The object of research – goods. The subject of research – accounting and audit. The purpose of research – to review and analyze the main peculiarities of accounting and audit of goods, to describe, analyze and interpretate the problems of accounting and audit of goods, to offer the solution of those problems. The main tasks: �� to analyze the organization of accounting of goods and main innovations regulation in accounting of goods; • to research the problems of rating and valuation of goods; • to analyze the peculiarities of methods of good’s sale; • to make a research in Lithuanian companies and to analyze practical use of methods of accounting of goods; • to set the problems of rating and valuation methods, principles of good’s sale and to set the purposes of chose of them in Lithuanian companies, to offer the solution of those problems; • to research the main tasks and procedures audit of goods; • to analyze the sequence of audit of goods; • to make verification of the audit of goods in N company; • to set the main problems of the audit of goods and offer the solution of those problems. The methods of research – logical analyze, synthesis, comparison, observational and descriptive methods. Analyzing economic, scientific and law literature and making an empirical research in Lithuanian companies, it is set the particularities and peculiarities of accounting ant audit of goods, main problems of the audit of goods and solution of those problems.

Darbo santykių ypatumai dirbant laivuose / The Peculiarities of Employment Relations of Seamen

Lithuania as a marine state is strongly motivated to create a favourable employment relationship system satisfying the interests of seamen. All marine states are interested that their citizens would work in national fleets and would not be forced to look for work on the ships of other states or on the ships of “convenient flags”. Work analyses the peculiarities of work on ships on the basis of legal act differentiation, i.e. it analyses how employment relationships are regulated by general and specific legal acts. The analysis of employment relationships of different institutions is performed by comparing provisions applied to employees in general and to seamen exclusively in order to highlight the peculiarities of work on ships. The work is based on international: ILO and EU and Lithuanian legal acts. The peculiarities of work on ships is revealed examining main aspects of employment relationships. Employment requirements for seamen as well as employment contracts with seamen and the terms and conditions thereof: payment, work and rest time, vacations – are analysed. Work safety, implementing authorities and liability for injuries of the employees are also discussed. The analysis of the project of ILO consolidated maritime labour conventions is provided. TASKS: 1. To determine kinesitherapy means impact on children's general balance. 2. To determine kinesitherapy means impact on children's flexibility. 3. SUMMARY: Many people have back pains. The reasons of these pains are different, they are caused by various diseases. One of the most met diagnosis of late - juvenile spinal column osteochondropathy which has several names - they are juvenile ciphosis or Schojerman - Mau disease. This disease has a property to become chronic, to cause various complications, lasts more than one year. Due to early diagnostics the first symptoms of the disease are found out though many have no complaints. The inveteracy of the disease has impact on human self-feeling, cause muscles and nerves pain, decrease working capacity.
