Analýza variability srdečního rytmu pomocí entropie / Entropy for heart rate variability analysis

Zemánek, Ladislav January 2013 (has links)
The analysis of HRV is an advanced and noninvasive method which is used to investigate the involuntary nervous system. It is also one of the important parameters of its proper function. Heart rate variability can also be analyzed by entropy, which studies the discrepancy of the RR intervals of the HRV signal and thus can be used to diagnose cardiac diseases

Pták roku 2011: zapojení veřejnosti při analýze regionální variability ptačího zpěvu / Bird of the Year 2011: involving public in the analysis of regional variation of bird songs

Diblíková, Lucie January 2013 (has links)
The yellowhammer (Emberiza citrinella) is a common bird of open areas whose song exhibits easily distinguishable dialects. The dialects are tied to the final part of its song. Some, especially older publications claim that yellowhammer's dialects can be divided into two broad groups with predominantly Eastern and Western European distribution, with a borderline intersecting Central Europe. Until recently, yellowhammer dialects have only been thoroughly researched in Denmark and in some parts of Germany. In the Czech Republic, a detailed study was carried on in connection with the"Bird of the Year"campaign, during which the general public was involved in collecting song recordings at various localities. Thanks toa project called "Czech Yellowhammers Dialect", more than 2600 recordings from throughout the Czech Republic were collected within three years. The recorded songs were then classified into one of the seven traditionally acknowledged groups; some new, not yet documented ones were also discovered. The distribution of the dialects generated a dialect mosaic with a clearly established borderline between individual dialects. Mixed singers were found along the borderlines. A borderline between two dialect groups, crosscutting Western Bohemia, was also found. It was proved once again that for a success of...

Analýza genetické variability konopí pomocí DNA markerů

Balgová, Barbora January 2018 (has links)
This thesis is focused on analysis of genetic variability of Cannabis sativa L. and sequencing of the candidate genome sequences in selected varieties of Cannabis. In total there were 28 genotypes of hemp were analyzed with 23 microsatellite markers.107 alleles were found whose size ranged from 100 to 360 bp. Uniform marker was detected (CAN1660). The diversity index (DI), the polymorphic information content (PIC) and the probability of identity (PI) were calculated for every microsatellite marker. Similarity dendrogram was constructed on base of statistical evaluation. The specific primer for the patrial sequences of cannabidiolic acid synthase (CBDA) gene and the specific complete for the sequences of tethrahydrocannabinolic acid synthase (THCA) gene were used for the sequences study. Gained sequences were compared by BLAST. Most sequences had 100% match with sequences in the available databases. Single nucleotide polymorphisms were found in the sequences of CBDA synthase. One sequences that did not belong to the genus Cannabis was detected. All obtained sequences will be inserted into the NCBI database and access number will be assigned.

Hodnocení stavu porostů obilnin s využitím spektrálních měření

Burgetová, Markéta January 2019 (has links)
Master thesis is focused on the evaluation of cereal crop stands with the use of spec-tral measurements and its implementation by crop management practices. In the literature review the basics of yield formation and crop survey are described as well as the im-portance of crop monitoring by spectral measurement for decision support in precision farming practices. Practical part of the thesis includes statistical evaluation of field expe-riment in 2017 and 2018, which were focused on the mapping of crop heterogeneity within the fields with winter wheat. In this experiment, plant samples were taken and ana-lyzed for estimation of nitrogen content and amount of above-ground biomass in various part of the field. This sampling was extended by proximal measurement of solar radiation using spectroradiometer in visible and near infrared part of electromagnetic spectrum. Da-ta processing was performed using descriptive statistics and correlation and regression analysis. The results showed high spatial variability of observed fields.Correlation and re-gression analysis evaluated the relationship between spectral measurement of the stand, represented by vegetation indices, and its laboratory estimation. As the conclusion, spectral measurements was be recommended as a complement to traditional methods of agrobiological control of cereals and could be used for delineation of management zones in site specific crop management.

Molekulární fylogeneze a genetická diverzita nejbližších příbuzných rodu Pisum

Sedláková, Veronika January 2019 (has links)
During the process of domestication and selection reduction of genetic diversity of cultivated crops occurred. Currently the main interest of breeders is to transfer some of crop wild relatives’ genes to cultivated crops. Those genes of interest are related e.g. with desease and pest resistance or drought resistance. Hybridization of wild and cultivated species is prevented by reproductive isolation. The frequent phonomenon in hybrids is called nuclear-cytoplasmic incompatibility, which is manifested by reduced fertility, sterility or lethality. In this phenomenon occurs conflict between nuclear-encoded genes with genes encoded in the organellar genomes. The identified accD candidate gene responsible for nuclear-cytoplasmic incompatibility in pea is highly variable due to insertions and deletions. High variability of the accD gene was also confirmed in the genera Lathyrus and Vicia. Variability was observed in gene sequence lenghts caused by presence of indels and single nucleotide polymorphisms. In comparative analysis with other regions of cpDNA commonly used in phylogenetics, the region of the accD gene had the highest value of parsimonially informative sites. The phylogeny derived from the region of the accD gene corresponds to the phylogeny based on combined chloroplast markers, therefore the accD gene may be suitable for this type of analysis.

