Analýza silových účinků pluhů na výstupní parametry orebních souprav

The aim of this thesis is force effect analysis of ploughing rigs. MSC Adams software was used for mathematical-physical model drafting and subsequent evaluation of measured data from tensometrical load sensing. Designed model was utilized for force reactions calculations under the driving wheels of a tractor using analysis of spatial system of forces of tractors three point hitch. Field measurement data and data from MSC Adams software were tabular and graphically processed. Dependencies between plough and tractor connection setting and output performance of ploughing rigs were clarified. Results from experimental measurement with fully-mounted plough point out on the utilization of longitudinal and lateral position of ploughs CG for reducing of difference in load between furrow and land wheel with properly adjusted connection between plough and tractor. A result from experimental measurement with semi-mounted plough confirms the fact of significant difference in vertical load between rear axle wheels. This negative phenomenon could be eliminated with usage of traction cylinder localized in construction of semi-mounted ploughs over the horizontal joint. Correct adjustment of tractors three point hitch in case of fully-mounted ploughs and utilization of traction cylinder in case of semi-mounted ploughs have got positive influence on fuel consumption and field performance of ploughing rigs.

In the literary part of the diploma thesis, a brief overview of the current state in the tractor design has been done, concentrating onto such elements that lead to lowering of fuel consumption. The practical part is based on the realized solution. The target of the measurement was to prove the influence of adjusting of the three-point hitch onto the output parameters of ploughing sets, consisting of the Zetor Forterra 140 HSX tractor and Kverneland 150 B mounted plough or Kverneland PN 100 semi-mounted plough. The essence of the measurement was gradual shortening of the upper linkage of the three-point hitch, whereas simultaneously with shortening of the linkage, the force on the linkage was rising. The force was measured by means of strain gauge Hotinger U2A. In case of the mounted plough it has been proved that shortening of the upper linkage causes rising of the force. That shifts part of the plough weight onto the rear wheels of the tractor, resulting in lower wheel slipping and lower fuel consumption.

The active hinge should serve as a safety element in automobiles to minimize consequences of head injury suffered during the collision of a pedestrian with an automobile.

The aim of the thesis "Influence of adjustment of three-point tractor hitch on output parameters of tractor sets" was to elaborate the current state of the tractor construction and to find out above all, the influence of adjustment of the three-point hitch of the tractor and setting of the working machine on output parameters of tractor sets. Part of the work was the experimental measurement of a total of three tractor sets with full mounted depth cultivator, full mounted plow and semi-mounted plow. For the first tractor set, the effect of thrust and pressure in the upper pull rod of three-point tractor hitch on the output parameters of the tractor set with depth cultivator was determined. For the second plow tractor set, the influence of the length of the upper pull rod of three-point tractor hitch on the parameters of the plow tractor set was determined. In the third plow tractor set with a semi-mounted plow equipped with a traction cylinder, the influence of the pressure in the traction cylinder on the output parameters of the plow tractor set was determined. From all three measurements, the results have been achieved that when the three-point tractor hitch is correctly adjusted, it reduces slippage, increases surface performance and decreases fuel consumption.

The present thesis entitled "Impact of the tractor control hydraulics setting on the output parameters of the tilling system" in its reference part surveys the current state of the design of hydraulic systems in agricultural tractors. The practical part of the thesis is focused on implementation and evaluation of experimental measurement. The measurement employed a tilling system featuring a tractor Class Axion 850 and a four-furrow mounted plough Kverneland EG 85 Variomat. The goal was to identify the effects of various types of hydraulic system controls on the fuel consumption, drive slip and tilling system performance. The measured values have been processed and presented in tables and graphics. The conclusion has been formulated on the basis of the identified results.

The diploma thesis is called Analysis of the output parameters of tractor’s sets to processing land. It is focused on overview of technologies in processing land. The first part is focused on the main machines and their parts used in the classical convention and the minimization farming of land. Each chapter is supplemented for graphic overview suitable illustrations of machines and tools. The second part of this thesis includes methodology of terrain measurement tractor’s set the Case IH Puma 230 CVX and cultivator the Lemken Karat 9 in processing land focusing on the influence of output values at different setting parameters. At tractor’s set were followed output values such as fuel consumption, slip of wheels, revolutions engine, working time, rotation time, speed. The efficient and operational performance and fuel consumption of the set were calculated from ascertained values. This chapter describes in detail hydrostatic gearbox of CVX tractor Case IH Puma. The conclusion of this work is the evaluation full issue.

The diploma thesis is focused on the development of a mathematical model of the tractor-tool set in the MSC Adams program enabling analysis of the influence of the position of the upper linkage of the three-point hitch on the load of the driving wheels during the system operation. The measured force effects are analysed with focus on the adhesion load of the drive wheels and the traction properties of the tractor. Based on the calculations made, it determines the optimal setting of the upper link of the hitch for the connected tool.
