The thesis called "The opportunities and obstacles of active leisure time from the perspective of the high school students" deals with the leisure time of selected high school students. The main aim is get information about their possibilities and obstacles in their leisure time. The theoretical part focuses on the themes leisure time and the development period of adolescence across chapters. That part does not miss the related theme of motivation, lifestyle and technology in leisure time. The practical part evaluates the questionnaire survey and examines activities high school students in their free time, and finds out their possibilities and barriers in their leisure time. Finally, I realized an analysis of leisure institutions and created an online map of leisure institutions where students can spend their time and be active. Beneficial for pedagogical practice are results of the survey which provide feedback for the school, but also for pedagogical practice in high school in general.

The thesis deals with the theme of Quality of life of hearing impaired people during adolescence. It is divided into two parts - a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part consists of three chapters - A person with hearing impairments, Quality of life and Selected factors affecting life of hearing impaired people. In these chapters we consider categorization, classification, etiology of hearing impaired people, and also consequences of hearing impairments. In the next part we deal with the historical view on the quality of life of hearing impaired people, its specification or measurements of the quality of life. In the last chapter of the theoretical part we choose particular factors which affect life of hearing impaired people - communication, upbringing and education, culture, sport, free time. The practical part of the thesis is focused on analysis and evaluation of a questionnaire-based survey in which 41 hearing impaired respondents at the age of 16 - 21 participated. The questionnaire-based survey is aimed at hearing impaired people's attitude to the quality of life - namely education, free time activities, interactions with intact population and doing activities together - including a preferable form of communication with intact people or present satisfaction in their lives....

Title: Teaching of orienteering at primary school Author: Bc. Zuzana Procházková Department: Department of Physical Education Supervisor: PhDr. PaedDr. Ladislav Kašpar, Ph.D. Objectives: The aim of this diploma work is to chart the teaching of orienteering at primary schools in Prague and to use a questionnaire-based approach to determine whether orienteering is included within the school curriculum and if so, then how. The secondary objective is to draw up a draft of methods for teaching orienteering. Methods: Data collection was performed using a questionnaire-based approach. The questionnaire was evaluated in the graphs and tables. The method for the secondary objective is a detailed study of the literature and results of the questionnaire. Results: Thirty four physical education teachers participated in the research study. Sixteen teachers include orienteering within their teaching curriculum. The frequency of orienteering teaching is mostly 1-3 times a year. A half of the teachers teach orienteering in PE lessons. More than half of the teachers included orienteering as a part of school trips and courses. Most of them use specialised orienteering maps. Práce sleduje vývoj vnitřního trhu EU od roku 1993, kdy byl formálně spuštěn. Rozebírá jednotlivé dokumenty, které byly pro jeho vývoj stěžejní, a zaobírá se hlavními mezníky. Popisuje vytyčené cíle a cíle dosažené. Hodnotí tedy pokrok na vnitřním trhu za 13 let jeho existence. Všímá si i rozšíření EU v roce 2004 a zkoumá, jak se nové státy do vnitřního trhu začleňovaly. Detailněji se věnuje vstupu České republiky.

The aim of my Master's Thesis is to estimate the value of the FERN company at 1st May, 2012. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one contains the main theoretical principles, which create a basis for the evaluation of the company. In the second part I present the company beeing evaluated. Futher I focus my attention on the strategic and financial analysis, which is the fundamental basis for the determination of the final value. The following part of my thesis includes the generators of values and the forecast of them. The financial plan is constructed coming out of those generators of values. To determine the value of the company I chose the method of discounted cash flow to the equity.

Vplyv judikatúry ESD na voľný pohyb tovaru na vnútornom trhu EÚ / The Importance of ECJ Case Law for the Free Movement of Goods on the EU Internal Market

The paper aims to embrace the establishment, development of rules and functioning of the freedom of movement of goods on the internal market of the EU and the impact which the European Court of Justice (ECJ) case law had in this domain and still has today. It opens with the description of the internal market and the freedom of movement of goods, the role of the internal market for the European integration, the development of this freedom in the context of the internal market development and basic characteristics of the freedom of movement of goods. Thereafter, the focus shifts to the legal rules of the internal market and freedom of movement of goods, to the CJEU as one of the main European institutions, its role, competences, composition and the different types of proceedings in front of this Court as well as the changes brought by the Lisbon Treaty. The final part is devoted to the analysis of the chosen ECJ decisions that are considered to be the most significant for the free movement of goods. The paper provides comprehensive overview of the topic implying that the ECJ case law played an important role in the domain of free movement of goods and significantly influenced its functioning.

The second half of the 19th Century was a remarkable period in the history of the transformation of Istanbul's Pera district, which can also be detected in the history of its western type theatre buildings, passages, cultural activities, district regulations, planning and establishment of other public and private spaces. The scope of the study will focus on the period between the announcement of the Edict of Gulhane (1839) till Second Constitutional Era (1908). I have chosen the Pera district, also known as Beyoğlu/Taksim for this case study, because it had quite specific functions in the city. It had hosted various ethnical groups throughout its long history, which was also the case in the middle of the 19th century, and the cultural harmony influenced the district's social life. I intend to test this hypothesis by applying Charles Landry's creativity city concept with Pera's cultural district at the end of the thesis. I will apply the aforementioned concepts and examine the remarkable modern type constructions of the district and their history. I will show that gradual growth of the amount and intensity of interactions between the West and the Ottoman Society created a cultural infrastructure, which in turn created a cosmopolitan area in Pera. Examine the effect of orienteering on pupils. Introduce history and the rules of orienteering, the system of competitions and the organization of trainings. Familiarize the reader with the other orienteering sports. Present developmental psychology of children aged 11 to 15. To put orienteering in curriculum for primary school. Methods: The method of questioning was used. We also organized the orienteering race for children. The results were evaluated into spreadsheets, graph and commentary was also used. Results: There are pupils from primary school in this research. Pupils are 11-16 years old. Most of the pupils knew about orienteering before this research. Most pupils ran between 15-20 minutes for one kilometre in the race. Fifteen pupils from 95 didn't find the control point. Pupils felt good after the race. Title: The influence of family background on children's physical activities Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to offer a complex analysis of the activities children pursue in their spare time and their correlation to the conditions in which they were raised at home. The focus is on to what extent the family background influences the choice of activities undertaken by children in their spare time and by what means it could be possible to increase the share of physical activities with regards to family involvement, particularly concerning the parents. Methods: The thesis is split into two main parts. The first part focuses on theory and attempts to describe the principal terms and concepts related to the subject matter, such as exercise regimen, physical activity, health and others. The second part of the thesis concerns the research on how the family environment influences the activities pursued by children in their spare time. The research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey. Results: The research uncovered that boys spend more of their spare time occupied with electronic devices (mobile phone, computer, television and others) compared to girls of the same age. This diploma work is mainly a monography of a Czech author Pavel Zajicek. The base of this study is the analysis and the interpretation of his lifelong official and samizdat literary work. In the analysis of some of his prerevolutionary books as the main source I used mainly the critiques of the contemporary literary magazines. I also present the life of the author itself, especially in the context of the period he lived in. I will briefly mention two musical bands that are closely related to this personality {--} DG 307 and PPU. In my studies I use my personal e-mail with Pavel Z. and I do not forget to observe all accesible dialogues with this poet. This diploma work is mainly a monography of a Czech author Pavel Zajicek.