Vyhodnocení variabilní aplikace hnojiv senzorovým systémem Isaria

Škrabal, Jakub January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis concerns the evaluation of a four-year sensor testing of the Fritzmeier ISARIA system. In a literature review is described nitrogen variable fertili-sation, the diagnostics of nutritious plant condition. The sensor system ISARIA is also described including vegetative index and individual modes settings. In a practical part is described four years testing of the Fritzmeier ISARIA system in a company Salix Morava a. s. in Zdounky region. In results there are listed parameters like yield, the quantity of applicated nitrogen, the effectivity of nitrogen application the quality of production and revenues. The results shows significant economic and environmental effects resulting from variable nitrogen application. The results are also statistically evaluated for enabling to be a part of a conclusion. It can be seen form the results, that a significant, impact for an economic contribution of a variable nitrogen application is affected by a field, year, cultivar, but also by settings of a sensor system.

Posouzení trendů aktivních a efektivních teplot v období 1961-2010

Kourek, Zdeněk January 2017 (has links)
The work analyzes the meteorological element air temperature at three climatological stations. The aim was to assess changes in the values of temperature sum, and the sum of active temperatures (sum of temperatures over specified threshold) and the sum of effective temperatures (sum of temperatures over specified threshold - defined threshold) for the period 1961 - 2010. At the same time large vegetation season (number of days when the average daily temperature is consistently above 5 ° C), the main (number of days when the average daily temperature is consistently above 10 ° C the growing season) and the growing years (number of days when the average daily temperature is consistently above 15 ° C) was analyzed. These results were then compared with the proxy data from the field of plant and animal phenology. Pedunculate oak or English oak (Quercus robur) was chosen as a representative for the higher plants and the Great tit (Parus major) was chosen for the represenatives of the bird species in the Lednice area. On the basis of calculating the sum of active and effective sum, we can say that their values increase with time, as far as the number of days in the growing seasons. The results are regionally different.

Analýza počtu srážkových dní a srážkových úhrnů za období 1961-2010

Ludvík, Jan January 2017 (has links)
The aim of the master thesis was based on the data of the selected climatological stations to evaluate the occurrence of precipitation days in terms of their frequency and amount of rainfall for the period of fifty years (1961-2010). Literature search was carried out for studies dealing with long-term incidence of rainfall in the territory of the Czech Republic focusing on the Southern Moravia. The hypothesis, in the context of the increasing variability and climate change, was tested about the increasing number of precipitation days with lower sums (3, 5, 10 and 15 mm) for April, May and June, which are the most important months for intensive plant growth and increase in biomass. The results indicate that the change in the number of precipitation days depends on the months and has a local character. Furthermore, were tested on the selected locality without a rainfall period, here has been shown that the number of non-rainfall period increase over 15 days.

Městský polyfunkční dům na ulici Křížová, Brno / Multipurpose Town House on Křížová Street, Brno

Poruba, Martin January 2011 (has links)
Design Theory 1st WHAT IS THE TOWN HOUSE By Town House (the only no MD) is undoubtedly the "parterre". The parterre is meant the space where the public associates with a freelancer (the owner of the house rules), which produces original products and original services. The advantage of this arrangement is just the comfort of home owners who meet only a few steps and is in its own business. Up to then follow the floors for residential owners and floor suitable for extended family living or for rent. The building can be rented for parts. The bottom line is that at least one of the apartments will be permanently residing owner. This is achieved by real form MD. The possibility of phased construction, in principle, helps to achieve optimal distribution of project funding (see figure below), ie. There is no need to invest at a time. It is important to fill the empty land in the streets of the city the right partner, with a gradual hill floor living, creating and MD. Just like in nature and in grow houses in the same way. Live to see if any of them, it is easy to replace by a new town house in a relatively short period of time. 2nd TRANSPORT VISION January 2 The need for transport for the urban man City man living in MD would be able to travel virtually anywhere on foot. Common goals, which during the day or week Stakes should be available nearby. She would arise from the need to own a personal vehicle for city driving. So the MD automatically receives the imaginary top of the pyramid forms of housing. Living it has many advantages. I would venture to say that owning a house might be the goal of each of us. As the owner of MD do not happen to work, ie. carry him away from home. All comfort is located in the vicinity. This form of housing support retail development and maintenance of interpersonal relationships. It is a healthy way of life. Basically I'm trying to point out the long years of proven experience. February 2 Future Transport When thinking about the future of transportation, I think of flying caps, with automatic navigation. Today we may seem too fantasy, but it can be assumed that this direction for the future traffic will develop. Such a concept of urban transport is therefore clear that it will be necessary to invest large sums in building road corridors and the streets will again become a pleasant place for people to meet. Just imagine the morning when you come to lift the roof of the MD and sit at sunrise in your hovercraft ... amazing! If you stay in the country, even today there are solutions that will relieve traffic in the city. Good public transport will solve many. Congestion nodes not in the inner cities, what to do. MHD What should be: efficient, clean, for an annual pass with the support price At least busy line should be abolished and congested lines strengthened, leading to migration of people into urban centers. It is a challenge for city planners. A sufficient number of seats in vehicles is a necessary condition for successful public transport. Cars with low starting edge and in good technical condition are showcase quality public transport. Bicycle hire Following the example of many EU countries, we should consider for transportation by bicycle wheels. Bike rentals should be the norm. RENTAL MOTOR UNIVERSAL MINI carts Likewise, the creation of citywide rental carts with electric motor at low speed 25 km / h would be very beneficial.
