Měření průtoku plynů / Gas flow measurement

Kozák, Matěj January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with the problem of designing vortex flow meter for a nominal range of 40 l.min-1. It describes the problems of vortex bodies and choice of methods for detection of vortices. The thesis includes solution of various problems in the design, which were published in scientific articles or patents. The following describes the design solution vortex flow meter for the specified range, which uses ultrasonic sensors to vortices detection. The proposed flow meter is calibrated with reference flow meter and compared with commercially produced vortex flow by the TST electronics and Burkert companies, which are designed for the specified ranges.

Design dodávkového automobilu. / Design of delivery van.

Kubík, Petr January 2009 (has links)
The diploma work is aimed at a complex design of a delivery van of the near future. The need for a delivery van to be used as a working tool is constantly evolving. This is namely caused by the expansion of on-line shops & the need to save on running cost of a business. The delivery van is especially designed for use in city traffic. The innovation reveals a single person cabin with panoramatic view, ecological propulsion of the vehicle and the technical solution to the suspension of wheels which allow the turning of all 4 wheels to an angle ranging from -55° to +90°. As a result the vehicle has the ability to perpendicularly drive up to a pavement, fitting in a very narrow space. In addition, it can freely drive forward or backward in a sideway direction. The loading space of the delivery van and its floor is modified as such to allow for one man manipulation, making loading & unloading of goods a simpler task.

Virtuální model rezonančního adhezního testu závěsu kola dle EUSAMA / Virtual model of resonance adhesion test (EUSAMA)

Hortová, Petra January 2009 (has links)
Thesis deals with problems about areas of a non-assembling diagnostics namely resonant adhesive tester according to an EUSAMA methodology. Result of the methodology is a technical condition examination of dampers. However with regard to testing of whole suspension and damping vehicle system are results distorted by influence of testing conditons and another vehical components. Goal of thesis is analysis limits of practical use resonant adhesive tester for a quality checking of mount wheels damping. Problems are solved by a virtual simulation in a program Adams/View where is created a real model of vehical axle of Skoda Roomster TDI 1.4. In the model is consequently simulated possible functional characteristics and abrasions of single components which influence the methodology. Virtual model will be using for research activity of Institute of machine and industrial design Faculty of mechanical ingeneering Brno University of technology.

Návrh axiálního stromečkového závěsu lopatky regulačního stupně pro parní turbíny / Design of the axial dendritic suspension of steam turbine rotor blade

Vrbka, Dušan January 2011 (has links)
This master thesis deals with axial dendritic suspension of steam turbine rotor blade. The initial shape of the suspension was design on the basis of available data. There was performed stress-strain analysis of this shape and most dangerous spots were picked. There were made several geometrical changes of the shape of suspension. Their affection on stress-strain responding of the suspension was examined. The best shape was chosen which was used to perform analysis of infinite life according to ASME code and due to loading low cycle fatigue analysis. According to results of low cycle fatigue analysis the maximum loading was established. At the end of this work the further steps were suggested.

Návrh roštu výtahového stroje a vodítek / Design Grid of Lift Machine and Slide-way

Viktora, Luboš January 2012 (has links)
This thesis deals with the control of grid of lift machine and rigid hanging of ropes for elevator with a capacity of 675 kg. The main focus is strength analysis using finite element method. Furthermore, a calculation was performed also for anchoring of slide-ways and strength check was done according to standard ČSN EN 81-1. The thesis contains also the assembly drawing of grid of lift machine and it was executed in cooperation with LIFTMONT CZ s.r.o.

Návrh nového typu obvodového závěsu pro lopatky parní turbíny / Proposal of a new type of steam turbine blade attachement

Vrbický, Jiří January 2015 (has links)
This thesis describes design of new circumferential blade attachment on last grade of steam turbine and following stress-strain analysis by FEM with static and cyclic loading. It was created two new design of geometry, which were created based on existing and operating constructional solution of oblique double T blade attachment. It was made stress-strain FEM analysis on original design of blades. Its results served to realize change of construction. Their target was increase load capacity and service life of new types of blade attachment.

Návrh parní turbíny a optimalizace přihřívacího tlaku páry / Steam Turbine design, Optimization steam reheat pressure

Štaffa, Petr January 2016 (has links)
The Diploma’s thesis deals with calculation of tree heat schemas with condensing steam turbine with uncontrolled steam extractions for regeneration – tree low pressure heaters, two high pressure heaters and a deaerator. Heat schemas are compared to each other according to reheat pressure. The most efficient schema is used to steam turbine thermodynamic design – design of control stage and blade stages. At the end of diploma thesis a stress analysis of the last rotor blade is made.

Úprava závěsu bočních dveří osobního automobilu / Modifying of a passenger car door hinge

Čermáková, Klára January 2016 (has links)
This thesis introduces issues of passenger car side-door hinges. Practical part of this thesis deals with modifying the current low-cost side-door hinge for Edscha Automotive Kamenice s.r.o. First, material was chosen to decrease weight while maintaining the required mechanical properties. Then follows the detail design of the hinge model, which was created in the software program Catia. Heat and surface treatments are described. Both treatments ensures the hinge's final features. To verify the strength of the hinge, tensile and sag test was simulated in Ansys. Subsequently, record from the consultation of the hinge's manufacturability in series and the hinge’s cutting plans are provided. At the end of the thesis, the assembling procedure is suggested. Final part of the thesis compares the developed low-cost hinge against two similar side door hinges.

Vliv mechanické závislosti komponent totální náhrady loketního kloubu na délku přežití implantátu v organismu / The Impact of the Mechanical Dependence of the Components of Total Elbow Replacement on Implant Survivorship

Güttler, Kristián January 2011 (has links)
Drawing on long-term clinical experience, the dissertation provides an overview of the options for the reconstructive surgery of irreversibly damaged elbow joints and the individual structural directions in the development of total elbow replacements. The clinical study focuses on the comparison of the unconstrained Souter-Strathclyde elbow implant, which has been used at our workplace since 1987, and the semiconstrained Coonrad-Morrey implant, which we started to use in the nineties. The disadvantages of the Souter-Strathclyde implant consist of a relatively complex surgery technique and narrower indication which does not permit larger primary instability of the operated elbow and large bone defects. Due to these reasons in recent years the Coonrad-Morrey total elbow replacement has been the preferred option at our workplace. The main problem as regards the long-term survival of this implant is especially the wear of the polyethylene bushings of the fl oppy hinge. This can be solved through an early replacement of this hinge before substantial abrasive wear develops ultimately leading to the loosening of the whole implant. We have elaborated a methodology that maps the condition of the polyethylene bushings and at the same time examines the integration of the humeral and ulnar component in the...
