impacts of automatization, robotization and digitalization on employment itself.

The Diploma thesis deals with the behavior of consumers aged 18-26 on the wine market in the Czech Republic. It includes an analysis of the wine industry, detailing the development of production and consumption of this commodity in the Czech Republic and comparing these indicators with the situation in selected countries of the European Union. The analysis of the behavior of a given segment of consumers and identification of preferences, habits and other factors that influence it makes up an essential part of the thesis. The performed analysis along with results from the survey provide data for suggested recommendations concerning marketing communication in the small winery sector in the Czech Republic.
