The thesis deals with the contribution of physical, art and music education at primary school. It monitors the influence of education on the overall development of children and at the same time how the teacher himself can influence the educational content of these lessons. The aim of my thesis is to find out how the teachers deal with the potential of education, which therapeutic elements they use in their lessons and which approach to education they prefer. The theoretical part introduces the content, potential and main therapeutic elements of physical, art and music education to the public and suggests the importance of their preservation in the educational system at primary school. It is a qualitative investigation, I used the semi-structured interview method as well as direct unstructured observation for my research. In the practical part I conducted interviews with four experienced teachers and I mainly focused on their conception of selected education. Furthermore, the most striking aspects of the education, which have a positive impact on the development of children and their integration into society, were processed by observation in lessons. Based on the obtained results, physical, artistic and musical education can be understood as very beneficial doctrines that affect the pupil's psyche, influence his / her physical health and facilitate his / her involvement in the collective. Art, music and physical education at primary school provide a place where children learn the basics of art, culture and dance, and where they can discover themselves and learn to accept the differences observed in the surroundings.

The diploma thesis describes the concept of responsibility within the education of generation Z, born between the years of 1995-⁠2010. While considering some of the current social changes, the focus is on the responsibility of generation Z within modern education, specifically on responsibility within the relationship to oneself and society. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the conceptual outcomes of responsibility and its possible definitions. Furthermore, it analyses selected concepts of developmental theories, education styles and trends. The empirical part of the thesis presents semi-structured interviews with parents of generation Z. The aim of these interviews is a description of the constructs of responsibility within the education of generation Z, from the perspective of their primary carers.

The main subject of this thesis is feminine nature. The goal is to capture the essence of womanhood in the entirety of the world. There is a difference between the experience of a woman's life and the world around her. We must therefore ask how the world around us is set up, what nature itself entails, how the society views a woman and how a woman views herself. The work is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the nature according to two of the most important thinkers of antiquity: Plato and Aristotle. The second section examines the nature and essence of womanhood as viewed by the French philosopher Simone de Beauvoir. In the final part, we discuss some of the phenomena related to the issue of womanhood nowadays, such as physicality, dignity, human culture and responsibility. The whole work shows that it is essential for us to demand freedom of self-realization which along with the need for cooperation of both genders in establishing basic rules of the world that men and women inhabit together, provides for women to self-realize freely in harmony with their own experience of the world. Regionalistic Issues in textbooks of Civic Education after 1989 Summary This thesis focuses on civic education textbooks in the period after 1989 to the present. It includes recapitulation of the development of civic education as school subject and of the regional approach too. Contains a list of all the civics textbooks authorized the Ministry of Education for use in primary schools and grammar schools, including textbooks for pupils with special educational needs. The main topic of this thesis is to analyze the status of regionalist curriculum in basic education, while focusing on the 2nd degree and equivalent years of grammar school. In this context, it recapitulated the last major curriculum change in the Czech education system in the form of general educational program with emphasis on the status of regionalist curriculum. The last purpose of the work and its practical aspect is the identification and analysis of the historical homeland of the current contents of civics textbooks, its comparison with the current state of historical knowledge and pointing out the frequent historical inaccuracies and stereotypes, which are topics of regional history in the historical content of the curriculum of civics occur. The conclusion is devoted to recommendations which will be used in the creation of civics textbooks.

The second part is devoted to the results of questionnaire research on sex education on a sample of elementary schools from five regions of the CR and concerning school staff views on this issue. Overall, the work focuses on this issue in the context of the ministerial handbook "Sex education - selected topics" that should have been distributed to all primary schools in the country and whose controversial content caused media interest in the presented issue.

SUMMARY: This thesis deals with teaching handball at secondary schools. Geographically it focuses on districts of Prague and Central Bohemia. The research methods used in the thesis are questionnaire, experimentation and observation. The paper monitors inclusion of handball in physical education classes at secondary schools. It inquires the popularity of handball between teachers and pupils compared with other sport games. It studies what material and space conditions schools have at their disposal for physical education classes and whether these conditions are sufficient for handball practice. The paper also includes the information about practice methods of the basic player skills and a conception of teaching handball in ten lessons.

The thesis deals with environmental education for the pupils of primary education in the natural localities near Kolín and shows teachers how to undertake the so called place- based education. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of excursion and environmental education that are based on available scholarly literature. Furthermore, it discusses documents which delimitate environmental education as a cross-disciplinary topic at primary schools and describes natural conditions in the chosen region. The aim of the research part was to find out which localities teachers use for outdoor activities and to create a methodical proposal of environmental excursion for the most frequently visited localities.
