The aim of this thesis is to analyse the mobile virtual operator market in the Czech Republic, regarding its development compared to abroad, and to identify the opportunities and threats in the Czech market. The first chapture describes the global development and future trends. The second chapter characterizes the development of Czech market of mobile services and important events preceding the entry of virtual operators. The third chapter focuses on analysis of Czech market compared to British, the mobile virtual operators are segmented and evaluated based on the potential for future success in the market. The opportunities and threats are identified through own qualitative research using the technique of focus group.

Možnosti využití švédských přístupů k regulaci trhu práce v období 2005 - 2013 v České republice / The possibilities of using the Swedish approaches to the regulation of Czech labour market between the years 2005 - 2013

Sweden is one of the Nordic countries of Scandinavian peninsula in the Northern Europe with the population less than population of the Czech Republic. The Swedish economy is in many parameters like czech economy -- it is relatively small with the limited internal market. After the 2nd World War, it has become a model economy that has chose its own "third way" among capitalism and socialism. The aim of this thesis is throught the regression analysis find out if, between the years 2008 -- 2010, the long -- term unemployment was lower in Sweden in comparison with the Czech Republic and then, I estimate the regression model in which I try to quantify the positive or negative influence of chosen macroeconomic indicators of the Swedish labour market at the long-term unemployment between the years 2004 - 2013. From the outcomes of comparative analysis, the regression analysis and questionnaire, I am going to outline the possible directions of swedish experience from the Swedish labour market which could be transmissible to the Czech Republic.

Currency pairs are studied for this purpose in various time periods. Technical indicators from technical analysis are used to identify similar elements in movement of exchange rates. Results of analysis answer the question, whether sports events such as Olympic Games or world championship can influence exchange rate.

One such chain is Hyatt. Yet, Hyatt is one of the last worldwide hotel chains not represented in the Czech Republic. Why is this so? Is there still a potential for a new luxury hotel chain to enter this market? And if so, which entering strategy shall the chain choose? The aim of the thesis is to answer these questions.

The diploma thesis deals with factors that affected the real estate market in the 1920s in the United States. The aim of the thesis was to determine whether monetary policy had any effect on the prices of new residential houses and whether its easing led to the creation of price bubble and subsequent fall in prices. At first the thesis focuses on explaining economic development and monetary policy in the 1920s and subsequently on the analysis of foreign studies concerning different factors and their effects. The statistical method of regression model was used to test hypothesis. The results of my analysis proved that the monetary policy of the Federal Reserve System was one of the factors affecting the prices of new buildings. This occurred through changes in interest rates, which encouraged an increase in real estate prices during the boom.

This thesis describes the situation on the human organ black market. It is aimed at countries that are most affected by this phenomenon, despite the illegality of the entire process in these countries. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the market, identification of groups of people affected by this phenomenon and analyze global legalization of financial compensation. The theoretical part describes the areas of the world where this market is the most developed. Thesis summarizes the situation in India, Pakistan and also analyzes the current Iranian and Australian system of financial compensation. Impacts of selling organs to poor donors are analyzed from the perspective of economic and psychological, emotional and social impacts. Organ sales paradoxically lead to a large proportion of cases the overall deterioration donors from all these perspectives. The practical part is focused on the economic situation description of the human organ market and for its amendment in the event of the introduction of financial compensation. The financial compensation provided for lost wages during surgery and undergoing medical risk is a possible way to increase the supply of donors in developed countries. In this thesis are used the individual examples and data which are collected from a small number of respondents (because of the difficulty in acquiring data due to the illegality of the process). There are used data published by the World Health Organization, The World Bank and also data from surveys directly collected from places that are affected by this issue.
