The aim is to comprehensively describe the problems of land consolidation plans and prepare budgets of joint facilities performed in a frame of the landscaping. For individual plans of common facilities, cards of budgetary indicators will be processed. Finally, we will evaluate the resulting processed budgets and budget indicators.

The aim of my thesis is cost analysis of a building a result of changes in the variant of aluminum structures. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the issues are addressed in general terms and in the practical applies to specific construction contract.

This master thesis evaluates the financial situation of the selected e-shop of consumer electronics called czc.cz. For this evaluation, it will be used time series analysis, through which it will be possible to predict the future development of selected indicators. Based on the development of these indicators, e-shop will be compared with the competitors. Through this analysis there will be proposed options to improve the financial situation of the e-shop.

This diploma thesis focuses on the financial analysis of the company TRON ELEKTRONICKÉ SOUČÁSTKY s.r.o. and comparing with competitor. One of it´s parts is theory, which includes chosen financial indicators and system Maple, graphic representations and verbal interpretation. Both of companies are compared and at the end the precautions for improving company are suggested.

This thesis deals with the determination of economic efficiency of business project, whose subject is the reconstruction of outbuildings at the hospital. The theoretical part is devoted to the business plan and its affiliates. There are also characterized by cash flows, the discount rate. The practical part describes the chosen project, determining cash flows, the assessment of economic efficiency and sensitivity to potential risks.

This master's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of GDP KORAL Ltd in the years 2011–2015. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and methods that are used in the practical part. The practical part contains external and internal analysis of the company. Based on the results of these analyses are suggested recommendations for the improvement of the financial situation of the company.

Author: Bc. Eliška Klučinová Title: HEPTATHLONIST'S TRAINING Objectives: The main objective of this work is to evaluate my own performance development in relation to the training completed. This work is focused mainly on the year 2014, in which the Czech record was broken. The second objective is to compare and evaluate the composition of the training under the guidance of three different coaches and to evaluate the entire career of the heptathlete. Methods: This work uses methods of analysis and comparison. Results: The analysis of performance development discloses a gradual increase in performance in relation to the training completed. During the analysis of the training macrocycle 2013/2014, possible causes of the increase in performance were found, especially in the explosive strength training. When comparing individual coaching approaches certain insufficiencies and advantages in the composition of training and training methods were revealed. A power-oriented training was the most suitable considering my somatotype. Conclusion: In my career, I managed to reach my maximum in European and world competition (3rd place EAICH 2015, 4th place WAICH 2018, 7th place WACH 2013). The main limits, due to which I did not achieve better results, were mainly insufficient level of speed skills and health...

The diploma thesis is solving a business environment and an influence of factors on the number of enterprises in countries in the EU. There is characterized business environment and some of the indicators representing its quality in theoretical part. There is created one main model which is solving the influence of factors on numbers of companies on an inhabitant in practical part. This model is based on a multidimensional regression analysis and there is used a method of ordinary least squares (method OLS). There are also formulated partial models according to a legal form, numbers of employees and newly created companies. The statistical data, which are related to companies and are used in diploma thesis, are chosen for a year 2014. The main objective is to determine which of chosen factors have an influence on the number of companies in member countries of the EU. The results are compared with the business environment quality indicators.

Diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of the impacts of the deferred tax in the accounting statements within two different systems. The thesis is based on data from annual reports of selected companies operating in chemical industry, the source for the theoretical part of the work are mainly relevant accounting regulations. The significance of the deferred tax is assessed between the counties of Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The thesis also deals with the structure of titles leading to deferred tax and their change over the years. The last part of the thesis examines the significance of the deferred tax on selected indicators of financial analysis.

This diploma thesis main goal is to predict primary bankruptcy indicators in construction sector based on model. This model is built by advanced classifier methods such as classification trees and logistic regression. Applicability of prediction depends on quality of built model and therefore verification of classification accuracy is essential for bankruptcy prediction. The theoretical part is focused on construction sector in the EU specializing on basic financial analysis including ratio indicators and frequently used models for predicting the bankruptcy of enterprises. The practical part consists of model creation and evaluation for each observed time period. The end of thesis is dealing with model evaluation based on given criteria.
