Title: The Comparison of Muscle Timing of Chosen Shoulder Girdle Muscles During Breaststroke Inside and Outside the Water Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to compare timing and activation of chosen shoulder girdle muscles during breaststroke in the pool with counterflow and during excercise with rubber expander. Methods: It was analyzed timing and level of muscle activation during swimming and simulating the same movement of upper extremities in the air against the power of rubber expander. As an objetification was used surface electromyography. One profesional swimer took part in this experiment Results: Based on results it seemed that the movement of upper extremities are different in the pool and in the air during swimming stroke of breaststroke. The purpose of my thesis is to provide description of modus operandi. Specifically it is focusing on determining factors and their influence on modus operandi. It is divided into seven main chapters. Theory is supplemented with examples of forensic practice. The first chapter is providing the description of term modus operandi. This section is also including the part dealing with terminology. Following chapter is about components of modus operandi. The components are divided by their character and their degree of complexity. The third section is dealing with determination in general. The thesis continues by two chapters describing the determinants of modus operandi. The first section is analysis of objective determinants and the following part is about subjective factors. Section of determination is devoted an immense part of my thesis. The sixth chapter is describing mechanisms of formation modus operandi. Conclusion is dealing with forensic significance of modus operandi, concretely the significance for creation of investigative versions, forensic record "modus operandi systém", forensic identification and also for forensic prevention.

in English This diploma thesis deals with the manner and extent of compensation for damage in civil law, which is systematically included in the fourth part of the Civil Code, entitled Relative property rights and in section named Obligations arising from torts. Specifically, the manner and extent of compensation for damage is defined in articles from 2951 to 2971. The thesis contains basic comparison of the conceptions of the manner and extent of compensation in the former Civil Code and in the new one, with emphasis on the most important reforms. It clarifies new terminology and describes the background of the newly established rules of law. It contains an analysis of the Czech legislation and its comparison with legislation of the neighboring states. It also mentions the European conception of the manner and extent of compensation for damage. The system of the thesis follows the organisation of the provisions on the manner and extent of compensation in the new Civil Code and is also divided into three chapters. The first one deals with compensation for material damage. Its main issue is the manner and extent of the material compensation and the conditions for its reduction. Title: Parameters of high performance swimmers training specialized in breaststroke swimming style. Aim of the study: The aim of this study was to determine the training load and performance development at leading Czech swimmer, winner of Czech records. Method: Reference period became a four-year olympic cycle before the Olympic Games in London in 2012. Data collection was implemented mainly through the study of documents - coach training diaries and race analysis. Computer processing of the data is performed through descriptive statistics, tabulations and graphic display and degree of dependence. Results: The investigation showed that the training load displacement characteristics observed in many parameters swimmer makes a lower value. Causal could be frequent medical complications. Yet training allowed the swimmer to complete quality training with little performance progression in their major disciplines 50 m and 100 m breaststroke and to start at world competitions. Topic:Teaching school-age chidren a breaststroke swimming style with an usage of dolphin wave. Goals:The goal of the thesis is to teach young children (6-9 years old) breaststroke swimming style by usage a dolphin wave. Methods:The thesis is mainly descriptive multi-case study. We used standardized and even non- standardized methods. The teaching method had been applied to a group of six children (6-9 years old) and analyzed by the diploma thesis author after its application. In the same time we teach another group of six children by standard breatststroke didactics method, so we were able to compare both methods. Results:The application of dolphin wave method into didactic of breaststroke swimming style has advantages and even disadvantages. The advantage is mainly freedom of movement, so children can use their creativity and sence to find the optimal movement. On the other hand the freedom is also disadvantage, since it can cause a little chaos at the beginning of the training. The successfulness of both methods was same. This thesis analyses the successful of shooting in the highest Czech handball competition - Extraleague Men, in season 2010/2011. The analysis was realized by watching video recordings which were taken during the basic part of the competition. Besides the monitoring of the total success of these teams, we focused on components of the attack on the overall success and, for example, on shooting from the perspective of post player or shooting methods. The data were processed into graphs and commented.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the effects of conventional and organic crop management on cooking quality of potatoes. In one-year potato field trials (year 2010) with different crop management (conventional versus organic), 13 table potato genotypes (Adéla, Bionta, Karin, KE 100/10, Laura, Madona, Magda, Princess, Red Anna, Rosara, Solara, Satina,Terka) were used. The cooking quality (i.e. colour of the flesh, consistency, mealiness, moistness, flavor and darkening) was subjectively assessed using sensory analysis according to VORAL (1996) method. Only structure of boiled potato tubers was significantly affected by different crop management (4.8 % from total variability). Genotypically declared cooking types in used potato genotypes were confirmed in both production systems.

The objective of this thesis was to assess the potato varieties produced by ecological and conventional farming, to find out the deviations of cooking types and to establish the cooking quality of the tubers The cooking quality of potatoes was established subjectively, based on sensory analysis. The individual characteristics of the cooking quality which were assessed included the colour of flesh, consistency, texture, flouriness, moisture, taste, and tuber darkening after cooking. The results suggest that the characteristics of the cooking quality depend mostly on the variety. The year of growth and the ways of farming also form a minor influence. The deviations of the actual cooking type of the assessed varieties from the declared cooking type were established according to the method of the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority. The results of the assessed varieties show that the cooking type was not affected; minor differences were caused by the year of growth.

The main purpose of this diploma thesis is the analisis of the choice distribution chain for products quoted by form of the mail-order trade. It was selected the company TV Products and it was made the description of her suppliers, transport mode of goods, technique of stock-keeping and manner of sale. The part of the focus is found out an optimal supply and an optimum order amount by using predictive methods.
