The moving activity is an important part of human life, especially nowadays with the life style. The point of the work is to get knowledges of motivation to moving activities of younger children according to children and their parents. Based on this surveys to compare motivation to moving activities of pupils in the 1st and 4th classroom in town's and village's schools in region. I want to get imagination of children doing sport regularly and irregularly and find out what motivate them to move. What motivation do the parents use to support their children in moving activity. Find out if there is a different motivation of parents to pupil in the 1st a 4th classroom in the town and in the village. Theoretical part of this thesis is about women's magazines in the Czechoslovakia and in the Czech republic. The introductory chapters are about its characteristics, division and historical development. It describes current state in the Czech magazine's market, stratification of women's magazines, it also describes broadly media influence and apply these theoretical knowledge to women's magazines. The important chapter is chapter Media and Gender, which explains the term gender, compares men's and women's magazines and presents criticism of women's magazines from gender point of view. Methodological part is insight into the choice of method and choice of samples. This part contains also basic characteristic of reasearched magazines. Research part describes the representation of successful woman according to women's magazines, what is the difference in each magazine and it also shows the changes of view of successful woman in reserched period.

The content of the presented dissertation work is the study of the histological structure of the burned and unburned compact bone of the human rib. The aim was to evaluate the effects of the differently high cremation temperatures on the structure of the bone tissue, and, on the basis of these findings, to design an applicable methodology for the estimation of the age-at-death of an unknown individual. As the research material the recent human ribs were used, belonging to the individuals of known age-at-death, sex and cause of death. The skeletal samples were experimentally burned under the beforehand set conditions. Every bone was divided into several pieces; one of them remained unburned, and the other were burned at the temperatures of 600, 700, 800 and 1000řC. From burned and unburned bone samples the undecalcified and unstained cross- sections were made, which were microscopically analysed under the magnification of 100×. The histological analysis was performed in the digital microphotographs using the SigmaScan Pro 5 image analysis programme. In each cross-section in total 28 variables were studied, and obtained histomorphometric data were statistically processed using the Statistica 6 programme. This thesis covers a brief overview of the development of the energy meter technology as well as a division of the modern energy meters and a description of the functions of electromechanical and static energy meters. The thesis also contains a list and a simple description of the type tests in compliance with the applicable standards relevant to the energy meters. Furthermore, the thesis describes the impact of differential disturbances in the band from 2 kHz to 250 kHz. The paper also defines the IEC-61000-4-19 standard and describes the testing system for measuring the impact of differential disturbances in the band from 2 kHz to 150 kHz. The thesis includes a description of the data acquisition software that was created in the Matlab program. The final part of the paper focuses on a description of the results of parametric tests and the proposal for their adjustments.

Exploration of the influences that an owner can have on his own media is an important topic nowadays. This master thesis focuses on the possible owner influences on his newspaper in the example of buying of the publishing house Mafra by Agrofert's owner Andrej Babis. It covers articles concerning Agrofert in two of Mafra's dailies - Mlada fronta Dnes and Lidove noviny. The reporting period covers two years before and two years after the purchase of Mafra by the owner of Agrofert and the current Czech Minister of Finance Andrej Babis. This covers the dates 5. 6. 2011 - 24. 6. 2013 and 25. 6. 2013 - 24. 6. 2015. This thesis uses the processes of quantitative content analysis and focuses on the comparison of texts about Agrofert in these two periods. In the sample of 631 articles it examines two dozen categories, such as topic, placement on the page as well as in the daily itself or quotation of Andrej Babis, and it tracks the changes that occurred in both halves of the reporting period. The shift in content of the Mafra's media, after the change of its owner has not been largely examined yet. This means that this thesis brings a first complex insight into the topic. My thesis attends tp issue of advertising and action at children. For this time being, when advertising is looking for new ways how to address the potential customers, when the sale of the products is one of the main power at current society and when the pressure is gworing so, that causes the genesis of social-pathologic effects, it is necessary to know as much as we can about different forms of advertising actions, used technologies and potential impacts. My thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and applied. Theoretical part describes the meaning of the advertising, look about the history of advertising, mention basic principles of communication in advertising and offer one of the aspect of its purpose at current society of presperity. Also my attention has been paid to current trends in advertising psychology. The thesis deals with effects of perception, attention, memory and forgetting on advertising effectiveness. Applied section is trying to find by using quantitative research the response to basic question (what is the effect of advertising on children), how this effect is changing according to the age group. The results of the marketing research are analyzed in this section as well.

Epidemiology analysis of the effect of air pollution on health at regional scale MUDr. Eva Rychlíková ABSTRACT Work involves a health impact assessment of the air pollution of aerosol particles at the some important steps. It describes evidence on air pollution exposure in vulnerable groups of population and searches for the effects. An exposure is a component of causal chains of diseases coming from external origin. And just because it is the main condition. If there is no exposure, there is no health risk. For a possibility to prevent disease we need to know an exposure. We investigated exposure with an activity questionaire in the three groups of population whose would be to the environmental factors, mainly air pollution, vulnerable. The personal exposure was monitored in a group of children. In preparing the questionnaire, we respect the recommendation of US EPA and WHO. Sensitivity is determined by the properties of the organism, specific period of its evolution, lifestyle and behaviour, the circumstances under which exposure to pollution occurs. This diploma thesis focuses on providing complete characteristics of European electroenergetic industry by sample of 28 most important companies from 28 countries. Analyzing these companies, their financial results and relations to surroundings during terms from 2001 to 2010 is made by means of financial analysis, then output analysis and statistical analysis to prove relations between companies' financial results and macroeconomic and microeconomic factors. As a result of partial analyses there are several findings, of which the most interesting ones are following. Financial results were getting better during observating period, indebtedness was decreased in spite of low level of indebtedness at the beginning, however companies didn't show high profitability of their capital. Companies from southeastern part of Europe had worse results than the others. By statistical analysis there wasn't observed significant influence of prices of input commodities necessary for electricity production. On the other side the positive connection between domestic product with price index and development of these companies was found significant. During this period the decrease of portion of these companies in electricity production in domestic economies was found with average partial privatization.
