This thesis elaborates financial analysis of company J. P. PLAST, s.r.o. for period 2010 to 2013. Elementary methods of technical analysis, concretely horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, ratio indicators analysis and prediction of financial distress of company. Financial analysis is introduces from basic terms and explanation of individual indicators up to practical application of them and their interpretation. It should help to improve financial management, prepare supporting materials for impro-ving to economic situation of company and optimize managerial decision. In the conc-lusion section, there are proposed measures that may improve financial situation of the company. Application of the thesis will certainly be contribution for analysed company J. P. PLAST, s.r.o.

The aim of my thesis is the financial assessment of selected construction company through financial analysis. The theoretical part includes characterization of construction company, financial statements and a description of the financial analysis and its methods. The practical part evaluates the economical situation of company through financial analysis. The financial analysis is prepared for methods of analysis of summary indicators, horizontal and vertical analysis and analysis of ratiometric indicators.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of the selected company NEKR SERVIS s. r. o. in the years from 2010 to 2014. The theoretical part defines the basic terms, methods and indicators. The practical part deals with the external, internal and financial analysis of the selected company. Based on the observed results of these analyses are drawn out proposals and recommendations for the possibleimprovement of the financial situation of the company.

The subject of this master’s thesis is to analyze and evaluate the economic indicators of selected company and comparison of these indicators with the nearest competitors. The thesis is divided into three main sections. First part is theoretical and contains information about used economical and statistical terms. Second part contains of analysis of economic indicators, comparison of actual and predicted values and comparison with the nearest competitors. In order to predict future values of indicators, on selected indicators appropriate regression function has been applied. The last part of thesis contains of program created by using VBA in MS Excel, which is designed to calculate the economic indicators, and the part containing proposals for improving the situation of company.

This master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of DBC AG, spol. s.r.o. and proposals for its improvement in week areas. All analyses are processed using the methods of financial analysis, benchmarking and other relevant methods. Whole analysis is based on data from 2010-2014. The results are the basis for the proposal part of the thesis.

Master’s thesis evaluates financial situation of the company ZEDNÍČEK a.s within the period of years 2003 and 2007, by selected indicators of financial analysis. Mostly it deals with usage of elemental method’s indicators of financial analysis. It analyzes problems and proposes possible solutions, which will lead to the improvement of the company financial situation in the future.

The thesis is focused on performance evaluation of the construction company. The theoretical part describes data that enter to the calculation, various indicators and methods of financial analysis. The practical part represents the case study in which is the performance evaluation of the company KALÁB - stavební firma, spol. s r.o. done by using financial analysis methods. Financial analysis is based on the balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow in years 2011-2015. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the development of the company in these five years.

Title: Analysis of physical indicators among dancers of acrobatic rock and roll in category Background: It could be expected that several years of training process could influence the vast majority of physiological functions in rock and roll dancers who have undergone for many years of hard training. Aims: The measuring of selected indicators of physiological functions in the group of acrobatic rock and roll dancers and the comparing their level of physical capacity with reference values and with level of physical capacity of the best acrobatic rock and roll dancers of the world were the main purposes of this study.. Methods and design: The study was designed as a qualitative research. 6 pairs (12 subjects) of acrobatic rock and roll dancer category A were included in a study group by using a non-randomized selection. The UNIFITTEST (Jump far from the place, sit-up, chin-up, measuring subcutaneous fat), and other measure (handshake, vertical jump, heart rate) were done. Further quantitative data were collected by using questionnaires. Several statistical methods were used to process the data obtained. All results were compared with reference values. The present paper studies the English imperatives look and listen used as discourse markers. The study focuses on two aspects: firstly, to identify the factors indicating the primary function as opposed to the discourse function of look and listen in English, and secondly, to analyse the Czech counterparts of these verbs used as discourse markers. The paper is comprised of two main parts. The first, theoretical background, describes the grammatical form of the English imperative with focus on look and listen, the concept of discourse markers, the cross-linguistic studies focusing specifically on look and listen, the correspondence between English and Czech imperative, and the potential Czech counterparts. The second, empirical part analyses two hundred and three examples of the imperatives look and listen and their Czech counterparts from the parallel translation corpus InterCorp. This thesis is focused on the financial analysis of Pivovary Staropramen Company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical. The theoretical section explains the general scope of financial analysis, sources of information for financial analysis, users of financial analysis and most importantly, the methods of financial analysis. The practical part is devoted to the application of financial analysis by Pivovary Staropramen Company. Conclusion is drawn about the financial health of the company with some suggestions for improvement.
