Pavla Dobiášová ABSTRACT: The dissertation is addressing a child and it's social status in the course of time. It's also addressing the themes of family, upbringing, education, school, the educational laws and the big figures of pedagogy in history. The dissertation is mapping the transformation of child's social status since the communal society till the present day. The goal is to cover the existing cognition and its key milestones, to describe a child's behavior within the different time stages and also to discover the behavioral historical causes of children today and respective risks and advantages based on child's social status. The dissertation's author uses and benefits from the works of the other authors dealing with the history of pedagogy. The dissertation gives evidence of a child's social status growing stronger and the importance of the education and the school which significantly influences our future. This thesis deals with the way of use of children and children elements in commercials, promoting products for children, services that children can use and the products used to care for them. For this purpose, the advertising material was systematically collected. Subsequently, it was analyzed with focus on selected thematic areas: use of cartoon (animated) characters, animals and toys in advertising, use of child in advertising, specifics of the language of advertising and the strategies of communications in advertising. The theoretical part of this thesis first briefly deals with advertising in general terms. However, with regard to the aim of the thesis, it is focused on children's recipients of mediated communication as a specific target group. In the second part of the thesis, the analysis of the collected advertising material is processed. Specific characters and specific roles of the participants, communication methods and strategies of advertising creators are identified in detail. All statements referred in this thesis are verified on the particular examples of advertising. Key words: children, advertising, media education

This Diploma thesis deals with realationship and opinion of parents of children in age from 12 do 13 years old come from the Vysočina Region in the Czech Republic to their sport doing. Theoretical part which is divided into four chapters is focused on some key words and problems. Everything relates to floorball. Reader can find words like motivation, leisure, sport or floorball. Floorball chapter deals not only with presenet, but also with past. Next part is practical. Research is focused on opinion and relationship of parents to their children doing sport. This thesis explores why is floorball so popular, why they registered their children to do it and if they meet bully. In the end the author summarises this problem and adds his recommendations.

The thesis is focused on one of cross-disciplinary topics of Framework Education Programme for Basic Education - media education. By means of concrete examples from selected schools in the region of South Bohemia it describes current realization of important topics in media literacy and shows its pros and cons, including examples of good experience. The aim of this work is to give classification of a new educational dimension - media education - within the given region.

The authoress of this diploma work deals with a relationship between transmission of faith and education in a family. She describes the different perspectives of humanities at the family, deals with characteristics of Christian families. She mentions various definitions of faith and education in the concept of two Christian Churches (Roman Catholic and Evangelical Brethern) and the concept of the humnanities. She suggests approaches of several authors to bringing up childern in a Christian family.

The subject of this thesis is to design the nursery school without manger section as wooden construction. It is a single-storey building without a basement suitable for a maximum of 40 children. The work is divided into text and drawing part. Suitable wall construction, roofing and furnishing was designed. The building was designed in accordance with valid standards and regulations. Design of the nursery school was also affected by the choice of area on which the building was situated. Its choice is also part of the thesis.

The thesis focuses on issues of aesthetic values in art education at the first grade of primary school. The theoretical parts sketch issues of art and kitsch, origins of kitsch and characteristic features of kitsch and the question of kitsch aesthetic defektivity. In the second part I focus on the problem of determining the aesthetic criteria in art education, the issue of transfer of aesthetic values and artistic-expressive qualities of children's products all of it taking into account the ontogenetic development of children's creative expression. The empirical part focuses on exploring the aesthetic value of art activities related to the teaching process in the context of ontogenetic development of the child to the first grade of primary school.

The Diploma Thesis is focused on the technical monuments in Křivoklátsko region which are used in the education at primary school via educational excursions. The theoretical part of my Diploma Thesis concentrates on the technical education and its position at primary school. It also concerns the technical monuments, their typology, protection, and the declaration of the monuments as technical monuments of Křivoklátsko. The final part is dedicated to ten technical monuments in Křivoklátsko. The practical part of my Diploma Thesis contains particular educational excursions to the chosen technical monuments which are aimed to the education at primary school. The information background for teachers is the part of each educational excursion. The final section of the practical part is focused on the indicative verification of use of the educational excursions at primary school.

The thesis aims to present the personality of the child as still forming human being, with their specific needs and developmental changes. The work highlights the importance of teacher sensitivity to the child entrusted in the creative process. The theoretical part describes the pedagogical, psychological, physiological and sociological perspective on the personality of the child. Also generally depicts the effect of methodological and didactic aspect of dance and movement education. The practical part contains my own creative output in the form of a short dance film, which accesses the creation of children with an awareness of these facts.

The thesis deals with effiency of marketing communications tools used with focus on preschool children. In the thesis are described ways of brain processing of stimuli at preschool age, behavior, ways of education, and view of marketing on children. In analytical part there is tested the strength dependence of relationships between factors: parent, child, sales promotion, audiovisual advertising on television.
