Diploma thesis is aimed at evaluation of soil organic carbon dynamic and humic substances quality in monoculture of spring barley and Norfolk crop rotation system. Further we followed the influence of different soil tillage system (minimalization and conventional tillage) on to humus and humic substances dynamic. Gleiyc Fluvisol was classified and observed during 2017 – 2018 within field long term experiments of Mendel University in Brno at locality Žabčice. Measured data set was evaluated using program StatisticaCZ12, software (StatSoft software Inc., Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA). Obtained results shown that statistically significant differences between Norfolk and monoculture were in following parameters: organic carbon content, humus content and humic substances content. Higher values were in Norfolk crop rotation system.

The aim of this thesis was to assess and evaluate the species composition of grazing stands in two localities. The aim was also to find out what species in the Beskydy protected landscape area (PLA) dominated, how the species composition of the stand changed with altitude, pedological and climatic conditions. As the quality of grassland, diversity indices changed, there were demonstrable differences between sites and affected grass grazing during the year. Phytosociological imagery using projective dominance was used to compare the species composition of the stand and the Zurich-Montpellier system was used to casify plant communities. For the evaluation of the species composition of the foot stands, the calculation of the mean nitrogen number, mean water number, grassland quality, McNaughton's dominance index, Hill's diversity index, Shannon diversity index, Pielou's equivalence index, qualitative similarity index and statistical evaluation were used. The locality Za Kopcem was dominated by Festuca rubra L. and Festuca pratensis Huds., Dactylis glomerata L. and Trifolium repens L. in the locality Hutisko. The species composition was influenced by environmental conditions, which was also proved by the quality of grassland. The locality Za Kopcem balanced the low to medium diversity index, the Hutisko locality reached a medium diversity index. There were statistically significant differences between sites. Extensive grazing has caused an increase in herbs and the optimal pasture load has increased the incidence of lower grasses.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of an appropriate waste water treatment system in Křetín village. The current state of waste water management in the village was evaluated on the basis of field survey of the site and implementation of a questionnaire survey. The goal of the study is to propose possible ways of waste water treatment as well as the appropriate location of these alternatives. Part of the thesis is a literary overview of the studied issues, the characteristics of the territory and the possibility of obtaining financial means.

The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of two technologies for soil cultivation in winter rape and winter wheat growing in 2017 and 2018. The first technology is a conventional technology, or classic using plowing and the second one is a minimization technology, where plowing is replaced by loosening. The work is focused on the comparison of fuel consumption, investment and operating costs, exploitative indicators and machine work quality. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the description of particular machines and the company of primary agricultural production, where the machine is used.

This master‘s thesis aim is to provide a comparison of methods in garage appraisals within the territory of the city Brno. This comparison is being done on several immovables and using multiple apprising methods. The acquired data are further evaluated afterwards. First, the garage market in Brno is analyzed. This is done by comparing the supply with the demand incl. those characteristics that could influence the prices of the immovable properties. This analysis is based on real-world data of garage sales from an estate agency. For the appraisal itself, 10 immovables of the type “garage” were chosen. These are then appraised using the cost-based and comparative methods. The location distribution of these estates in the territory of the city Brno and within the city quarters has been chosen in such a manner to provide the most different ones. Then the acquired data are being compared and statistically evaluated. Such information can be used in the practice when appraising of such immovables on the market with garages within the territory of the city Brno is being done.

This master´s thesis „Analysis of Selected Methods of Valuation of Garage-Type Real Estate in the Locality of Olomouc“ compares different methods of valuation in the area. Acquired data out of the valuation are further analyzed and then evaluated. The first part describes the basic terms, location and analysis of the real estate valuation. This is followed by a description of selected garages and valuation methods. For this thesis were chosen to value the 10 properties that are located throughout the Olomouc. Garages are valued at cost method, comparative method of regulativ and comparative way, depending on the database. The resulting data are being compared and subsequently evaluated.

Master thesis is focused on determination of differences in ways of valuation in city Olomouc. Fifteen garages were used to price estimate in this city. The first part of work deals with basic terms and theoretical definition of methods of valuation. Due to instructions of the work, the methods of valuation were chosen: cost method, comparison according to law and comparison based on databases. In the following parts are described chosen garages and there is undertaken evaluation. Differences of ways of valuation and their causes, which are based on obtained data, are discussed at the end of work.

The thesis " Comparison of an unfinished house price with the price of the construction work finished" aims to determine the cost of a building under construction house at the stage of rough construction cost method and compare it with the cost of construction works, which will be determined itemized budget. Their mutual prices compare, evaluate differences and to determine whether and at what price you can sell the unfinished building on the real estate market in Brno-venkov.

The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of two selected concepts of science teaching at primary school. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the classification of science as an educational field, explains the possible concepts of its teaching and compares the advantages and disadvantages of two selected variants with reference to the fulfilment of educational goals and respect for didactic principles of science teaching. The available materials suitable for teaching, the degree of their use and the comparison of teaching methods depending on the success in scientific testing are also outlined. The practical part of the work brings a comparison of the results of a questionnaire survey between individual groups of ecologically and science-taught pupils. Individual tasks and questions were created on the basis of established hypotheses. The results of the research bring a comparison of the knowledge and skills area, but also the area of students' attitude towards the subject. The established hypothesis was confirmed partially, the attitude section brings in results to the research questions. Students taught ecologically were indeed more successful in the task that led to the connection of knowledge and derivation from the relationships between organisms, but the differetence were not...
