Vliv alternativních způsobů podávání výživy na kojení nedonošených novorozenců narozených ve 30.-35. týdnu gestace. / Influence of alternative feeding methods on the breastfeeding of premature neonates born in 30-35. week of gestation.

ŠEVČÍKOVÁ, Kateřina January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the onset of full breastfeeding in preterm infants and with the possible influence of alternative feeding methods on breastfeeding in immature newborns. Based on the study of literature, research questions were identified to find out in which gestation week full breastfeeding is taking place in premature babies and to what extent alternative feeding methods affect the onset of full breastfeeding in premature babies. They also had to find out whether feeding the infant bottles actually leads to unsuccessful breastfeeding. Three objectives were set for the diploma thesis. The first was to find out in which gestational week full breastfeeding is taking place in premature babies, provided the mother has enough breast milk. The second goal investigated the extent to which alternative feeding methods affect early pregnancy, provided the mother has enough breast milk. The third objective was to find out whether feeding a baby bottle actually leads to unsuccessful breastfeeding. To achieve the objectives of my thesis, I chose qualitative research, which was done in two groups of respondents, namely preterm newborns and their mothers. For each group of respondents, I chose different research techniques. For research on premature newborns, I chose structured observation. In a research survey among mothers of preterm babies, I chose a semi-standardized interview.

Způsob výchovy a sourozenecká skupina ve vícedětných rodinách / Parenting styles and siblings group in large families

Suchomelová, Anna January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis focuses on parenting styles and the sibling group of large families. The theoretical part describes the theoretical base of parenting styles, variables that can influence parenting styles and the specifics of large families. The qualitative approach in the empirical part was used. The study sample consists of nine Czech families with four or five children aged 1.5 to 18 years. Parents are mostly highly educated practicing Catholics. Data were gathered using qualitative and quantitative methods. The outcome of this research is a description of the specifics of family education in large families, possible causes for education differences among children in a family and the characteristics of a sibling group. Family size impacts communication among parents and children in the family, as well as the number of shared activities and the way the household is organized. Causes of differences in education among siblings can be found in the different personality characteristics, age, sibling constellation and the extent of parental experience. The significance of the sibling group is reflected in a compensation for lack of parental attention, an encouragement of younger siblings' development and a cultivation of social skills.

Fenomén chůze / Phenomenon of walking

Hlaváčková, Jitka January 2017 (has links)
The thesis is focused on the phenomenon of walking and it's influence on the human perception of the environment. Walking is conceived here as a sustainable way of life and is discussed in three different dimensions: social, environmental and spiritual. It therefore maps the meaning of walking in the human life and it's impact on the environmental concern. The social, environmental and spiritual dimension of walking is presented in the theoretical part of the thesis. There is an analysis of the influence of walking on human health, formation and evolution of hiking trails and ways of the human life within them. In addition, it also deals with the concept of the perception of the nature and the human relation to it. The empirical part of the thesis introduces quantitative research of the pedestrians environmental concern which was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey. The data from this research is then compared with the data from a representative sample of the population of the Czech Republic obtained in the framework of ISSP Environment III research. Key words: walking, sustainable way of life, perception of nature, environmental concern

Kriminalistický experiment / Criminalistic Experiment

Mottlová, Šárka January 2020 (has links)
Criminalistic experiment Abstract The diploma thesis "Criminalistic experiment" deals with the analysis of selected methods of criminalistic practice in the Czech legal branch and Czech criminalistic practice. It contains two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on an analysis of the available literature. It focuses on the conceptual methods of the "criminalistic experiment" performed by experts, describes the different methods from other special methods of proof and specifies the various stages of the experiment. The first chapter defines the term criminalistic experiment as the use of experimental methods in criminalistics. Furthermore, the subchapters describe the various types of criminalistic experiment, from the informal tactical experiment, through the actions of a forensic expert called a professional experiment, to the actions of forensic experts called an investigative experiment. The first chapter also deals with a special form of investigative experiment, where the experiment is performed directly by a judge, the so-called judicial experiment. The second chapter of the diploma thesis tries to define the fundamental differences between the investigative experiment and other special methods of proof such as confrontation, recognition, reconstruction and on-site...

Produkční a přírůstová charakteristika porostů ŠLP ML Křtiny na základě statistické provozní inventarizace

Kuličková, Barbora January 2018 (has links)
The thesis examines the amount of growth and production characteristics of the set of stands, in which the transformation to the selective management method was started about fifty years ago. These are the parts of Klepacov and Pokojná hora, which are part of Habrůvka and the forest management complex ŠLP ML Křtiny. Repeated statistical inventory analysis using Field-map technology identified the necessary dendrometric variables. Some of them served to calculate the total current increment. Using the MS Excel program and the solver function, the coefficients of elevation functions for individual trees in the given sections were calculated. As a result of this step, the missing height, stock, enumeration of the basal area, the number of trees per hectare, etc. were calculated according to the model. On the basis of these data, individual production and growth characteristics were determined and then compared. These quantities were compared mainly at the level of inventory areas. Typology has also been omitted. Finally, the appropriate size of the optimal basal area was determined, taking into account the maximum value of the volume increment. In this case, a more detailed level in the form of individual trees was used outside the level of the inventory area, for the more precise determination of the values of the enumerating basal area. The basal area was evaluated in five variants according to the forest type (spruce, mixed, beech) and forest types (3S – fresh oak beech and 4S - fresh beech). From the individual tree level, the set value of the basal area was then recalculated to the target tree thickness in centimeters for possible practical use in selecting trees.
