Kriminalistický význam způsobu spáchání trestného činu / The Forensic Significance of Modus Operandi

This thesis deals with the issue of modus operandi and it is primarily focused on the forensic importance of this phenomenon. The aim of the thesis is to provide a complex view including all the important aspects of this phenomenon. The object of the thesis is filled within particular chapters. The definition of the concept modus operandi is solved at the beginning followed by the analysis of the components of modus operandi. The most comprehensive passage is focused on the determination of the modus operandi including its objective and subjective determinants. Than follows the description of the mechanisms forming the modus operandi. Eventually is given the analyses of the importance of findings about the modus operandi for various spheres of criminology. The main benefit of this thesis is to provide the summary of the facts regarding the modus operandi, which allows us to describe this phenomenon in details and then use these findings in forensic practise.

The diploma thesis deals with the cost determination of the family house reconstruction, which was built at the beginning of the last century and has already undergone one reconstruction in the 90s of the last century and the assessment of the building's valulation by the building modifications. The construction technical state of the house before reconstruction and description of the construction works and used technologies in the reconstruction realized in 20132015 are detaily described as well. Expected construction costs are determined by an item budget and actual reconstruction costs which were largely self-made are determined according to the tax documents of building owner. The determination of value change by house reconstruction was evaluated using the cost and comparation method.

The diploma thesis is focused on mechanically separated chicken meat (MSM), which was produced on the machine Baader 601 (soft way of separation) and Lima D (hard way of separation). The history, production, composition and legislation relating to the MSM have been described in the theoretical part. The experiments involving the results of the determination of total solids, total fat, total protein, muscle protein and collagen have been introduced in the experimental part. Bone fragments have been determined by weight and visually after alkaline hydrolysis of samples at elevated, respectively atmospheric pressure. Results have been evaluated with regard to the feedstock and the method of mechanical separation. Values have been compared with data published in the scientific literature and legislative requirements. Data from the experiment confirm high variability and thus different food quality of MSMs, depending on the sort of feedstock used in the production of MSM and the separation method.

The valuation of real estate is a process that is carried out to determine the normal or administrative prices of real estate. The first part of the work discusses the basic concepts in the valuation of real estate, building understanding of the problem. It describes the methods of valuation in accordance with Act No. 151/1997 Coll., on the valuation of assets and its implementing rules in the current text, this is the cost method, earning method and their combinations, and valuation of an apartment building by comparison method of each apartment. In the next chapter, these methods are used for the valuation of the apartment building in Brno - Cernovice. The output of this valuation is the price established by combining the cost and earning method and price of the apartment building determined by the price sum of apartments from the comparison method. In the conclusion of this work there is a comparation of this prices and rating their difference.

The introductory part of the thesis deals with the overall issue of valuation, explaining the basic concepts that are necessary for the valuation. Then followed the analysis of market with the real estates and characteristic description of the specified location. For the purposes of the valuation was selected 10 real estates of type garage, which are valued at cost and comparative manner according to the announcement and comparative manner with the database. The real estates were selected around the city Protivin. A local investigation was carried out and the documentation was made for the each garage. The acquired data are evaluated and the result describes the effect of the location on the price of the property.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare prices of ornamental plants founded by simplified and cost method of valuation. Comparison was made on a sample of garden situated in the functional unit with a terraced house and the land built over by this building. Based on the obtained results the influence of different location and age of the trees on their price is evaluated. The thesis also defines basic terms and explains issues which are closely related with valuation of ornamental plants.

Title: The influence of feedback to improve freestyle techniques in children's categories 6 - 9 years old Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effect of feedback to improve freestyle swimming techniques in children's categories 6 - 9 years. Methods: In this work, we used the methods of observation, expert assessment and analysis of video recordings in the training pool. To compare the effect of feedback on improving techniques be taught in groups monitored identical in content. Results: The results of our study show that the subsequent feedback through videos and verbal description has a positive influence on changing a crawl technique in children's categories 6 - 9 years. This diploma thesis is focused on the topic from the field of forensic psychology, mainly on the relationship between the personality of criminal offender and its reflection in the commission of crime. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of crime scene and crime scene investigation from the perspective of criminalistics with an overlap to other parts of forensic psychology. It also involves the typology of organized and disorganized offender and description of their personalities and behavior at the crime scene, specifically the issue of the characteristics of the modus operandi of murder in relation to the crime scene is classified. Attention is also paid to the forensic medical issues, injuries of the victim, from the point of view of forensic psychology. Last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on offender's personality, especially potential psychopathology. The empiric part is focused on searching for the relationships between personality variables of the offender and the way how the violent crime (murder) was committed. The research based on analysis of evidence and psychologists - experts testimony revealed particular connections and the data from the analyzed sample (of 40 crimes) refer in particular to the disorganized offender and behavior at the crime scene.
