The present study is divided into chapters: Introduction, Resear of verbal aspekt and Aktionsart, Verbal aspect, Manner of verbal action (Aktionsart), Competition between prefixes in the meaning of aspectual pairs formation and derivation of verbs in Czech and Ukrainian langure, Summary. There are differences in the number of verbal prefixes, which have beside derivational function also grammatical function. Czech language has sixteen of these verbal prefixes, in Ukrainian there are only seven verbal prefixes, which are used in both of these processes. This is conspicuous difference, but the results of the analysis showed, that the possibilities of applying specific prefixes are in both compared languages remarkably consistent. Many verbs of various categories of verbal action manner are derived in West and East Slavic language by the same prefixes. Consensus is also in preference of identical prefixes, which are the most commonly used during pure perfectivization (especially Czech z- and Ukrainian з-/с-). David, Tomáš January 2012 (has links)
Thesis title: Physical activity as a means of lifestyle change Thesis objective: The objective of the thesis at hand was to verify effectiveness of the exercise program that leads to a change from predominantly sedentary lifestyle to an active one. Methods applied in the thesis: To find out the effectiveness of the controlled exercise intervention, it was applied, for three months, to a group of four persons (one male and three females, aged 28 to 36). The effectiveness was evaluated by exercise test in a laboratory run by FTVS UK in Prague. Outcome: The first proband managed to reduce the overall weight by 2 kg (i.e.2.65 %), out of which the percentage of body fat decreased by 11.82 % and the weight of fat-free matter increased by 0.2 kg (i.e.0.3 %). The ECM/BCM ratio increased by 0.04 (i.e. 4.7 %). The value of aerobic endurance VO2max increased by 8.9 ml.kg-1 .min-1 (i.e. 23.2 %). The running speed per one kilometre (min.km-1 ) at the anaerobic threshold level fell from the original 4:58 minutes to 4:30 minutes (acceleration of 28 seconds). Probands Nos. 2, 3 and 4 managed, on average, to increase their overall weight by 1.7 kg (i.e. 2.11 %), out of which the percentage of body fat increased by 3.07 % and the weight of fat-free matter increased, on average, by 0.73 kg (i.e. 1.11 %). Konjunktiv v rumunštině ve srovnání s jinými románskými jazyky / Romanian Subjunctive Compared with the Other Romance Languages

Frías Valtrová, Nataša January 2012 (has links)
Subjunctive is the most complex mood in the Romance languages from a structural point of view. It shows a large diversity of uses. In the present study we have compared the use and values of this verbal mood among the major Romance languages, though sometimes some others have also been included (Galician, Catalan and Sardinian). It is interesting to notice that not all the languages show the same number of tenses and even that the origin of some of the tenses have different sources in Latin. Romanian is the main study target, and it is the starting point for the whole study. It will be seen that, despite all the differences, Romanian follows similar patterns to the rest of the Romance family. Even so, a specific peculiarity of Romanian syntax, the lack of infinitive in completive constructions, contrasts with the overdeveloped Portuguese conjugated infinitive. Apart from the analysis of the values and the uses, the study closes with a selection of chosen sentences in these six major languages allowing us to make conclusions as for the nature and behaviour of current subjunctive mood.

Venkovská rodina a domácnost / Rural family and household

Vacek, Jan January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis analyzes the life of rural families of the village Nehvizdy. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis explains the basic concepts of work, such as family, lifestyle and countryside. The theoretical part is based on the study of available scholarly literature. The main objective of the diploma thesis is to clarify whether and to what extent rural families live a traditional way of life and how this way of life coincides or differs with the new satellite district residents of the investigated village. An empirical probe was used for these purposes. Data collection was conducted by anonymous questionnaires. The results of the survey show that the difference between new and old residents of the village is not very big. The original inhabitants of the village prefer the traditional rural way of life, devote most of the time to the domestic economy and cultivate a field or a large garden only a little more than new satellite district residents. The new immigrant population of satellite district also practice some of these activities. Residents of the satellite also slightly more prefer public life over family life. Overall, residents of the original buildings prefer traditional principles and forms of rural life more than new residents of satellites. A secondary objective was to determine what importance the family value system has in the local population. The results of the survey show that the family is very important for both original and new residents.

Hodnocení pařezové výmladnosti dubu zimního na ŠLP ML Křtiny

Kulhánek, Martin January 2016 (has links)
The aim of the thesis was to characterize the state of the coppice on research plots Usakov and Hradisko. Describe resprouting of Sessile oak (Quercus petraea) and European hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) in partial areas that were previously cutted down. Find out whether it would be theoretically possible under the conditions of the Czech Republic to manage the oak and hornbeam coppice using the selection system. Conducted to evaluate impact of executed felling on radial increment and high increment and establish basic principles of coppice tending. Within the thesis was characterized present state in both research plots. It revealed a high probability of resprouting and expressed its dependence on type of felling and polycormon parameters. The results shows that in Czech Republic is use of selection system in Sessile oak and European hornbeam coppice possible. Fellings carried out on research plots had a statistically significant effect on the radial increases of Sessile oak and European hornbeam. From the detected biomass increses was developed a model, that is possible to use when proceeding with selection system in coppice (determination of returnable time).

Porovnání různých způsobů ustájení telat v období mléčné výživy / Comparison of different methods of milk-fed calves housing

DUBOVÁ, Dagmar January 2014 (has links)
Calf is the most important animal on the farm. Calf rearing should be given due attention as many problems and ailments in the herd as a whole have their origins in calves. The right choice of technology o f rearing can be crucial to the economy of the entire breed. Quality of calf housing is reflected in the overall level of rearing cattle in this category. It has a significant impact on the overall w ellbeing of animals, zoohygienic conditions and health situation. The aim of this thesis was to compare methods of rearing calves in individual outdoor sheds, where the calves were fed twice daily, with group housing in a spacious calving barn with multip le feeding through a feeding machine. We looked at weight gain, hea lth and welfare of the animals. The thesis was dealt with at a private farm of Václav Duba in Boubín near the town of Horažďovice. The experiment was conducted simultaneously in both systems of calf housing in the time period between May 1 2013 and October 14 2013. Both the observed groups of calves were fed the same amount of milk replacer, only with different frequency of intake. Both groups had the same number of 30 calves (15 heifers and 15 bulls) of Czech pied cattle. After completion of the milk feeding period the average weight of the calves in individual sheds was 107.2 kg and 110.8 kg in the calving barn. The calves which were fed by a feeding machine had an average daily weight gain of 0.787 kg; the calves in individual sheds had lower weight gain of 0.743 kg. The average consumption of milk replacer for calves in the individual sheds was 521.7 litres and for calves in the calving barn it was 516.8 litres. This indicator has been pro ven to have high statistical significance (P 0.001). The a verage daily temperature in the individual sheds was 19.7 °C; in t he calving barn it was 17.9 °C. A diarrheal disease was reported in four animals in the individual sheds, and in six animals in the calving barn. In calves reared in the individual shed mutual sucking of muzzle was found immediately after drinking. In calves fed using a feeding machine there was no sign of unsatisfied sucking reflex.
