This thesis, entitled “The Evaluation of the Financial Situation’s Company “, deals with theory and practice of financial management. The theoretical part contains definition of financial analysis and defined various method of financial analysis. The practical part contains application of financial analysis methods in IFE-CR a.s. The main contribution of my work is a description of financial situation in company during last 7 years and suggestion of recommendation.

The diploma work focuses on evaluation of financial situation of REDA a.s. (Inc.) company in years 2006 – 2008. There will be a financial analysis implemented, based on theoretical findings which will help us to create the evaluation of the company. Then I suggest recommendations which should have a positive influence on the economical aspect of the company based on the results of this financial analysis.

This diploma thesis analyzes the financial situtation of EISBERG company in years 2005 – 2009 based on selected methods of financial analysis. Diploma Thesis contains proposals for possible solutions to the detected problems, which should lead to improvement their financial situtation in the future.

The aim of diploma thesis is assessments of financial analysis of Národní stavební centrum, s.r.o. company for the years 2006-2009 though the use of selected methods of financial analysis. From realized outcome of particular indexes will be provided total evaluation and suggests optimal recommendations and solutions for improvement of the financial situation of this company in the coming years.

The diploma thesis focuses on determine the financial health selected company in years 2005 – 2009. Methods of marketing situational analysis and methods of financial analysis are used in the diploma thesis. Based on the results of this analysis are made suggestions to improve the financial situation of the company.

This diploma thesis analyses company HEUS s.r.o. Offer solution for keep the position of the firm on the market. It is the basic aim in this diploma thesis. In theoretical part of the diploma thesis are description finanacial analysis, mainly elementary method. In practical part I use this method of finanacial analysis to process analysis of company HEUS s.r.o. Final part offer solution for better position company on the market and for better economy of the company.

Předmětem diplomové práce je implementace teoretických poznatků s cílem ověřit relevantnost zdrojů informací sloužících pro výpočty ukazatelů finanční analýzy. První část je zaměřena ne teoretické poznatky finanční analýzy zejména u výrobních podniků a služeb. V této části je věnována velká pozornost poměrovým ukazatelům a jejich výpočtům. Teoretická část je zakončena specifiky finanční analýzy pro komernčí pojišťovnu. Výstupem práce je pak ověření relevance dat a poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy pro specifické odvětví pojišťoven z hledsika vývoje v čase a faktorů ovlivňujích jejich vývoj.

The Diploma Thesis "Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Water Rescue Services and Proposals to Its Financing" I have chosen, because this issue is very actual and affects a large part of the population. Water Rescue Service cares about the safety and health of people in more than 80 locations in the Czech Republic. Thanks to learning the methods of the financial analysis will be possible in practical part to evaluate the situation in the Water Rescue Service. The main proposal is analysis of the one local group and the other part is presenting the functioning of a few selected groups. All found data will lead to the creation of the proposals and solutions of the financing that will help this organization continue to operate and take care about the health of many people.

This thesis aims to evaluate the financial situation in the years 2007-2011. In this thesis methods are applied to external and internal analysis and financial analysis. Based on these methods and obtained results which are designed to be measures that will lead to improve their financial situation.

This thesis deals with technical analysis, which is used to predict future development of stocks. The first part describes the theoretical background needed for the next section. This is followed by analysis of the current state, which assesses the current situation. The main part is devoted to the creation of a program to support technical analysis for the novice investor and the demonstration of its use in trading.
