Title: Sports training assessment of the Czech record holder in the sprint events in the youth categories Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is monitoring and assessment of selected general training indicators, special training indicators and control tests during the four-year sports training period of a young sprinter in the category of 15 years and the category of 17 years. Results of the selected training indicators and the control tests were compared. Methods: In the present thesis the method of observation and the content analysis of training documents are used. The training documents are obtained from the coach of the observed individual. The general training indicators, the special training indicators and the control tests are selected from the training documents, which are evaluated by the basic statistical procedures and subsequently they are composed to the tables, charts and comments. Results: Due to the set plan of the thesis, we recorded during the four-year period an annual increase in the volume of the general training indicators of M.B. The volume of load is increasing in all the selected special training indicators. Abstract Title: 800 meters elite runner training analysis Objectives: The main goal of my thesis deals with pedagogical evaluation of 800 meters elite runner training process. It concerns analysis of teoretical background esential for the performance growth of the two annual macrocycles through 2007/2008 and 2008/2009. I mainly focused on the relationship between the volumes of general and specific training indicators and achieved performance indicator in tracked event. The conslusion of the work should provide us with recommendations for the training process improvement in future periods. Methods: The education analysis of training process is based on the values that were obtained by content analysis of training documents and training records of the coach. I used a percentage expression for a quantitative comparison. For the qualitative comparison I used a distribution of training indicators devided into 17 categories, 5 as indicators of general training and 12 as special indicators. Results: The growth of sports performance in 800 meters discipline was primarily achieved by training loads of special training indicators and focus on its main field. The diploma thesis is focused on the financial analysis of Unilever ČR s.r.o., which operates on FMCG market and specialize in consumer and cosmetic goods. The goal of this thesis is to identify weaknesses of financial management of the company from year 2008 until the year 2015 from the external analyst point of view. The output of this thesis are recommendations for better financial situation in the future period of time. Implementation of traditional and modern financial analysis tools is based on research of specialized literature. Traditional methods include analysis of balance rules, horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of ratio indicators, analysis of differential indicators and pyramidal decomposition. The diagnosis of the financial situation and prediction of future of the company is implemented by the usage of creditworthy and bankruptcy models. A more modern point of view into problematic brings the usage of analysis of economic value added and usage of Spider analysis for comparison with market leaders. The source of information for practical part are annual reports, which are available for public on an online server provided by the Ministry of Justice.

This thesis deals with a financial situation. Through the selected methods and indicators of the financial analysis presented in the introduction is an evaluation of the particular company Fersto, s.r.o. from the practical part. Based on the outputs of the financial analysis are then the formulated proposals to improve the economic situation of the company.

The goal of the thesis is to carry out financial performance analysis of two retail companies based on selected financial analysis tools and use its results for inter-company comparison. The theoretical section introduces selected methods of financial analysis and intercompany comparison methods which are used in the practical section to perform financial analysis of Billa and Kaufland companies. The selected performance ratios are consequently compared by means of intercompany comparison methods.

These, if applied accordingly, should lead to an improvement of company’s financial situation and to its stabilization.

An elementary analysis of balance sheet and income statement is gradually elaborated, followed by an analysis of chosen ratio indicators and overall indicators. The conclusion is dedicated to the company’s evaluation and further recommendations for the future development.

The diploma thesis deals with the application of statistical methods in assessing selected indicators of the company ABC, Ltd. This work is divided into three parts. The first part explains the terms related to financial indicators, macroeconomic indicators, regression and correlation analysis and also, this part of the work explains the matters of time series. The second part contains an analysis of the current state. Individual analyses of indicators and their predictions are performed in it. Also, there is a research concerning the influence of macroeconomic indicators on the financial performance of ABC, Ltd. In The last part of this diploma thesis, changes are proposed that should lead to the improvement of the current situation of the company.
