This master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of BS vinařské potřeby, s.r.o., and proposals for its improvement. Analyses used in this master’s thesis are processed by the methods of financial and strategic analyses and also mathematical and statistical methods from period 2011-2015. The results of this master’s thesis evaluate investment from the economical effectiveness.

This diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company ProMedica spol. s r.o., which is achieved through the tools of situational and financial analysis, and on the basis of this evaluation, proposals are further formulated to improve financial health and increase competitiveness.

There were used methods of financial anylysis and the recognized facts were served as a base for suggestions possible solutions which will lead to the improvement of the financial situation in the company.

Through use of selected indicators and methods, a financial analysis has been carried out, and on its basis have been proposed the options and recommendations to improve the economic situation of the future.
