Vysílání pracovníků v rámci Evropské unie / Posting of workers in the framework of the European Union

This thesis deals with the institute of the temporary posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services between the member states of the European Union. It aims to describe in detail and to analyse the legal regulation of the issue and to highlight the uncertainties that occur during the realisation of the posting. The first part deals with the primary law of the European Union and with the related jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union, while emphasising the link to the internal market and the freedom to provide services. The second part deals with the detailed analysis of the Directive 96/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 1996 concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services which represents the basic regulation of the posting of workers at the European level. It is followed by the third part which deals with the later adopted Directive 2014/67/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the enforcement of Directive 96/71/EC concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services which seeks to prevent fraudulent practices and provide better information on the labour law conditions to be applied to posted workers. The thesis anatomizes issues of habit-forming substances using among secondary school students who have tendencies to behave dangerous in relation to drugs and content of their leisure time. The thesis is divided into practical and theoretical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe the views on the sense and role of leisure time, the forms of spending leisure time and the risk behaviour at this age group. The attention is also paid to the ways of prevention. The practical part contains the description and analysis of spending leisure time among secondary school pupils and the risk behaviour of this age group in the relation to the habit-forming substances using. The author tries to prove potential connection between spending leisure time and the usage of habit-forming substances. On the basis of gained experience the author can recommend possible ways of organization of free time activities and related prevention to secondary schools where the research was provided.

The master thesis deals with educational approaches and attitudes to social networking sites in leisure education in Czech Budweis. The theoretical background describes current social networking sites and benefits for their users. Next there are descriptions of puberty years, of leisure time as a time when social networking sites are used the most and of leisure education. The thesis includes comparison of Czech and Dutch approaches to media education in their educational systems. The research part includes opinions of leaders working in leisure education in Czech Budweis about an educational influencing of using of social networking sites and their experiences. Into research were joined 9 schools and school institutions for leisure education from Czech Budweis. The first part of the respondents do not devote to education of using of social networking sites. The second half of the respondents is trying to educate children to be conscious about risks, to understand to rules of social networking sites. Leaders talk with the children about a content which the children see on their accounts. But the leader´s influence causes just that the children know theoretical informations. So it is important to find a way how to teach children in a way that leader´s educational approaches make them behave differently and make them know about other possibilities of using social networking sites.

Význam hudby ve volném čase středoškolské mládeže v Jihočeském kraji / Meaning of music in the leisure time of high school students in the South Bohemia region

The main subject of my thesis is to investigate the importance of music as a leisure time activity among the high school students in South Bohemia. In the theoretical part my primary attention has been paid on music functions, the influence of music on the body and psyche, history of musical styles, music division and music subcultures. Subsequently I defined the term "adolescent" and clarified evolution specifics of this period in terms of physical and psychological changes. Then I described the concept of leisure time and characterized function, history and attitude of young people to leisure time activities. Based on the results of former researches I described the relationship of teen agers with music, role that music plays in the lives of adolescents and what are general attitudes of today's young people towards music. In the practical part I analyzed the results of my questionnaire survey, when I contacted high school students in South Bohemia and examined their relationship with music, listening frequency, musical tastes, periodicity of listening, etc.

This Bachelor Thesis is focused on the issue of foreign direct investments (FDI) and their impact and importance for employment in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is evaluation of Inward Flows and Outward Flows of investments, investment incentives and the development of employment in the Czech Republic for the period from 1993 to 2012. The detailed analysis of these categories of the year 2013 involves findings regarding the impact of FDI to employment in the CR and Germany based on one-equation econometric model. It is split into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on professional publications and examination of specialized sources. It serves as a theoretical basis and specification of given issue. The practical part involves two main topics, description and analysis of key categories. The descriptive part involves historical development of foreign investments, investment incentives and employment. The second one examines relation between FDI and employment in the CR and Germany byone-equation econometric model. To clarify the key facts, tables and charts are used. The conclusion involves summary of evolution of FDI, employment in the CR and Germany and possible consequences and recommendations, that are based on findings and comparisons resulted from one-equation econometric model usage.

The work deals with Rastafari, gender promatics and the leisure phenomenon reggae, which is a means of presentation of identity the rastafarian musical artists. The beginning of the theoretical part the work deals with identity, gender roles and stereotypes as aspects of education. Next part is concerned with attributes of rastafarian identity, historical roots of Rastafarians, their religion, lifestyle, specific language, gender problematics and the spread of Rastafari in contemporary global world. The last chapter discusses the reggae musical style from the viewpoint its functions, creation and international development as the contemporary cultural trend. The practical part is concerned with qualitative research using method of content analysis and coding of the obtained data. The aim of the research is to describe the gender problematics explicitly and implicitly contained in the musical texts of reggae and genres deriving from it.

The thesis maps the subjective meaning ascribed to the terms of mathematics and physics by students of secondary schools in České Budějovice. We investigate whether the perception of these tems is influenced by the offer of non-formal education. Main part of thesis is based on research supported by theoretical findings. The theoretical part deals with mathematics and physics in formal and non-formal education, describes the offer of informal education at high schools selected by us and we also describe there the semantic differential method used by us, which is proven in exploring connotative meanings of terms. In the practical part of the work we describe a project of empirical research in detail, the process of data collection and in conclusion, we describe the results obtained.

It is expected that leisure behaviour takes always place within the framework of the specific sociocultural system. In accordance with Kelly (1987) an attempt is made to prove that leisure is always in and of its particular culture. The thesis focuses on three main topics. After introductory explanation of the main terms "culture" and "leisure" attention is focused on discussion about their relation. This discussion is based on theoretical analysis of studies that concern of leisure and approach it from the perspective of cultural studies, sociology or anthropology. Value system is an important part of all cultures. Also leisure can be seen as a part of the value system of specific society. After brief introduction to approaches of leisure and work in historical perspective, attention is focused on the explanation of the position of leisure in the value system of the Czech society and its changes.
