Analýza průběhu profesní kariéry absolventů VŠE / Analysis of career of University of Economics graduates

Majerníková, Lenka January 2008 (has links)
My thesis's aim was to describe start up and career development of graduates with so-called career maps, the most frequent work positions, rate of managerial posts, comparison in age and gender in various relations, the most frequent fields of companies, in which graduates work, frequency of different kinds of companies or ways of finding a first job. I was striving to introduce and analyse all of this in a global concept for the whole school and I was not comparing those aspect within school faculties. In the conclusion I added short analysis of gradues of minor specialization Managerial Psychology and Sociology.

Medarbetares arbetstillfredsställelse på ett byggföretag : En enkätstudie / Work satisfaction in a building and construction company : A survey study

Bergström, Matilda, Fredriksson, Hanna January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this study was to investigate employees' work satisfaction at a construction company and if the employees' working position, age and length of service were the basis for differences in work satisfaction. The participants in this study included all employees (N = 116) at a Swedish medium-sized construction company and the respondents were selected through a convenience sample. To collect data, the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (Weiss, Dawis, England & Lofqvist, 1967) was used and it consists of three subscales: intrinsic, extrinsic and general work satisfaction. The study's reliability was ensured by Cronbach’s Alpha, which showed .83. Continuously, the result was obtained through a one-way ANOVA analysis for all variables. The results showed that the work position had a significant impact on intrinsic work satisfaction (p = .004) and general work satisfaction (p = .036), and that age had a significant impact on intrinsic work satisfaction (p = .009) and general work satisfaction (p = .020). The study concluded that length of service did not have a significant impact on work satisfaction (p = .550, n.s.). This suggests that work position and age are relevant factors in relation to employee's work satisfaction and since previous research has shown that work satisfaction contributes to countless benefits, these factors should not be neglected by organisations.

Vad motiverar generation X och Y på arbetet? : En kvantitativ enkätstudie / What motivates generations X and Y at work? : A quantitative survey

Magnusson, Emelie, Vestergren, Vendela January 2019 (has links)
Enkäten baserades på The Work Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation Scale (WEIMS) av Tremblay et al. (2009).

Asistent pedagoga na 1. stupni ZŠ / Teacher Assistant at a primary school

Hylmarová, Renáta January 2019 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the subject of the first-grade primary school teaching assistants. It seeks the answers on following questions: what the social and cultural background of teaching assistants is; what their key motivation for is applying for this role; what their expectations before were entering the profession; what their motivation for continuing the profession is. In this master thesis, I place the emphasis on uncovering the previous job and life experiences of teaching assistants as well as how these past experiences affect their current job position. The answers for these questions are provided by qualitative and quantitative research which is based mostly on semi-structured interviews with teaching assistants from the elementary school in Prague, district 10. From the outcome of these interviews, the questionnaire was made, which was subsequently sent to assistant teachers from various parts of Czech Republic. Questionnaires were used mostly for confirmation and completion of information acquired from semi-structured interviews. This master thesis confirms that assistant teachers get involved in their profession for various reasons and have diverse previous work and life experiences. Education of assistant teachers is diverse, which in turn leads to rather vague expectations...

ŠIMEČKOVÁ, Alžběta January 2018 (has links)
Current status: Mental well-being in pregnancy is one of the most beautiful moments in a woman's life. It's such a miracle experience. There is a period of complete change with pregnancy. Both women and their partners are changing their living standards, changing their lifestyle, and changing their life position. A pregnant woman feels that nothing will be like before. A pregnant woman is very sensitive and also vulnerable. Purpose:The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the psychosomatic situation of the pregnant woman and her influence on the prenatal and postnatal development of the child. Another goal is to determine the degree of mental (non) well-being during pregnancy and after delivery. Methods: Qualitative secondary analysis of data and documents and subsequent synthesis of the information obtained was used to achieve the objectives set. I used the data from the National Medical Library in Prague, the library of 2. LF UK and FN Motol in Prague, the library of National center of nursing and non-medical health providers in Brno and the Academic Library of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Also searched were the international internet database ScienceDirect, Ebscohost, PubMed. In the Scopus database, keyword search was unsuccessful. Results:The benefit of the diploma thesis is the degree of psychological well-being of pregnant women using the Freybergh scale on the basis of acquired data. Research method and research file: The diploma thesis uses a standardized evaluation method, using the Freybergh scale consisting of seventy closed questions. I will get the approval of the respondents and also Mr Freyberg, using a standardized scale. The annex is the approval of Professor Freyberghov, using the assessment scale in my diploma thesis. Respondents were ad-dressed from February 2017 until February 2018. A total of 30 pregnant women were approached by a written form, personal handover or social networking, of which fifteen were willing to engage in research. The research group was to consist of fifteen pregnant women, which is fulfilled. I responded to each respondent in third, sixth, ninth month pregnancies, and postpartum. When the respondents filled the same rating ranges from seventy questions both in the given months of pregnancy and postpartum, the respondents' task was to express the frequency of occurrence of feelings on a four-point scale from "never, at all", "rarely, exceptionally", "occasionally", "often" to "always, always, always". The nine respondents were first pregnant and six respondents had at least one pregnancy experience. The evaluation was performed using a qualitative method in the form of axial and selective coding of anchored claims using the Atlas.ti computer program. Conclusion: The paper deals with the degree extent of pregnancy psychosomatics of pregnant women using the Freybergh self-rating scale. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical work focuses on the development of the fetus throughout pregnancy. It also focuses on prenatal psychology, prenatal history, and the most important part is prenatal communication. In the practical part is selected quantitative research focused on the psychological well-being of pregnant women using the Freybergh scale in selected months of pregnancy.
