Vzdělávání dobrovolníků v Pionýru / Education of volunteers in Pionýr

Skalová, Eliška January 2020 (has links)
This work is focused on the education of volunteers in Pionýr, which is organized within this association. The aim is to find out what the motivation of volunteers to take part in the education courses and what is the benefit of the courses for their work with children as well as for their personal development. In case someone does not participate in the course, there are reasons for not taking part in the course. The data are obtained through questionnaires that were distributed among volunteers registered within the Pionýr. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to improve the quality of education courses, focus on specific topics and make courses more attractive.

Volný čas (analýza současného stavu problematiky vyplnění a trávení volného času u mládeže v České republice) / Leisure time (current situation analysis of the content and spending the leisure time among youth in the Czech republic)

Toušová, Simona January 2009 (has links)
Diploma thesis "Leisure time (current situation analysis of the content and spending the leisure time among youth in the Czech republic)" is focused on the approach of the youth to the leisure time and highlighting the importance of leisure time activities for successful personal growth. In the theoretical part, I define what the leisure time is and specify terms used for youth and education in the leisure time. I describe functions and purposes of the leisure time, the importance of the content of the leisure time, factors influencing the selection of leisure time activities and I mention some approaches used in other countries. Further I describe the development of the youth policy in the Czech republic, the role of the state in the youth policy, the legislative amendments and contextual strategic documents connected with the youth policy. In the analytic part I have used current empiric researches and analysed PISA 2003 data using SPSS. The aim is to answer three questions. How do the youth people spend their leisure time? Is there a selective approach? If yes, what are the reasons? Is there enough institutions providing leisure time activities in the Czech republic? I have also analysed state institutions and bodies related to the youth in the Czech republic and analysing all providers of...

Areál VUT Kraví hora / BUT Area Kraví hora

Kříčková, Zuzana January 2018 (has links)
The content of the thesis is an architectural study, which proposes a new use of the grounds of the VUT area on Kraví hora. The aim was to combine the interests of VUT and the City of Brno in this extraordinary territory for the benefit of both subjects. The study addresses not only the VUT land, but also the whole area of Kraví hora, which is one of the unique green spaces in the center of Brno. The High School of Technology at Kraví Hora is one of the most valuable areas of the city of Brno. Just like the rest of Kravi hora. But we are talking about a territory that is scattered over several sub-sections. The biggest problem of the whole mountain is impenetrability and lack of solidarity. Kraví hora is a place that has served history, relaxation, afternoon activities and family trips. Today, it is mainly used as a gardening colony - the private sector. From another part there are spaces that are leased to different companies and private owners. However, the use of these spaces, in most cases, does not correspond to the character that has long since existed. Another problem is poor transport accessibility, low capacity of parking spaces and large distances from the area to public transport stops. In the interest of the City of Brno, cultivation of the Kraví hora as urban green space and the creation of a whole green park, which will serve primarily the public.

Termální konvekce s volným povrchem v rotujícím ledovém měsíci / Termální konvekce s volným povrchem v rotujícím ledovém měsíci

Kuchta, Miroslav January 2011 (has links)
Thermal convection with evolving surface in a rotating icy satellite Master's Thesis author: Miroslav Kuchta∗ supervisor: Doc. RNDr. Ondřej Čadek, CSc.† Keywords: Stokes-Fourier system, Free surface, Finite-differences Abstract This thesis is concerned with modeling the surface deformations and thermal convection in a rotating icy satellite. The system of gov- erning equations, that we derive from general balance laws, is solved numerically using the finite-difference method on a staggered grid. Free surface is understood as implicitly described interface between the satellite and an almost massless medium with viscosity orders of magnitude smaller than ice. We design a numerical method capable of tracking the deforming surface. The numerical method is applied to models with temperature-dependent viscosity. ∗ Mathematical Institute of Charles University, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. miroslav.kuchta@gmail.com † Department of Geophysics, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. oc@karel.troja.mff.cuni.cz 1

Zaměstnání a volný čas za socialismu a dnes / Employment and leisure time in socialism and today

Zahrádková, Eva January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the state of present society and society before 1989 in terms of leisure time society and society of work from the point of view of shop assistants. I would like to approach and understand the phenomenon of work and the very connected phenomenon of free time. We hear this statement very often - "I do not have time for it." However this phenomenon is not new, this phenomenon has already appeared in czech research in 1960s. Based on automation and shortening working hours, since the second half of the 20th century, the amount of leisure time should increase. In 1960s, some theoreticians began to claim that society of work is at the end and moving to leisure time society. But is that really fact? Do we live in a society of work or in a leisure time society? Or none of these options are true? And what about society before 1989? And do work and leisure time differ in different social settings - I mean state socialism and parliamentary democracy? I would like to answer these questions through semi-structured interviews with shop assistants.

Preference v trávení volného času městské mládeže: mikrokultura "mall junkies" v prostoru obchodního centra / Preferences of urban teenagers' leisure time spending: microculture of ?mall junkies? in the space of shopping mall

Radová, Lucie January 2010 (has links)
This thesis focuses on leisure time activities and places, which are prefered by urban teenagers for spending their leisure time. My first objective is to focus on a new trend in the sphere of spending leisure time of contemporary teenagers, thereby the passive leisure time spending in large shopping malls. Nowadays shopping malls are very fashionable places for realization of leisure time activities, not only among youth. Teenagers play the pivotal role in my work, because this group of population predestines - to a certain degree - the future evolution in a society. The main aim is to understand why teenagers spend their leisure time this way and find out, what leads them to the passivity in realization of their leisure time activities. What brings them this way of spending their leisure time and what is specific for the space of shopping mall, where they spend their leisure time. I want to understand spatial aspects of using in this micro-space of shopping mall and as well as I want to recognize the role of wider social context. I selected two shopping malls in Prague for my research: Centrum Chodov and Palác Flora. Questionnaire survey, participant observation and in-depth interviews were realized. These malls are not selected randomly, but on the basis of the field research, which preceded to...

Sportování a česká společnost: zdroje rozdílů ve sportovní participaci / Sport and Czech Society: Sources of Differences in Sports Participation

Špaček, Ondřej January 2014 (has links)
The thesis examines changes in sports participation in Czech society in last decades. Sports activities are conceptualized as a practice, routinized habit that is shared in a society's culture (Reckwitz 2002; Warde 2005). Bourdieu's (1984) also shows how different social positions generate different taste and preferences, which are simultaneously classified and base for symbolic borders between social classes. The empirical analysis focuses on sports participation during the last three decades and deeper understanding of differentiation and meanings of today's sports activity. The results clearly show profound increase in sports participation, from 25 % in 1984 to 67 % in 2009. The cohort analysis confirms that dynamics of sports practices' spread have roots in the socialization process and cohort exchange, because younger cohorts have a stable higher level of sports participation irrespective of their aging. Lasting impact of cultural capital on sports participation is particularly striking, especially in the light of the major change in society's regime in the 1989 and after. This brings attention to the question, how mechanisms of social inequalities - especially cultural capital - worked in a similar way across supposedly different social orders. Next chapter deals with patterns of participation in...
