Efekt podzimní a jarní aplikace azolových regulátorů na formování výnosu semen ozimé řepky olejky / Effect of autumn and spring terms of azole regulators application on seed yield formation in winter oilseed rape

KRÁL, Petr January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with the issues of the plant-growth regulators in winter rapeseed. The main part of the thesis is publishing a 2-years-old results of the year 2013/14 and 2014/15, which have been obtained from the small-plot experiments realized on the experimental land of the Faculty of Agriculture of The University of South Bohemia. Three kinds of varieties in a reduced and optimal seed quantity were included in these experiments: line (Remmy), hybrid (H906699) and variety PX 104. The optimal seed quantity was 50 seeds per square meter for a hybrid and PX 104 varieties and 60 seeds per square meter for a line variety. Reduced seed quantity was 33 seeds per square meter for the hybrid and PX 104 varieties and 40 seeds per square meter for the line variety. Three types of applications of the azole preparations were tested for each variety and seed quantity: the first control, the second - treatment in the autumn, the third option - treatments in the autumn and spring. All variants were realized in four repetitions. During the experiments it was observed the influence on the yield of seeds, weight of thousand seeds, percentage of oil, number of plants per square meter and content of the nitrogen compounds in the rapeseed meal. The highest increase of the yield (amounting to 0,94 t/ha) was recorded in 2014 in the variant of a hybrid variety with a density of 33 plants per square meter with autumn and spring application of growth regulators (control 6,82 t/ha, autumn + spring treatment by plant growth regulators - 7,76 t/ha). Similar results were achieved in 2015. In conclusion, it may be said that azole preparations achieve the best results in sparse stands of winter rapeseed.

Subjektivní vliv sociální reklamy na studenty Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích. / Subjective Influence of Social Advertising to Students of University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.

ZAJACOVÁ, Veronika January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the less known type of advertising - the social advertising. The social advertising uses mostly emotional appeals to raise awareness about societal problems, bad habits of people and strives for the behavioural change aiming to make the contemporary world better. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part, whilst the theoretical part offers a comprehensive view not only on the social advertising but partly on the advertising in general as well. It explains the term of social advertising, compares it to the commercial advertising, describes its historical development and defines the subjects of the social advertising. The theoretical part further explains how the social advertising influences the society, which is mostly done by the emotional expression of the given problem and by advertising appeals. Approached are also the specific advertising campaigns - by the most common typologisation of social advertising themes. The research was conducted using surveys aiming to find out whether there are any differences in the awareness of social advertising by students of the HSS SBU and the FE SBU all together with finding out whether it is possible to talk about a higher social advertising influence on students of the HSS SBU. The results were in accordance with these hypothesises which can prove the existence of knowledge differences of students about the social advertising based on their field of study and the fact that the social advertising has bigger influence on students of the health and social fields of study. Answers of respondents from both faculties were often different. On the other hand, students from both HSS SBU and FE SBU have shown the same answers regarding the attitude towards the social advertising. It is possible to make a statement that the social advertising seems beneficial to both HSS SBU and FE SBU students as well and they would like to be in contact with it more often. The students of HSS SBU have chosen to perform the helping professions for their carrier which demands also personal traits that can be e.g. the social feeling and the desire to help. The research brought the finding, that the students care about the social problems and that the social advertising fulfils its purpose which is raising awareness about the societal problems that should get known by people this way.

Nowadays trend in Europe is returning to harvesting of traditional feeding crops. One of these crops is oat which has been universally used since time immemorial. Even today oats are processing and using in food industry and as a feed for farm animals. Further using of oats is in cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry. Oats contain high amount of proteins and fats, beta-glukan and mineral elements. Oats include vitamins B and E, lecitin, niacin and antioxidants. Research was executing on fields of University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice during one year. An impact on crop yield and quality of oats was observed in dissertation. There were used three crops corn, rape and cereal (spring wheat) in research. After these crops were sown ten varieties of oats, four naked and six husked varieties. At these varieties were observed an impact on crop yield and quality of oats. Evaluated characters were monitored during the vegetation, pre-harvest and post-harvest. There were observed germination and methane, height of vegetation, the degree of lodging oats, the number of lat m2, weeds, diseases and pests, after harvest was determine harvested grain yield, moisture and density, number of grains per panicle, thousand grain weight and grain on a network share during the vegetation. From the measured values follows that the best crop in year 2012 was corn and the best results were achieved by variety Abel, Avenuda, Atego, Pogon, Salo.

Obraz cizince v moskevských textech o Smutě 17. století / Image of Foreigner in Moscovian Texts about Time of Troubles of 17th Century

Leshkova, Olga January 2015 (has links)
The objective of the master's thesis is to analyze the image of foreigners in Moscovian texts written during the Time of Troubles and soon after it in early 17th century. The thesis will also focus on the perception of foreign influence on political and cultural development of Russian state and society. Due to the fact that the perception of foreigners in Muscovite Russia can be regarded in many aspects as a result of traditional religious and historical thinking concepts which had been widespread in the country by the end of the 16th century, we will pay particular attention to the formation of medieval Moscovian thinking. By means of discourse and comparative analysis we will try to fulfil the following goals: 1) to study the religious and historical thinking formation process in medieval Russia up to the beginning of the 17th century; 2) to analyze various specific features of Moscovian texts from early 17th century in terms of foreigners' perception; 3) to put the issue of foreigners' perception into a wider cultural and historical context, especially with regard to appropriate literature and thinking tradition. This study is based on Moscovian texts of different nature, which reflect the Time of Troubles. We also use a wide range of appropriate secondary literature. Key Words: Time of...
