3 Title: Active holiday in the Austrian Alps - Marketing project of utilization pension Appartemens Auf Wind Goals: This work suggests one of the possibilities, how to deal with critical months in pension Appartements Auf Wind. It includes the creation of four trips of active holiday in the Stubai, where the guest house is located. Each trip is designed to make use of the maximum capacity of the house and was able to cover all monthly costs of landlord. Methods: Situation analysis, SWOT analysis. Results: Performed a detailed analysis of the current situation of the pension, discussed the shortcomings of the current state pension and designed four thematic tours to increase clients' pension and pension cover. Zdroje hodnotového a cenového vnímaní klientů velké banky / Sources of value and price perception of the big bank clients

The masters' thesis introduces theoretical basis to value-based pricing and the process of price creation. It demonstrates the implementation of theory upon real business case identifying the sources of value and price perception of a big Czech bank. Moreover, the thesis describes, how customer perceives the value and price, what factors influence his perceptions, how to effectively measure these perceptions and how to create value-based pricing through segmentation and communication. Application chapter describes the identification process of sources of value and price perceptions by providing desk research, qualitative and quantitative market research - concretely in-depth interviews and derived importance of attributes method, which quantifies the strength of product and price drivers on customer's perception. The thesis makes a list of the most important "value for money" drivers of unnamed Czech bank, which struggles with clients' churn to direct banks. The thesis proposes solutions to stop this churn and to improve bank image on the market among both clients and non-clients.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a theater and film production of Ladislav Smoljak. The thesis aims to discover consistent elements in his extensive work and define the poetics of the artist. The attention is focused primarily on his humor. Next goal is to define Smoljak's creative approach in relation to Zdeněk Svěrák; his long-time work partner. His work is mainly examined by textual analysis and analysis of the final productions. Theatrical productions: Vyšetřování ztráty třídní knihy made for Divadlo Járy Cimrmana, Hymna aneb Urfidlovačka, Fantom realistického divadla Zdeňka Nejedlého for Studio Jára (later renamed Studio Láďa) and Malý říjen for Divadlo Na Zábradlí. Movies: Jáchyme, hoď ho do stroje!; Marečku, podejte mi pero!; Na samotě u lesa; Kulový blesk; Vrchní, prchni!; Jára Cimrman ležící, spící; Rozpuštěný a vypuštěný and Nejistá sezóna. The author of the thesis used the findings in order to define Smoljak's understanding of humor as the way how to communicate about issues related to the very nature of humanity.

The core will be a literary-historical material research, based on which there will be a complete annotated bibliography (which still does not exist) prepared. The bibliography will consist of Hiršal's original work (poetic and prosaic) and also his translations. It will be stuctured in a chronological order and it will map out period critiques and other responses to Hiršal's works. The bibliography will be preceded by a short summary charasteristics of Hiršal's life and his work throughout the years and there will also be a nominal and an objective index.

The theoretical part describes the animated film as a specific way of intermedia expression in the context of past and contemporary art. It deals with the origin and history of animated film and describes the production and various techniques used for its creation. It analyzes the scope for the creation of an animated video clip in intermedia and experimental activities in art education at basic school. The practical part contains the implementation and reflection of my own art lessons focusing on the creation of animated video clip in class 5.B at Lerchova school in Sušice in 2013.

This diploma thesis Composition and Mystification (Jan Novák, Jan Lukeš, and T. R. Field) acquaints the reader with three personages of Czech literature of the twentieth century. So far they have been treated by literary science as rather marginal. Their work is associated with a great deal of literary mystification originating from the authors themselves or people influenced by their literary output and their personalities. All three authors belong to the category of so called 'loonies', which implies that their lives and their work were to certain extent shaped by the eccentricity of their personalities or perhaps even mental disorders. The introductory chapter with its synoptic character defines and describes the term of literary mystification which is further on related to terms such as play, ludism and myth. Particular emphasis is being put on the distinction between the literary mystifications and the traditional ones. Selected literary mystifications in Czech literature are exemplified. Attention is also drawn to the publications of Vladimír Borecký who was interested in the category of so called 'loonies' and 'weirdoes'. The aim of the thesis 'Development of on-demand portals. Netflix and his original programming extension' is to map the production, marketing and distribution strategies of Netflix, the largst on- demand platform in the world, in context with the current state of linear television broadcasting. It can be pressumed, that both the on-line distribution and original content programming of on-demand platforms will contitnue to grow. The thesis examines the programming of Netflix, in regard to other international platforms and also compares the business and marketing strategies of Netflix's biggest rival - cable television HBO. The last chapter reveals current environment of on-demand distribution in the Czech Republic, in contect with Netflix's expansion on the Czech market in the newt two years and its possible operation on local market.

This diploma thesis primarily deals with the reviews of Czechoslovak television series in the weekly print Tvorba, central press organ of Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, in the normalisation period of 70's and 80's. In the second place, it also deals with other relevant articles that are somehow related to the television series issues in general. Additionally, it pays attention to formal aspects of the reviews studied in the thesis (language specifics, form, space and development of the television reviews section etc.) The thesis is divided into two main parts: theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part brings information about the cultural-political weekly print Tvorba, it outlines social and historical context of the period traditionally called normalisation and last but not least gives theoretical background about the phenomenon of Czechoslovak television series. The analytical part works directly with the reviews found and also other relevant articles from Tvorba. With recent financial crisis the importance of liquidity not only as indicator of financial health of banks heightened. Thus this thesis aims the focus to relationship between real economy and bank liquidity creation, and provides empirical evidence of significant relationship between bank liquidity creation and GDP or inflation. Moreover, it shows that implementation of bank liquidity creation indicator into Taylor rule, in order to address for financial stability and health, is suitable alternative for financial stress index.
