Volný pohyb pacientů v rámci Evropské unie / Free movement of patients within the European Union

The thesis deals with patient mobility in the European Union. It is particularly focused on legislation development of cross-border healthcare providing. Its purpose is to analyse and critically evaluate different regulations of this issue. Using the comparison of individual legislation whether it is regulation, directive or case law, aims to explain the basic principles that patient undergoing a treatment in another Member State obey. The thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter one is an introduction to the general context of health policy and modification in primary law. The second chapter assesses the role of patient in the European Union, which is seen here as a community of free market. The chapter has the largest content. This part is dedicated to it with an emphasis on significant impact that this area has brought the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU. The case law pointed to the need to adhere the primary law to address this issue, which prohibits Member States to impose restrictions that could restrict the free movement of patients. Health care has been classified as a service and the patient has been recognized as a consumer sui generis. 1 Abstract Title: Comparison of interest in sports activities between high school students in Prague and in Karlovy Vary region Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find and compare the interest in sport between two groups - high school students in Prague and Karlovy Vary region. Furthermore, the aim is also to find out the reason why students do sport or why students have even no interest in sport. Another objective is to find and compare the way how students in both regions spend their leisure time. Lastly, sports conditions were verified in both regions. Methods: Interest in sports activities has been investigated by using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was specially created for this research. Results: Research has shown that the level of sport activity is higher by students from Karlovy Vary region than by students from Prague. Although the conditions for sports activities are worse in Karlovy Vary region than in Prague, students do sport more often and doing sport is more popular in comparison with other leisure time activities. In the theoretical part of my work dealing with the substitute family care and family preservation. The chaps risk behaviour and leisure time are fundamental. Where I try to focus specific These two parts with regard to children before placed in childrens home. The practical part of this work was founded of visits two childrens homes. Where I studied documentation and did twenty-six interviews with children. The main part is devoted to the presentation of the obtained results, so how children spend their time before they are placed in a children's home. The results are analyzed and possible solutions and recommendations for working with children and families in family preservation.

Věnuje se hře ve spojení s poruchami autistického spektra a s využitím volného času v rámci školy, rodiny či projektu. Práce nastiňuje jednotlivá úskalí mimoškolních aktivit dětí a mládeže s poruchami autistického spektra. Zdůrazňuje, jakou významnou pozici mimoškolní aktivity v životě dětí a mládeže zastupují a jak důležité jsou pro všestranný rozvoj. Dále mapuje volnočasové aktivity, kterým se věnují děti a mládež s poruchami autistického spektra v rámci rodiny, školy a nejrůznějších projektů. Nedílnou součástí mimoškolních činností se stává hra, kterou lze využít jako jednu z možných forem práce s dětmi a mládeží s poruchami autistického spektra. Volný čas a hra se také prolíná návrhem projektu, který je součástí diplomové práce. Projekt nese název: "Společná škola v přírodě".

Title: Personal sport equipment of FTVS UK students Objectives: Main objective of this diploma thesis to find out personal sports equipment of studentes by survey method. The goal is to analyze students sport equipment for their personal use and ownership, how much financial resorces students invests into sport and at the same time use analysis to determine which sports are prefered by students and which sport brands are the most popuplar. Methods: Main tool for obtaining necessary datas, which are used in our diploma thesis, is the questionare in online form. To evaluate obtaine datas from our respondents we have used statistical methods. In the introduction we have checked and classified, determined in the next step of research process (analysis of answers). This allowed us to research mutual relations between indvidual categories. Another methods that we used were for example: analysis and synthetis, scientific abstract, comparation method, mathematical and statistical methods. Results: From our research it is obvious that the students invest significant amont of their financial resorces into sports equipment. Thesis deals with the leisure activities of children in institutions for children with ordered institutional care, the objective is to find a comparison leisure clients between two selected devices. The theoretical part describes the term institutional and protective education, including historical and current legal regulations, the procedure for their implementation. The school facilities indicates differences in educational work among selected children's home and children's home with the school. The article introduces the characteristics of free time and leisure activities with the documents relating to free time. The research part more familiar with the characteristics of the device and respondents. Title: The impact of elementary schools orientation on leisure time activities structure and physical fitness at child population, age 9- 14, in Litomerice town Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to determine, if different conceptual orientation of selected elementary schools (aesthetic-music- oriented, sports-oriented) has a significant influence on the structure of leisure time activities and the level of physical fitness of children aged 9-14 years. Methods: The study presents empirical quantitative research, which consists of sample of 202 students selected from two elementary schools in Litomerice town. Level of physical fitness was determined using standardized test battery UNIFITTEST (6-60) and the structure of leisure time activities were detected by sociological questionnaire COMPASS II. For the analysis of the data obtained we used descriptive statistical methods, t-test, analysis of variance ANOVA, chi-square test and coefficient of effect size Cohen d, z-test, Hays omega and effect size etha - η2 . Results: Significant impact of the different conceptual orientation was reflected in the only one of the monitored fields, in the level of physical fitness, but not in the structure of leisure time activities. The graduation thesis Labour Market and Free Movement of Labour (European Union and Great Britain case study) describes the recent situation in the European and British labour markets. It concentrates on impact of financial crisis on labour markets. Then, it monitors the trends of free movement of labour in the European Union and assesses the impact of opening of labour markets on individual economies. Finally, the British migration system is analysed. The changes in migration to Great Britain after 2004 are outlined and new points based system is introduced. The impact of migrant workers on british economy is evaluated.
